Nice and clean they delivered my meal right to my table.

Its a hit and miss on how good the bilzards are. We ordered a Chocolate Xtreme and an Oreo blizard. I only live about 5 mins away and they were already melting when we got them. Sad excuse yet again on the quality of their ice cream. Recently its just been getting worse. Might be time just to stop going.

Good food at good prices. We shared chicken fingers and fries which were tasty. Saved room for shakes and blizzards which were excellent. They offer banana splits, too. But the best by far was the customer service. Order is given and paid for at cash register and everything is delivered to your table. When was the last time at a fast food restaurant that the order taker came by to make sure everything was satisfactory? She was very helpful. We plan to return soon.

Clean inside except for the floor in the back where the (manager?) was sweeping. Who went to the back to prepare our order(didnt notice if she washed her hands). Once I received my blizzard, you couldnt turn it upside down because it had started melting. Which was given to me from a worker who had just signed in on shift, without properly sanitizing his hands. Overall experience, I wont be in a hurry to revisit this establishment.

The food was okay. Even though the place was packed they didnt let me know my blizzard was ready until it was a cross between a soft serve and a soup. I asked if I could have it remade and they looked a bit flustered by it, so I just took the mess and tried to salvage my ice cream time. Ill have to look somewhere else to have ice cream time from now on

I love Dairy Queen BUT I dont like soupy ice cream. The machines at this location need to be fixed or the product needs to go in earlier, allowing it to get to the correct consistency before serving. We arrived around 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon. My husbands banana split was a bowl of soup. My blizzard was a little better after I asked them to fix it again without the chocolate syrup. Although they were very busy the young man behind the counter was very pleasant and efficient.

This business would have and should have been a great success if they had hired better workers. Service was slow and horrible. I stopped eating there but still stopped by to get the fudge bars. Open a dairy queen in Vero Beach!

Another quality location, newer store so it was very nice, service was slow but very good quality. So for us it was good as I prefer quality over speed. We all had blizzards and had a opportunity to sit and chat for quite a while.

Excellent customer service greeted with a smile and spoke to very respectfully was asked by Jennifer G if I could pull up and wait which inhad no problem with. She delivered my food to me explaining she was by herself and I must say I was impressed very very well cooked.more like perfection and the preparation and presentation of my meal ordered was asking. This place will now get all my fast food business.

Well who doesnt love Dairy Queen? Seriously though, the staff was very nice and helpful, and I could even see their smiles they had under their face masks.. 😷

The food was cooked to order,so it was hot and yummy 😋 Nice menu. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Both were clean. The staff was very friendly. They were having an unadvertised special, so we got a nice discount 👍

6/23/20 1:40 pm we ordered 2 cones and 3 sundaes through the drive through. We get to the window and a young man handed me the cones with no gloves on. During this time staff are required to wear masks and gloves. We handed it back and the cones were remade.

Good ice cream but not the greatest choice in food. Some in my party prefer McDonalds

We went through the drive-thru the customer service was great the young lady did a wonderful job taking the order. We parked because the order was large. However some of the order was missing so I had to go back inside and wait in line with other customers that were complaining about their wait for their orders. I never received the cheeseburger I ordered because the meat wasnt ready and my blizzards were melting in the car. We all have bad days and Im happy we have our own Dairy Queen now. I will give them another chance eventually hopefully the service will be better next time.

It was good it was a long wait but the staff are was very nice and got an extra scoop of ice cream who shot outside

Close 5 mins early!!! Had a sweet tooth out of no where. Googled what time they closed raced there and made it with 5 mins remaining and the lady come over the speaker talking about were closed... Like really then why advertise that your open till 11!!! SMH.. So with that being said i probably wont be returning to the fort pierce location..... August 21 2020.....

Went to Dairy Queen off Savannah in ft Pierce today and had a great experience, they went above and beyond for social distancing and cleaning and ensuring their employees and patrons are protected kudos to you guys!

I love Dairy Queen however I know this has only been open maybe a week week and a half. But it is the most unorganized place Ive been to in a long while not to mention the staff of playing around never carrying orders out like they should. Seems to be the only one woman that was really carrying out orders so it will be a while before I go back, maybe then well have it organized.

