Sad to give one star because they really don’t deserve that. I HIGHLY recommend not doing business with Midsouth appliance in fort smith. They are the most unprofessional people. The manager is very rude. You call and order appliances or parts and they either aren’t there or they say they have not ordered the parts yet. We have even received damaged parts. VERY unprofessional people. Have absolutely no customer service values. I would rather spend my money at a chain store than this small business.

Mis south is great. James will bend over backwards to see that you get the correct part at the most reasonable price around.

I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my dryer. It wouldnt heat. I spoke to a girl there and she explained all the parts like the element and fuses that could be my issue. She told me how to test them but I did not have the meter, so she said I could just bring all of the parts up to them and they could test them. When I got there, she said all of the parts tested out to be good and the only other part she knew to check was the control board. She had an older guy get on the phone and tell me about what you call a soft trip on my breaker box. He told me to try that before I purchased the control board. That was my problem! Any other parts house would have just sold me the parts and I would have spent well over $100 to not fix my issue. They were honest people who just wanted to help me fix my dryer. I may not have spent any money, but they have a new customer for life now. Next issue I have, I know exactly who I am calling.

I went here a few days ago to pick up a part for my husband that he had called in. The lobby was closed like so many other businesses right now, but it was not a hassle. My husband called them with the model number of our dryer and they had the part in stock. He paid for it over the phone while he was in Tulsa, and I was able to just show up, call them to let them know I was outside and they brought the part out to me with the receipt. Easiest part pick up ever. They were really nice too.

Great staff! James, Justin, Jax and the new guy are great! They Always help me find the parts I need to take care of my customers. Couldn’t do business without them!

Told me to come back the next day to get agitator dogs...showed up and they said they had them but hadnt gone through their shipment. It was gonna be a couple of days.... Place is 30 miles from my home and I kinda need my washer to work.

Honestly, I read the reviews before I came to buy parts here and was skeptical but was told they were the best parts place in town by a friend. I called first and spoke with James and he was helpful. They were the only place in town that had my element in stock for my stove. When I got there, James wasnt there but the girl was and when I told her I spoke with James, she checked where he had stuff written down and easily found the part I talked to him about and I didnt have to give her my model number again and go through the whole look up process all over again. I was in and out quite quickly even though their phones were ringing off the hooks. Her and the other guy handled everything smoothly. They were polite and friendly. I will definitely be back to do business.

They have terrible customer service skills. They don’t double check to make sure they’re getting OR ordering the correct parts for you. The lady there was incredibly rude to my husband. She has zero customer service skills. I have never been so disappointed in a business. Do business elsewhere.

Nice people . Good prices, a little more expensive than online but you know you are getting the real part and not a knock off from china.

I called to check on a part (fuse) for a dryer. I was told it was in stock, I asked if he needed a part number to make sure, Justin said it was ok that he had the fuse. I drive 20 min to get it, come to find out he didn’t have it. He said he’d have to order it and it will be 2 days. I didn’t order on amazon ($12 cheaper) because I was already here. 2 days later I drive all the way back and they got me the wrong part. I asked for my money back and they needed my card which i left at home. I told the lady there about my experience and she was unsympathetic and acted defensive towards the situation like it was my fault. Now I have to drive back and forth for a 3rd time. Almost 2 hours of driving for no reason

Work thru a company that manages properties I wouldnt go any other place James and Jackie have always got the part or can find it and most times have it there the next morning prices are great customer service is great and always a free Gatorade

Absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with! I prepaid for a part, was told it would be in the next day. Called the next day to be rudely told it was not in and hung up on. Called the next day, transferred to another person whom informed me it wasnt ordered, they would retrieve from another location. Called the next day to be rudely (AGAIN) told it was not in and they would call me when it was, that part and my money are still there! I refuse to pick it up, I refuse to EVER use this business again!

These people know their stuff. I called and a nice young lady answered. I wasnt sure if the parts I had was bad or not for my dryer. She told me I could bring them in and they would test it to see if it was bad. So glad I did. I didnt need the $50 element, just a fuse. Extremely helpful. And a guy there named james told me about what causes that fuse to go out and how to help prevent it. Good people. Go there if you need help

I came in to check on a part. Unfortunately the control board for my range was discontinued. Justin helped me a lot. He gave me the part number so I could check online to see if any other place might still have some new old stock or used ones. I wasnt a fan of buying a used one off of Ebay. The other guy there told me about a place you can send the board off to to get it rebuilt. Im going to go that route. Its such a nice stove, I dont want to part with it yet. I didnt technically do business with them since I couldnt buy my board but the next time I need a part, I will definitely come back.

Absolutley horrible customer service. We purchased a stove from them. Once we got it home and installed it we realized it had no stovetop grates with it. We contacted them the next morning because they were already closed by the time we got it out of the box and installed. They treated us very poorly. After 6 phone calls and two days later the manager finally gave them to us. Not even one apology from them. We will never do business with them again. Nor do we recomend wasting your time or money with these people. This company is a waste of time and money. Shop else where.

They are a bunch of crooks. They charged me 73 dollars for a 33 dollar part. Dont waste your money here!
