We have bought several vehicles. This is our 3rd Kia and this has been by far the best and easiest transaction. I told Corban exactly what I wanted. Told me he would see what he could do. He called me back within minutes. Called us the day my car arrived. Had all the paperwork ready when we got there. We were literally there 45 minutes. Now that’s how you sell a car.

I recently purchased a 2021 Kia K5, here with Johnny Robinson! he was the best sales person Ive ever had! he wasnt just eye candy, he is very knowledgeable about what he is talking about. I received a call as soon as this vehicle got in! he was not pushy or overwhelming. i really appreciated all of the information he was able to share with me about the vehicle. Ricky was also fantastic, he submitted my deal to only one bank, so it didnt hurt my credit at all barely went down which, i really appreciate. AND in finance i was helped by Jesse, he was great and knew exactly what he was talking about. Apparently the warranty is only good if you buy through them new, I bought a used 2015 soul that had salvaged title 3 months ago. Only salvaged due to body damage, motor started making noises. Car was towed to Crain, they had for 18 days only to tell me that the motor is blown and its on me to fix. Be careful

We were happy for almost 5 years. We started the process of getting a new key probably close to 2 years ago. Jordan was the first person that was supposed to get the key. Never heard back. Talked to probably 3 people that never called back. About 3 weeks ago I called and they got it in. Go up to get it but now the warranty has worn out and if I want it I have to pay for it. The man I spoke with was horrible!! We have 2 more payments on our soul and was going to buy another one. We will be going somewhere else. Donna Portman

Bought a car there a year ago. Love the car! But... had trouble registering and tagging it because the title was in suspense. Got through that and guess what thought it was fixed..Nope.. went to tag the car this year still in suspense. I called 2 months ago and its still in suspense. Somebody doesnt know what they are doing!! I wont ever buy another car there due to this. Thank God oforthe lady in Little Rock lifted the suspense for me for 1 day so I could tag it this year. This is bull. Got a letter in the mail says its still needing fixed!

Bought my 2020 Kia Forte in August of 2020. Was told by the Sales Rep and the Financial Manager that I would be able to trade in 6 months to a year for cheaper payments. I explained the payment was to high but they reassured me that I could once again trade in for cheaper payments. So I bought the car. After 8 months they said they would not be able to get me cheaper payments but the same payments. The passenger window is messing up and has been. Ive been waiting for a phone call to fix it but still nothing. I have filed two complaints and go figure still no response. I would not recommend. The sales rep was a sweet heart but apparently told me the wrong info.

I like my Kia, however I despise the service department as it is an absolute nightmare EVERYTIME. Ive had several recall appointments about 20+ since Ive had my car. I come for a recall at my appointed time and theyre behind, THEY ARE ALWAYS BEHIND. WHY? I have never been in and out as the service department sucks. 1.5 hours to 4 hours for them to hook it up to a computer is absurd. The oil changes take a ridiculous amount time 2.5+ hours, Im so glad I dont have deal with the service department with oil changes anymore.

I highly recommend Crain Kia Fort Smith service department. They are friendly, courteous, and treated my vehicle with the utmost care. Their service is prompt on general maintenance and took about an hour to complete all services needed. Most of all they treated me like a first class customer.

2017 Kia Soul sold to wife and daughter with high pressure sales tactics on the spot. Charged more than it is worth. It spontaneously caught on fire. Now dealer is avoiding making it good. Making me and insurance foot the bill. Not standing behind their product. Stay away, stay far away.

Today my husband and I drove from Mena, AR to our appointment for recall work for our 2011 Kia through torrential rain. When we pulled up at the service center, there were already cars parked under the covered service drive in. I was dreading the thought of getting soaking wet running into the building when this nice man came out and directed my husband to drive under the front portico. He said his name was John and invited us in and to make ourselves at home. John advised us they were short one technician and it might take awhile. He assured us, though, if we needed to go somewhere, he would make sure someone would take us. Shortly afterwards, John came back out checking on us and advised that since we were from out of town, he was trying to get us pushed to the front. He then told us that he was leaving to go to lunch, but wanted to know if we needed anything before he left. It was not long afterwards when our car was brought out to us. Everyone there was very efficient. However, John definitely wins the Gold Star.

