Easy to find what we were looking for, and an awesome taste of music on the radio. The only negative would be the mood of the clerks. I get that people have bad days, but its like every time I go in there they are watching the clock to leave. 8/10 experience

This is for Ft. Smith location, service is non-existent! Literally had 2 employees right beside us watch us struggle with items on top shelf and difficulty finding a particular size, then later let us stand on a chair to retrieve shoes, asked 1 employee a question and he never stopped, answered with short reply and kept on trucking. Told the manager and he just stood there looking at me like I had a 3rd eye. Ridiculous!!! ( and I assure you this is not the 1st time!) I would also say messiest store ever!

I moved from Owasso and was shocked at how messy and trashy this store was. The one in Owasso has NEVER looked like the one of Fort Smith today. Trash everywhere, unorganized, shoes and boxes all over the floor. The store was also hot and muggy like the air conditioner was broken. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all. I couldn’t wait to find what I needed and get out.

Lots to select from and reasonable prices. If they could only spell my name right on rewards.

Just went in there looking for shoes 3 sales associates up at the front talking we asked a lady walking around picking up trash to help us she just ignored us. None of the shoes were in the places shoes were displayed. Very disappointed .

They carry Nike and Id rather go barefoot than put Nike shoes on my feet.

Terrible place to buy anything but shoes or socks. They didnt even have anything but shoes. Gross!

I got a good deal on these sneakers for my grandsons and I always love buying the two packs of socks and getting one for free there.

Awful customer service!!! Ive spent hundreds of dollars in this store this last trip I ordered 3 pairs of shoes pick up and decided to check and see if they would have them ready by chance before I left town for the Easter weekend. Well the employee sam I believe was extremely rude kept walking away while I was speaking to her. Her manager showed up and was just as rude. Id rather not spend another penny to this store they need some training in customer service or classes or another job.

Took my shoes back for an exchange and the staff was incredibly rude. The manager said he would honor our bogo deal and simply lied to our face. Honestly a really rough experience and don’t plan on returning.

If you sign up for the emails and rewards, you can almost always get good deals.

No stars for me.. It was a very bad experience all the shoes that were on display never had other shoes beside it of the same kind they were totally in disray out of order and no organization whatsoever on any of their shoes. 😡 I was very displeased with the store all together.

I came in looking for a pair of running shoes. And on my own, I was unable to find a pair that worked for me. The manager offered his help and provided me with several options that suited my needs. Great customer service and plenty of options!

Good place to buy shoes. They frequently have buy one, get one 50% off. They have all the big brands you would expect to find. There are shoes for adults and kids. The prices are decent, especially when you go there during a BOGO50% sale. I would recommend this place.

Wasnt crowded at all. Got in and got what I went after and got out fast.

I thought the place was okay. Went to get some good shoes for standing. Couldnt find anything really because I have giant feet for a lady. I asked an employee to help and she brought more narrow shoes and they had hard soles. Bot everyones feet are like mine so its cool. I found some cool New Balance that feel like Im walking on water. I love them so much I dont even care if I look like a grandma wearing them.

There arent as many employees as there used to be but the ones that were working were friendly and helpful. Also not as many different brands mostly Nike.

Always great priced and the shoes last. If it was not for the kids out growing theirs every year we would not have to buy more as they last threw a lot of wear and tear. Mud holes water school running into things climbing trees. And all the workers are great about makeing sure we find what we are looking for..

I wear size 14 shoes so its hard to find shoes in stores, they actually had a good selection and I ended up getting 2 pairs plus an employee hooked me up with $10 off coupon. My wife also got 2 sets off shoes for 50% off so she was pretty excited as well.

Some places in the store were organized. Some were an absolute mess. One thing that was constant was the employee attitude. I said hello to every single one that passsed(I encountered 4 of them). They all gave me a look like oh God dont ask me anything. Only one of them said hello back. They were more concerned with getting around me than seeing if I needed help. They all seemed to go to hide after rudely passing me. I saw a couple on their phones while I exited. Id love to help keep brick and mortar stores alive. But with good customer service at an all time low here why even bother.

Shoe carnival always has all the best brands of shoes like Nike, adidas, vans, converse, puma, sketchers, I always find what I was looking for when I come in and the service is always great and never takes long to check out I shop for the whole family here and they always have buy one get one 50 percent off so that is really nice and if you purchase socks you get to spin the wheel by the front door that has all kinds of nice deals on it such as 2 dollars off and 10 percent off my son loves spinning the wheel when we go and they have a nice selection of kids and adults socks my son prefers Nike socks or adidas and they always have them and they are easy to find they are right by the check out! I am a frequent shopper and will definitely be back
