Amazing and knowledgeable lady working in the custom frames department. We needed a HUGE custom frame for a puzzle and found an amazing coupon to use!! Ever since Hobby Lobby did away with their coupons, Michaels is my main go to for everything!

Its a craft store so lots of ideas can come to you as youre looking. This, so far, is the only place that has wooden boxes in the shape of books. Only four stars since their stencil selection is very limited. The prices are a little higher here than say Hobby Lobby but not by much.

Always a great experience and the staff is super helpful. I wish we had a location in northwest arkansas but until then it wont stop me from driving down to get my Michaels fix. Hopefully eventually when covid gets under control they can get their supply chain going again and get restocks on a lot of things.

I love michaels so much. Isaac at the framing department is so thoughtful. He knew exactly which color choices I liked and was in my opinion very skilled in his understanding of the materials. The other workers assisted my every need. Every question I had they were able to guide me.

This place is amazing, I just love all that they have you will fell in love with all the items that the have for every season, it is a little bit expensive but you can find items with a reasonable price or even cheaper than others stores!

The only complaint I have is the employee kept asking if I needed any help every 5 minutes... if someone comes in your store and gets a basket and goes to the isles that harbor the products that they need dont keep bugging them. Ask them if they need help once maybe twice not every 5 minutes for the whole hour or so they are in the store

I can always find something to create from here. Bought the map on Amazon. I got the frame poster board and stickers from michaels to create this master piece

Although not many good sales happening when I visited on Feb. 8th, 2021 - they managed to have the exact product I was looking for (large format photo albums), in various designs. They were a bit expensive, however at least they were offering a buy one/get one at 50% off that day. I had already visited another chain store and could not find any I liked, so I am grateful I was able to quickly end my search at Michaels.

I had an issue and the cashier was a little defensive and not very helpful in fixing the situation just kept making excuses... Ill go back it wasnt that awful I was just surprised at how defensive and kind of rude the cashier was. I pulled my product from the shelf and there were more than 3 boxes in the 22.99 spot but he didnt change the price for me, made a bunch of excuses as to why that happens, I guess Im glad I didnt get 2 boxes like planned! Love the store though they always have great deals and good products.

I needed a custom frame for for my picture, which will be featured in our local museum. I went in excited thinking someone would help me put together an awesome frame. An older male associate attended me last night, and when I told him my budget, he snickered at me and directed me to the self service frames and mats. I was deeply disappointed, I picked out a frame and mat, paid and left feeling like I was not worth his time. I decided I will be back for a refund today, how rude. I will take my business else where after I get my refund.

I went in there to spend a $50 gift card that I had been given. They had a great deal on a 20 pack of canvases for $40. The store was very clean and well-stocked. I did think the pricing on the plastic storage was high even though it was on a sale for 50% off. So I had to pass on that. The cashier was nice and she made sure that I used my rewards account.

This Michaels has a good variety of products. Ive been shopping here for years and customer service has always been great. 👍 Shelves are kept and updated, which makes it easy to find things.

This Michaels location is a clean store. The floor plan inside this store makes you feel as though you just entered into a cage built to house a terradactyl. The center isle gives you a closed off feeling and the height of the isle shelves reach to the sky but unless you have wings good luck. It leaves you in a state of confusion. As for the staff they are very friendly and knowledgeable and seem genuinely happy help. Checking out goes smooth and quickly. The prices are very high and unless I am shopping with family or friends and they want to go in I generally wont waste my time.

I am not giving ANY Star.They Do Not have a Electric Cart for their Handicap Customers. They have 1 W/C period. And that is no help for me. I need a Electric Cart like what Walmart has. So Im so struggling around the store hanging onto a regular cart with all my strength to keep me upright.Looked all over the store for the items that I really needed and looked all over the store for an employee to help me find the items. No one out on the floor. Had to go up front to the cashier to find assistance as I struggled to walk.Never back there again. Ill tell my story to my craft friends.Im informed I have to punch a star to post this. I will punch 1 star but it really does not deserve this. I do loads of crafts spending hundreds of Dollars for my supplies. But since I became disabled getting supplies is difficult if there is not a Electric Cart.

The staff was ready for the chaos of Black Friday. There was a lot of stock in the center isles (understandable) but it made navigation difficult. Lots of extra staff on hand to help shoppers find what they were after, all registers open, and the wait in line was pretty short. Not nearly as bad as I anticipated. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5...my coupon said 30% off, even sales prices. The door busters tonight (Thanksgiving night) were excluded (Booo!)

A lot of variety for DIY projects, and holidays. But not a lot of wrapping paper options.

Online, in store, pick up is VERY inconvenient. Why do I have to stand in line at the register, show my ID then wait for them to go to the back to get it? I could have made an in store purchase in half the time.

I am disappointed that Michaels doesnt stock more jewelry findings such as cabochon trays. Nice variety of craft supplies, but can be pricey.