Dishonest to the core. I arrived looking to potentially purchase a new vehicle. After looking at the cars, I went inside to try to get the price of a few vehicles. Instead of just giving me the price, the salesman starts asking me for my information. I asked him what for and he said he needed to check some numbers. I inquired further and it turns out he was going to try to run a hard inquiry on my credit without my approval! After that, I asked for the prices again. The manager sat at his desk for a few minutes and handed the salesman a piece of paper with some numbers on it (keep in mind Im asking for out the door price), the numbers look good but they dont have the car Im wanting in stock. They wanted me to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. After that, it turns out that the numbers they got me was the price difference on my trade in and NOT the actual out the door price (they lead me to believe this was the out the door price until the final moments). At that point, I got up and left. Another salesman mean mugged me as I was leaving, as though he wanted to assault me or something. He was also had a ton of tattoos (not that theres anything wrong with that but it seemed to not help his character in this case).The original guy who was helping us seemed nice but the management seem to be a bunch of dishonest charlatans. Ive never had such a bad experience buying a car. Would not recommend to anyone. Also, they do not keep the cars on the lot very clean.

We highly recommend Ray! Him and the sales manager were great about going through and finding the vehicle we were looking for. If one wasnt the perfect fit, they would dig in to find the next one until they found one that was just right. Unfortunately we went with another SUV elsewhere, but it didnt have anything to do with Kia or Crain.

I always buy my cars from Crain dealerships. I just got a 2020 Kia Optima and it was time for service. The service staff was very friendly. I literally witnessed rude customers being passive aggressive and snarky with the service people. They handled it so well and were so friendly. That takes a professional. The facility is clean and nobody was pushy trying to sell me things I really did not need. I will definitely be using Crain Kia for all my maintenance needs in the future. Great People!

My husband recently heard a noise when driving his 2016 Kia Soul. We took it in for a diagnosis and they tell us the transmission is bad. Used it would cost 2500 to fix new 3500. He said it should be covered on his warranty just to find out after owning the brand new Kia Soul for 6 months they took it upon themselves to cancel our warranty. No calls, no emails just goodbye 100,000 mile power train warranty on a brand new vehicle because that makes perfect sense. Then when my husband asked why his warranty was canceled they claimed we canceled it and received a check. WE DID NOT. So my husband is very upset and pays the 116 dollar diagnostic fee that they tried to charge us 150 something for and he told them to fix the raised fee because that was not what he was quoted. They fixed that. Today my husband took his car to a different shop to get it checked out and turns out a wheel bearing is bad. A wheel bearing costs 180 dollars to fix. Not a transmission problem that would cost 2500! People beware of the technicians if they deserve that title. They obviously do not have proper mechanical training.

This is the third vehicle we purchased from Crain KIA. This second vehicle had some issues and the Crain team went 125% to make it right! They made a difficult situation into a positive one, willingly and courteously. We are extremely grateful and pleased with our out come and just love our new vehicle! Purchased a brand car at the end of September. The check engine light came on yesterday and began making a weird noise. I have called service twice now with no answers on when they will be picking up my car to see what is wrong with it and this is now day two I am without a car with no answers as to when/if they could provide me with a rental.

Service Department has been a nightmare.Oil changes take anywhere from 1.5-3 hours(yes I’ve waited 3 hours for an oil change) they messed up 2 different times putting in our oil filter after an oil change. One time we caught it as the oil was leaking slowly enough to take it to them and they fixed it. The 2nd time the oil was pouring out because of it not being fastened tight enough. We ended up having to take it to another place who said the oil camp was barely hanging on. They had to add oil so we could even make it back to Crain Kia for them to fix. Now we are on our 3rd issue. After an oil change my wife had got on the interstate to head back home when flashing lights came on our car saying “oil level low- turn off engine) she had to stop the vehicle on the interstate and check and make sure she had oil to turn around and take it back immediately. Took it back with the light flashing the whole time. Got there the lady didn’t apologize or anything just told her I’ll take the keys you can go have a seat. Then they claimed they didn’t do anything to it to cause that light to come on. (Nothing wrong with the vehicle before the oil change) they ended up wanting to look at the vehicle and see if they needed to replace some part(s). My wife told them they weren’t going to touch our vehicle again and we drove it to a different shop where a $250 part now needs replaced. We will never be back. We will also not recommend this place to anyone.