Best place to grab something when in a hurry. Their service is quick, rates are reasonable, awesome character. Keep up the good work

Everything else was more than forgettable and watching employees stand around while customers are (patiently !#&##&) waiting wont score points here either. Overall...adios.

The people here are nice and the ice cream is always good. Did drive through this time and the fella that helped me was nice even though there werent enough sprinkles on my cone... Lol

Very inexperienced staff. No Chocolate ice cream. No butterscotch topping. You can’t even get a cup of soft serve. It has to be a sundae. Oh well, was hoping for a great DQ. Not sure we’ll be back. The manager was great, but the staff wasn’t.

Third time here. All 3 times got my blizzard order wrong. This last visit I got more than the order wrong. Service was relatively quick, only one customer in front of me. Received blizzard without being served it upside down. I should have known right there something was amiss. Took lid off right away and the ice cream was like soup. Not soft, like watery soup. Was totally unexpected that it dropped on me and in my car. Who serves it like that knowing ice cream is never served that way? Makes me wonder if this blizzard was accidentally made before me and they gave me it, or the actual machine is not at the right temperatures setting. I could have got a free blizzard from this, and still think i should but at that time i had to be somewhere. Hence why customers go to fast food joints. I Was really looking forward to my ice cream after a bad day and you know when youre wanting it, you gotta have it.and couldnt. Bummer. I give the rating 2 stars only because the staff was pleasant.... But maybe thats why because of the ice cream problems. Who knows.

Ordered blizzards... was not told in any way the machine was having issues. Stood around for 15 minutes til someone decided to say the machine was not working. They walked out a slushie and said this is what it is doing... just tell me no blizzard I coulda got chicken and bounced.

I went today for the first time since they opened thinking theyd have time to figure out what they were doing and whatnot, but I guess I didnt wait long enough. I ordered a chocolate oreo cheesecake blizzard, its that time, I NEED chocolate. Well the lady made 2 regular oreo ones which were NOT what we ordered I told her it was supposed to be chocolate but there was a massive line and I was pretty much told Id have to go to the back of the line and wait, I didnt want to wait 30 minutes again for an other one so I asked if there was at least the cheesecake in there, she said yes. Long story short its literally just cheap fake oreos that taste disgusting and vanilla ice cream. Im so disappointed.

The only DQ with a full menu unlike the other locations in port Saint Lucie. I love how its convenient from the courthouse because theres nothing to eat in the area. Tony and Veronica were so awesome.. I enjoy when they are working makes my DQ experience so much more fun!

When this place 1st opened I attributed the bad service and consistent outages of product to the fact that this was a brand new store and there were far too many young carefree people working here...So I havent been back since last year to give them time to get up to par...well tonight I find that nothing has changed....

Person working the drive thru was either overworked or the equipment was malfunctioning BUT food was made properly and priced accordingly. Aside from struggling thru the order process, I will make the drive to come back.

I know this is a new restaurant and theyre trying the best they can but I had horrendous service the other night I waited over 35 minutes for my food and by the time I finally received it Not only was it cold but my blizzards were served right side up plus I was one of the first 100 to buy a cake and that night when I came I was charged for my free meal at first I wasnt charged but then a dude came over and reassessed the order and charged us an extra $10. I am very upset and I dont know if I will be back. Unless I given 2 free blizzards as advertised since they were served right side up and not upside down and I feel as though I am deserved a free meal back since I was charged for it. And after they screwed up the order they did not give me a receipt either. Very unprofessional.

Typical dairy Queen. Service was super friendly and accommodating. But in my opinion Culvers cheese curds are better.

Worst experience ever! Went a half hour before closing and decided to go inside since drive thru was long. There was only one customer inside whom had already ordered. I waited 15 minutes as the manager had to remake the precious customers order and complained about how no one did their jobs. I left without even placing an order. I will never go back.

Ive never had DQ food before so I figured Id give it a shot. The employees were very courteous and the facility was spotless (It is a new location). I was the only car in the drive thru lane and they made me park. There were 2 cars in the parking lot. My order was brought out about 3 to 4 minutes later. I started to pull away when I noticed I did not get any ketchup, which I had requested so I had to park and go inside and get some. I was almost back at work when I noticed I did not receive my drink. I was not driving all the way back. Regarding the food, the fries were good and the chocolate sundae was very good. The double burger patties were bland and overcooked and tasted a little burnt as well. I cannot comment on the value of the drink since I never received it. Management needs to do more team leadership and QAQC. Im not sure if I will be returning.

