I purchased a washer an dryer from there they were very nice but they had to replace Motor in the dryer first week we had it they came got it had to order a new motor which cost them $232 to be exact is what she told me then I get it back within about a week again it’s screeching so loud you can’t stand it I call they were supposed to show up on a sat an see what problem was they never showed I was having a garage sale that weekend so I no they never showed!!!!! Tried calling sent video of dryer got disconnected from lady but she said she was getting her husband’s then they never would answer my husband calling back to back!!!! Not very professional my daughter is Marissa Harvey by the way she made the other review and I have text messages lol to prove it wasn’t out of warranty!!!!!!!

Very pleasant. I was given there name by 3 different people and turns out they were right. Love my refrigerator, washer and dryer. All work as they should. They even called me 2 days after purchase to make sure I was happy. Now that is a caring business. I looked at a few other stores there near by and wasnt nearly as impressed as we were with 2nd Chance Appliance.

I have never left a bad review for a business and understand that things happen, but this has been a nightmare.I purchased a washer and dryer from this business in March and I would not recommend them. When purchasing I made them very aware that I would be moving to Tulsa so it had to be alright when I got there, and they repeatedly assured me that it would and that they thoroughly checked both appliances. I had professional movers that were very careful. My first night in Tulsa I tested my washing machine and discovered the wash bin had tons of rust in the bottom (something that would have been seen if it had been checked), the fill sensor did not work and I had to manually switch off the water, then it wouldnt drain so I had to get all of the water out manually. I called Second Chance and they said that they could FaceTime me to try to help me fix it over the phone but that they dont offer a refund under any circumstance because normally they would come fix the issue themselves so I was basically out of luck being 2 hours away since they made it clear all they could do for me was try to FaceTime but that that would be it. The woman working told me that if I had another technician come out that it would void the repair warranty, but what good is that if I live 2 hours away from her technicians? So I had a trusted, experienced, technician take a look and they explained to me that it wouldnt be worth fixing and that it looked like it hadnt even been touched because everything had so much build up. So I purchased a brand new washing machine and tried to use my dryer (that I bought from Second Chance appliances) and it wouldnt heat. So I paid the fee to have a technician out once again. The technician discovered that the heating element that Second Chance installed wasnt the right brand and was built for something 3x the size and that several other parts were worn out. He said it was honestly pretty dangerous the way it had been wired and offered to replace all of the parts, but recommended just purchasing brand new again. So both appliances that I purchased are now being replaced, and I wasted several hundred dollars.I understand that things happen, but this entire ordeal has shown a major lack of integrity on the businesss side and I do not recommend their services to anyone else. Also after reading the other negative reviews and seeing that the business responds with hostility instead of trying to fix it, I guess I should have known that they would not be inclined to fix their issues.

Absolutely amazing service. Only for the appliances today but they were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about what they were selling and by far the best price option available. The staff was extremely friendly and the dog was the best salesman Ive met in a very long time. Cannot recommend them enough.

I was greeted by the owner, he showed me some possible choices, explaining about them. I was able to purchase what I needed ( a washer and dryer). I was very pleased and told a co worker about this business as well as sent her their website. If I need anything else, I will be visiting again.

Terrible service. Called to repair dishwasher. Replaced pump but could not re-connect the electrical connection. They left that to my landlord which took several week to get completed. Once the the electric was reconnected, dishwasher still did not drain. Landlord called them to investigate. They came back out. After just a few minutes of looking at the dishwasher, they concluded the pump was working and it must be a kinked drain hose. Stated it was not their problem, told me to call the landlord and left. Prior to the pump going out, it drained fine but it hasnt worked since they replaced the pump. I DO NOT recommend the company for any appliance repair or service.

Were so grateful for Danny coming out. I need my dryer for work and he was able to come out quickly and was right on time. He fixed our dryer in a pinch. Not only does he do a fine job, he was so kind and considerate. Their prices are VERY reasonable at Second Chance, Im so happy we gave them a call!!

Bought a dryer about 2 weeks ago. Worked fine up until yesterday. I called 2nd Chance. They came out and got me going again. Turns out it wasnt the dryers fault or theirs. My wall vent is stopped up and blew a fuse in the dryer. They replaced it tho. Didnt even expect pay for it. Thats classy. I recommend them to anyone.

I asked this place to come put a broken door lock on my washer cause it wouldnt unlock and I broke it trying to unlock it and they did replace it but the door wouldnt unlock still!So I called them to tell them and they were so rude and screaming at me!I was just trying to say if you replace a lock-dont you make sure it works?!He said it does unlock!Calling me a lier!Then he saidYou only asked to replace the lock-not to make sure the door will open!And I had to break it again to open it!$185. paid!

Very poor customer service. We bought a refrigerator and within 2 weeks it wasnt cooling. They sent a repair man out. It still wasnt fixed but the covid 19 hit and they closed their doors and will not come repair it.. lesson learned. .. we got great service a Jarrys on Midland.. would recommend them to anyone!!

Looks like a bunch of meth heads taking appliances apart and dont know how to put them back together. I needed a timer bought 1 from them and they gave me 2 bad timers in a row and its still not fixed. Owner was rude with my wife. Wont ever get my business again.

Purchased a specific sized refrigerator from them that they agreed to fix up and deliver to a house I was buying, I called them three weeks later and they said they had forgotten about it. The house purchase fell through, so I called about the refrigerator to see if I could get my money back or get the refrigerator delivered to where I was living. The wife started screaming and yelling and cussing. She said they were going to keep my money and the refrigerator. I finally received the refrigerator with crimped tubes hanging out of the back..It never worked.

Paid to deliver and install used fridge. They delivered and said it wouldnt fit through the doorway. Told my daughter that I was an idiot. And they left. So my daughter (15) and her friend (14) then proceeded to take 15 minutes and installed it themselves. Will not EVER go there again

Wouldnt but a dryer hose from these people. Dont stand behind warranty when they had the machine for a month to fix they day we bought it. Instead of doing what they said, bring us a different washer, they said we were out of warranty and offered a check refund. Joke of a business. And just for your information, relaying honest experience isnt harassment.

Worse appliance store ever. They will rip you off. They buy junk. Give it a quick fix to last the 30 day warranty. They where suppose to come by and fix it for the second time and literally blew us off and never showed up.

2nd Chance Employees were at my house yesterday, they moved and hooked up my appliances. Installing gas line for Debra’s gas stove we bought from THEIR APPLIANCE STORE. Installed new water lines through the attic after Mike moved his kitchen from one end of the house to the other. .... The technicians are eager to work and more than helpful.... How HOT was that attic yesterday? Prolly 150 degrees and they handled it, no problem. Just ask me what appliance store in town keeps our appliances going? EXACTLY 2nd Chance Appliance.. Call-‘em ........ 5 STARS

Came out diagnosed my dishwasher as needing a mother board, but when it came in did not work. They ordered a second part that they stated it needed as well. When that part came in they came back out and then they told us that the mother board arrived not working. So, we wait 2 more weeks for the 2nd mother board, and when it arrived they came back out and said they have no idea what is wrong with the dishwasher. They refused to refund the money spent with them although we are no closer to a repair. They have wasted my time for 6 weeks.

This is a real good business they are pretty reasonable on their prices and very knowledgeable about their products I will probably use this business in the future I bought an LG front load washer from them and they gave me a real good deal the pump went out on it the day I got it but they came out the very next day and was able to fix it and didnt even charge me for it its a real good business and I will probably do business with them in the future if youre looking for a good used appliance at a real good deal then please come out and talk to these people and see what kind of deal they can make for you
