The employee started with stating, it can be fixed, but there are problems we could run into. However, this is what you need to know before we start thats honesty. Id rather hear of all the complications that can happen, then be blindsided by a cost out of pocket. He even took the time to vacuum my car and clean the outside of my windows. It is still visible, however it has the lifetime warranty and theyre so nice. Id recommend them. 5 stars.

I used Safelite to replace my windshield this morning, a nice polite guy named Tom Collins, he by far had the best customer service, showed up on time like he said, informed me of everything the company had to offer such as the wiper blades, he replaced my window fast and sufficiently, also asked if there was anything else I needed. Cleaned my windows. He had me fix up perfectly in no time. I will always use safelite if I could I would give 6 stars. Thank you Safelite.

I hada very small ship that another auto glass place said was a simple fix but my insurance sent me to safelite when the gentleman was working on my glass he sprayed a super cold solution on my window and Cracked it all thecway across. I sent the man away and went back to another glass repair shop and they said or asked why did safelite spray a cold solution on the windows in middle of summer made no sense. So thank u safelite for costing me extra money. Never be back.

Service installer was very professional and really good under the conditions. It was raining a down poor. But he met me at the car wash and installed my windshield in less than 30 minutes. Im very pleased!

Leaving two stars because I set an appointment time first thing in the morning and was informed it could take up to three hours.... ok... I can work with that. But to get there and be told it would be done by 5pm... NOT ok. I have kids, live an hour away and SET AN APPOINTMENT.

Appt was shorter then expected which was great. Very professional staff. We were very pleased and recommend using this location to anyone.

Great looking Glass. I suggest making an appointment rather than drop off service if your out of town or hanging around waiting, but the service was top shelf. No complaint.

Safelite came out to repair my windshield which was covered by my insurance and at no cost to me. They were early which was great. The work was completed prior to my knowledge of him being here. He came in looking for a payment and I told him all of that was taken care of. He insisted it was 86.00 for the repair, I walked out there to look at the repair and I could still see it he said it would never completely be gone. I then said why would I pay 86.00 for a repair and not 120.00 for a new windshield? I had to call my insurance and get him some information so he could close out the ticket and so I didn’t have to pay him. Keep in mind all of this was taken care of 24 hours prior to the repair.

Service was great the only complaint I have is they say they clean your window and no they don’t I still have suction cup marks on mine but other than that service was fast and friendly

How in the world does anyone talk to these people on the phone? I tried and tried to speak to a real human being, NO luck. These people must be crazy, I wound up calling another shop in town who would speak to me over the phone. I will give my business to someone who speaks to me.

They say they come out they dont and u cant get them on the phone u have to uses a computer and most older people dont uses or know how

It was so inexpensive to get my windshield replaced in my 2004 gmc sierra. I wish I would have 6 years ago! Great job safelite

Bad bad bad! Unable to talk to anyone. Wanted to verify a specific windshield for my daughters car with de ice feature. Called 800 number several times and also local number in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Both numbers connected with same recording. Requested agent. Supposedly going to be connected with one. BUT went right back to same recording again. Sent emails twice with no reply. Just continued to get automated email about scheduling. So contacted another glass company with an employee I could talk to who appreciated my business and came to my location to install my new windshield. Due to my location Safelite didnt offer that service. Very frustrating and disappointed experience with Safelite.

Barly fits but they will do what it takes to get you taken care of in Fort Smith

Don’t pay attention to website hours, they aren’t open on saturdays at all, don’t call either its just a machine, very disappointed

WHY CAN’T I GIVE SIX STARS?!Seriously, this was a great experience. Super friendly staff, fast, professional service, and only about $25 more than the competition. The technician even vacuumed my floor board for me! I wasn’t expecting that.

After using the App for my insurance and theirs, and driving 2 hours, they changed their mind and try to sale a new window. I met All of their requirements to repair, wasted a whole morning driving 2 hours each way for their bait and switch act

I had a chip in my windshield repaired. The communication between the servicemen and me about the service schedule was perfect and the repair is almost invisible. The biggest surprise was when I realized that they had cleaned my dash area and vacuumed my floorboards!

Came put windshield in on Friday evening. Left rear view mirror and all my onstar wires hanging from windshield. Im stuck driving without a rear view mirror and I have all these wires hanging making it unsafe. Executive offices couldnt get local owner to answer phone or email. Had to be scheduled for Monday evening. POOR SERVICE.