Freindly staff but very poorly managed. They made errors to my order and several before and after. Several employees knew how to do different jobs and knew what the other should be doing but werent focused enough to get orders correct. Clean facility.

The employees were rude & didnt seem to want to be there. The blizzard all looked like someone took a couple bites right off the top Ive never had a concave blizzard before. The man behind us said Ive never seen such rude people.

Very disappointed went thru drive thru and asked for mint oreo blizzard. It is not green at all.

I just want to say one of the cooks was soooo RUDE!!! But Quan was so sweet and was really good! He kept a smile on his face the whole time even though I know I get crazy with my what I don’t want on my burgers. Usually people get bad and I understand but he was so patient and sweet!

I was excited about taking my kids here, unfortunately we waited on our food through drive-thru when we got it ...it was cold management and the young lady working the window I believe her name was CC very nice but my food was cold which is the deal-breaker we will not be coming. 👎👎👎

Waited in the drive thru 14 mins for 2 cones. Theres no sense of urgency here and the staff isnt very friendly. Long wait times no matter how big or small your order is. New location so well come back in a month to see if anything has improved.

They didnt have tater tots or syrup. The ketchup containers were empty on several tables. The restaurant was clean and when the traffic died down the manager did walk thru checking on customers. The food was prepared quickly and brought out in a timely fashion. We ordered deserts & food. The deserts came out first so that was a plus.

The first time I visited my order was wrong but I didn’t complain as it was very busy and the DQ has just recently opened. Gave it another shot and the order was wrong again and I was so disappointed. The employees stand in the drive thru window and talk very loud about each other’s body parts. Just extremely unprofessional. Please retrain the employees and give a lesson on professionalism. Won’t be back to that location ever!

Worst new store ever. Poor customer service poor management poor every thing. Why even open this place if your staff is going g to be so rude. Never had a problem at a Dairy Queen before until this one today the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Went in place my order, 13 minutes later they tell me theyre out of brownies. Took them 13 minutes of me standing there waiting for them to tell me they were out. Id say poor planning on their part. Also poor customer service for making me wait 13 minutes to tell me.

Service was poor. They were rude. Every customer was complaining. The sundaes and banana split looked like a kindergartener made them. They got the order wrong twice. We are going back to Joys Ice cream in white city from now on.

Permentaly closed.. No sign or anything to let you know until pulling up. Sad to see it go

Mandy, Mgr. my hats off to the decorations on my 4 DQ cakes. We are elated that are soft serve icecream, dipped cones and etc... are a homegrown favorite has finally arrived!!

Everyone was really nice I mean it was a few minutes wait longer then I wanted but it was perfect

So the store is brand new and considering everyone and their family is always there morning, noon and night i was able to get my order and leave in a decent time. It could be that i only ordered a medium midnight fudge sundae (which by the way delicious). I originally went for a brownie sundae but they were all out of brownies and alot of other ingredients as well such as peanut butter, oreo, and banana. A lady read off a list that had at least 7 ingredients that they ran out of. So i give it a 4 for now. Would have been a 5 honestly had i originally got what i wanted. I shouldnt really judge off of that considering they are busier than Walmart on blackfriday.

I waited at drive thru for 20 minutes and the employees didnt seem to know what they were doing.

Dairy queen is dairy queen they are all the same what sets them apart is the service. The service at this location was horrible. I waited in line for 45 minutes and there was only one other person in front of me. After placing my order i had to wait 12 more minutes just for them to make 3 overpriced blizzards.

I give the new Dairy on US1 in Fort Pierce no stars, staff was lazy, lied about opening, made customers wait 30 minutes outside and in drive through only to be told they had another hour, employees were holding up their phones inside saying it wasnt time while sitting doing nothing.

Service was horrible. 20 mins for 2 small blizzards. All you need to know. Par for the course in fort pierce.

Went to get a reeses blizzard and got peanut butter ice cream.no pieces of reeses to be found.So sad and brought four.

They messed up on my order and the food wasnt hot as I expected. But the ice cream is good.

The ice cream was great but I stood in line for over 10 minutes for one ice cream cone and when I finally get it its sloppy and way too small for a mexium. Ill never go back