CON ARTISTS!They lured us in with a good price online then we drove 200 miles to the dealer ship didn’t even have the car that was online and they tried to charge us $2000 more then marked price. They struggled to come up with an explanation, it was funny to watch them stumble over their lies. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have taken my Malibu there 3 times in a year and a half all three times something has gone wrong with my car, this time the car wont start cause something is draining my battery, so I will NEVER go back there. It was running g great with no.problems drove it home and it hasnt started since, you talk to them and all they can say is you dont have the extended warranty. So pissed😡

Went here to discuss the repair of a crankshaft main seal leaking that will eventually ruin the engine of a vehicle bought here and was brushes off and told it would not be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty as that doesnt cover seals and if catastrophic engine failure happened due to running out of oil they wouldnt cover it as the leak has been noted on my paperwork and now the engine wouldnt be covered unless I paid to have it repaired before complete faikure. Horrible customer service from the warranty department and the service department had the vehicle less than a week and the salesman said I had a bumper to bumper and also had us purchase another warranty that would cover any thing that could go wrong but then come to find out that was not the case. Horrible place to buy a car and expect them to stand behind it.

In October I went looking at 4 different dealerships to see cars I researched. Crain Kia was wonderful. I made it clear I was not buying a car that day and that I was shopping around. They didnt try to push me into getting it that day and they didnt harrass me afterwords. We went back today to make the trade in. When they answered my questions they spoke to both me and my husband not just my husband. Jesse was amazing and went above and beyond. He did a fantastic job. His manager whose name I believe was Reggie, but Im not positive, was also very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. Their finance guy, Greg, explained everything in detail and made sure we knew what was going on. He helped us pick out a great warranty also. Over all this is a wonderful place with great employees and Ill recommend everyone I know to go here when they want a car.

The sales department is horrible!I was more interested in a vehicle I was driving and all I got was: --listen to the radio! Look at those speakers! It has a cup holder! Blablabla... And this was the second salesperson. The first was a woman and was fine until this guy jumped in and took over and ruined the whole sales--I went to Ford the next day and bought an f-350.If only they would listen to the customer and stop all the sales pitches. --So annoying!*Certainly Do Not Recommend Crain of Fort Smith

