Jackie was great she gave us all the information on the mattresses she knows her product very well

The best experience I have had buying a mattress. Jackie was very honest and helpful with us making a purchase. She went well out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. The store closed at 6 but she stayed late just to ensure we got the best deal. Amazing work Jackie!! We cannot wait to get our Tempur-pedic Luxebreeze mattress!

OUTRIGHT LIES!!! This message box will be TOO small to chronologically list the deception and complete runaround we received from Jackie (and her manager via Jackie) after buying a Sealy queen mattress/box springs. My mother and I were treated sugar-sweet, while buying a $1200 bed (that’s AFTER 50% off.) BUT when we needed to exchange for a softer mattress, as was promised by the “30-day guarantee/exchange” that Jackie repeatedly guaranteed was part of our purchase, there has been nothing but lies and crawfishing. Now, 3 weeks later, Jackie continues to try to “run the clock out.” She has disputed that the guarantee/exchange ever existed, and only offered a higher value mattress with cost passed on to us! When my mom tried to negotiate a “consolation prize” (a twin Stearns & Foster for the same price as the queen we purchased), Jackie said Stearns & Foster doesn’t make twin sizes. Later, my mom showed her a website with evidence of just the opposite. Jackie argued that Mattress King would have to throw her mattress away if they took it back and they cannot absorb that loss. Hmm, so why the guarantee/exchange program to to begin with? And why did you throw in a free mattress protector “in the event that we needed to bring the mattress back?” My mother is 75 years old and the most mild-mannered person you will EVER meet. However, the last call she made to Jackie to find out where things stood with her and her elusive manager, Jackie hung up on her. Shame on Mattress King (Fort Smith, AR) for joining rampant deception in our world today. I should have checked BBB and videoed everything. Better yet, should have shopped elsewhere with honest folks.

This store has good quality mattress,from lower end to higher end, at affordable prices ....I definitely recommend them! A lady name Jackie is a sales representative at the Ft Smith store and she was the Best! She provided the best customer service EVER and she is very knowledgeable!!! Yall got to go see her...she got u!

Great guy there with a heart of gold that takes all the time in the world with you, but also stands back to give you your own space to go over the mattresses on your own. Right there even you needed him to answer any and all of your questions.

I cant recommend this store. I was passed back and forth between Jackie and Aaron. I had to walk out after both Jackie and Aaron began helping customers that had arrived behind me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have just been due to a busy Labor Day. Came back the next day and was treated the same. I walked out a second time and purchased a bed from their competitor. My entire family has purchased from them in the past. Time to move on.

Great Service! They let me kept the mattress for another week until I could find a way to transport my mattress home, very friendly workers, let me tried different beds and also helped me talked prices. Recommended

We love Mattress King! They earned a customer service medal from us today! We liked their selection better than Mattress Firm, and 3 months ago we purchased their most expensive hybrid mattress made by Stearns and Foster in their store. We ended up getting the ultra plush version instead of the firm version by our own mistake, and we waited 93 days to go back and ask for an exchange because life got in the way. Their exchange policy states 90 days max, and I was kicking myself because I was sure they would say we were out of luck. The rep called two managers to get the exchange approved despite being outside the window and we got what we wanted! (Good thing we kept the waterproof protector on there the whole time, the exchange was understandably contingent on that.) They showed today that they are worthy of our recommendation. I hope they dont mind me telling everyone they made an exception to their policy. I think its worth it to highlight such a customer-centered attitude.

First time visit was informative and made a positive impression. Aaron Matthews was outstanding in his knowledge of the mattresses and bases offered by the store. We visited several other stores and returned to Mattress King to purchase.

Jackie is excellent! She has 22 years of experience in the industry, is very knowledgable about all the beds ( including Sleep Number). She answered our questions, checked resources, and gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss the beds. She was focused on meeting our needs - not just making a sale! Refreshing experience.

I walked into Mattress King with my wife, and walked around the store for about 10 minutes before anyone asked if we needed help. We were looking for a specific mattress, and asked the sales rep if they had it in store. He told me that another mattress was the exact same, but just had a different name. I was looking at reviews on consumer reports, and the mattress I was looking for and the mattress he told me was the same had two vastly different reviews. Either the sales rep didnt know what he was talking about, or he was try to deceive me. Either way, I had no interest in buying from them.
