Best selection of beverages available in Ft. Smith. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Anything you’re looking for and unique choices for gifts, can’t go wrong stopping here. I’m the uneducated wine drinker ( red famously lowers cholesterol ) not being a drinker staff can point out good choices. Highly recommended!!!

A few years ago I went into this store to purchase some beer well my wife waited in the truck. I had forgotten my debit card at home so I used hers. When the clerk rang me up he accused me of purchasing alcohol for minors because it was someone elses card. I tried to explain to him that it was my wifes card. He asked for me to go get her and bring her in the store. At this point I was very angry so I walked out and never returned. I understand that a different name on a debit card is an issue but there was no reason to be accused of buying for minors

Can easily stop by on my way home from Fort Smith Shopping.. I like the location cause on some days i dont want the hasel of the stop lights and traffic and the store is right outta town and you can get your bottle or beer and go home

Was looking for something specific, no staff around to help. Then was looking for something else while at counter and staff didnt know where item was or if carried it (I located on bottom shelf at their feet shoved in back of shelf). When checking out the guy was friendly. Staff not familiar with inventory or stock.

Friendly staff, good prices, no public restroom so dont drink a large tea before you go in like did. You can get a t-shirt for 10$ . I would have gave 5 stars but its dusty.Dusty bottles and allergies are not good friends. They have cold beer and ice. So far this is my favorite liquor store.

Been going for over 4 years and they cant keep a bottle of wine chilled. I order the same thing every time. They actually hired a new smiling face a few weeks ago and he promised to put some back in the fridge for me. Unfortunately, when I came back tonight, surprise no chilled wine. Same old excuse...doing inventory. No one does inventory for 4 years. If you want chilled champagne, go to Happy Hour & Sodies. THEY ALWAYS HAVE IT CHILLED.

The manager at this location is horrible. She talks about people that work there via text to other employees but then never takes care of the employees. Her staff is rude and hateful to customers and with several complaints she has not done anything. There is always holes in the stock and if I cant see it there I cannot buy it. POOR POOR management. You would think the Hadleys cared more about there business than to keep allowing this woman to run it down. The staff is allowed to drink on the job and she knows about it. I personally do not recommend anyone to shop there when there is Happy hour across the street with a friendly staff or Sodies that has so much more to offer in everyway.