I went in to get Touch up paint. I was worried that I wouldnt make it in time when I got off work. Jordan in parts said he would stay later and wait for me. It was only a 10 dollar touch up pen. I drove over 7 hours round trip to purchase a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum from Crain Kia in Ft. Smith on January 16th. I loved my salesperson, the rest of the management staff leaves much to be desired. I am registering my car in Florida at my full time residence. Im living in Arkansas while my storm-damaged home is rebuilt in Central Florida. I spent 32 years in the car business and finance and sales Management before I retired in 2018. I do out of state deals all the time in Florida, they arent that hard. Crain Kia uses a company called RegUSA to handle the out of state deals. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong with his deal after the sale has gone wrong. Arkansas state law requires the dealer register your vehicle within 30 days. That has not been done. They sent me a second temp tag which is about to expire and still havent processed my tag work yet. The GM, Tom After, will NOT return one so glad phone call. he has managed to reply to a few emails, never completely answering my specific questions. I received a cryptic email from him on Friday that corporate had mailed my tag work to me. Thats going to be a neat trick, Im in Arkansas how am I supposed to get it all done down in Florida? I will have to fly down to do so at this rate before my second temp tag expires. I have called corporate relentlessly, for two weeks straight and have not received a single return phone call about my complaints at the dealership level. I tried to resolve them with the general manager, got nowhere. in order to try to idiot-proof this a deal for the brand new finance manager who had never done an out-of-state deal, I took his highlighter and I highlight of the front of the deal jacket with my Arkansas mailing address and said I was going to be here through the end of the year. I literally wrote it on the front of the deal jacket so the tag clerk wouldnt miss it. I also took a Post-It note, I wrote my mailing address here in Arkansas on it and stapled it to the bank copy of the retail installment contract. I also signed a blank credit application so that he could go back in and correct my mailing address to Arkansas so that Commerce Bank could get my statement to me in a timely fashion. Its like they put it in a new deal jacket or something and took the post-it note off, Commerce Bank didnt know what the hell was going on and sent my statement to Florida. the day I bought the vehicle, an hour into my drive back home I texted my salesperson and let him know I left a CD in the dashboard. I gave him my Arkansas mailing address as well and I also emailed the finance manager and gave him my Arkansas address yet again and said please make sure they send the CD to me here in Arkansas. nope, they sent it to Florida and a porch pirate got it. I have no idea if they have sent me the taxes in the taxis they collected in the deal by check so that I can do my own tag work because nobody will return any calls or emails! Theyre all fine and dandy and harass the hell out of you before you come down and buy the vehicle to make sure you get there but they have zero service after the sale. I had to file a complaint with the DMV today, they left me with no choice. I have tried calling the corporate office in Little Rock all day on Friday, nobody would ever pick up for me apparently they have caller ID. so this morning I called with my number blocked and was able to reach the gal that answers the phone to has all the personality of a wet rag. She tried to refer me back to the store, thats not going to work I told her Im complaining about the store and the store is not responding so I need to talk to somebody over that store. She put me through to a voicemail with no recorded or outgoing message. I left a voicemail for this unknown person, tried calling back 6 times still not answering my calls. if you live out of state you are a fool to buy a car from this dealership group. they could care less about satisfying their legal requirements to title the vehicle or perfect lien within 30 days from the date of sale.

Few years ago I had bought a Kia Sophia and I loved it! I took it in to be serviced every time it needed something done there at the Kia dealership. My dad actually bought a Sportage almost 3 years ago and I knew I wanted another Kia. What brought me back to Kia was the amazing service they provide and the friendly faces. They have always gone above and beyond with me. Patrick helped us out a lot with buying my new 2014 Kia Soul. I have never in my life bought a brand new car nor did I think I would qualify. I was excited that Patrick was able to help me out. I also have to say that I never felt like Patrick ever put me on the spot. And in all the times Ive purchased a vehicle, I have never had a dealership contact me to see how things were working out. I love that about Kia and I will continue to recommend them to anyone. You guys are awesome!

Salesman Jeremiah is Awesome very helpful and really cares about his customer needs doesnt try and pressure you into anything and takes his time with you. I encourage you to go and visit himif your in the market for a vehicle. On the other hand salesman Ruben was very rude while i was there talking on the phone not very attentive and since i was only looking to buy used he treated me like i was a less valuabe customer and made up a lie about having an appointment and was just going to let me drive off because I wanted to take my time and think it over he was only concerned with the customer who was buying the top of the line very expensive vehicle and thats not how you treat customers all customers deserve the same respect no matter what they are buying Last but not least the sales manager was very nice only thing that bothered me he wouldnt give me the value of my trade unless i told him which vehicle i wanted as if the value was going to change and that definitely is not right so overall i say i do recommend them but obly because Jeremiah was so professional and was such an honest salesman who really cared about me as a custmer and my needs. If he was not there i most likely would have given this place a lower rating.

I bought a used car at Crain Kia in Fort Smith 6 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the paperwork and title for the vehicle. I have spoken with them several times and they claim it takes 3-4 weeks to obtain the title. Six weeks out and still nothing. I called the corporate office and never got a return call back. I called to speak with the financial manager at Crain and had call him multiple times in order to speak with him. If you do buy used car from them do not leave the lot without the needed paperwork to pay your taxes. I would not recommend this dealership.

Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffMy wife had a stroke 2 years ago and now has trouble getting in and out of our main vehicle which is a full size GMC pickup truck. Because of this we started thinking about trying to find a vehicle that would suit her needs and allow us to be able to keep our pickup as well. A while back she told me she liked the looks of the Kia Soul but we didnt know anything about them. My supervisor at work has had 3 back surgeries and he drives a Kia Soul so I asked him how he likes it. He said he bought it because it was easy for him to get in and out of, was comfortable and had plenty of room.Last Saturday while on our way to a Razorback Baseball weekend series we stopped at the Breeden Kia dealership in Fort Smith just to look at Kia Souls, check prices, and see if my wife could easily get in and out of one. This is when we met Coy Jones. We told him what we were looking for and why. He then showed us what he had available and answered all of our questions without putting any pressure on us to buy right then. He offered to let us drive one and we decided it would work perfectly for my wife. After a good friendly visit with Coy we went on our way. A couple of days later we decided to give Coy a chance to make us a deal. He worked hard to find a deal that would fit our budget, he returned my phone calls promptly, was honest and handled everything in a very professional manner.When we went to pick up the car, Charles Burton was nice and helpful with all of the paperwork, etc. He explained all the details of the warranty and financing very thoroughly. In my opinion, Breeden Kia seems to be a topnotch dealership with a staff that goes above and beyond to try to meet the needs of the customer. Overall, it was a very relaxing and stress free experience. I would recommend Breeden Kia because of their friendly and professional staff and their prices are comparable to other dealerships we checked with.

Bob Daugherty was the service manager and Bill White KIA and Breeden KIA. We had purchased a 2008 KIA Rio from Bill Whites. I took the car into the dealership several months later because I heard a noise in the car. I wanted the car to be checked out. Bobby said would you like for the tires to be rotated too. We said yes. We waited in the waiting room. We could see the car through the glass windows when the car was in the shop. A very young boy was attending to my car and he kept looking in the waiting room to see if we were watching him. I kept watching him and I never saw him take the tires off to rotate them. I told Bobby Daugherty the service manager that I never seen him take the tires off to rotate them. Bobby became furious and mad. Bobby started fussing. He brought three guys out from the sales area and told them what I said. I dont understand why Bobby did that. The guys didnt say anything. He said the tires were rotated. I said no I dont think so because I watched him. Bobby said alright no charge. Bobby told me they werent going to service my car again. I said well I can see an attorney about that and see what the advice is. He said I still arent working on your car. I let it go like that and never went back again. Bobby was very rude and out of place. He should have been fired on the spot. You never know who to trust in sales and service anymore. I probably wont buy another KIA again because of KIAs dishonesty. They lie and crook. They only pick certain people out to lie too and crook.

Well! I used Crain Kia for years only 2 bad experiences but the results is always new people is to blame if the new people dont know what they are doing I dont want them touching my car! This car makes my money to support my Family . I have never missed a service always depend on Crain Kia to do me right just weeks ago I got a my car serviced an tire rotation before the oil change time an couple days later change oil light comes on 🤔 the answer was new guy forgot to set new code I go to get in my car yesterday wont start it wasnt nothing like a battery dying I thought it was to do with gas nope bad battery well I thought that was all checked Im kinda scared to see what happens next hopefully the tires are on tight an dont fall off going down the road . On HAPPY note Jordan noticed that I wasnt very happy an took care of my cars needs today even after he told me it would take 2 hours which I wasnt having that he took care of it right then SO THANK YOU JORDAN!!

Very disappointed with sales. Wanted Sale tax paid. They said that our Gap insurance will pay for the sales tax. Took them at there word... Well, to make a long story short. We got less then $50 for our Gap insurance and had to pay over $750 on the sales tax. If we knew that we were going to have to pay the sales tax. We would never had bought the Sedona. Wont be back!!!!

Went to look at a car and they raised the price when they realized I had a trade in. I pointed out and they said the raised price was what it was supposed to be. Then when I went to finance they ran my credit TWENTY times, although they said they were only doing a soft hit and it wouldnt hurt my score by more than a point. It destroyed my credit. When I said I wasnt buying their car the manager who was helping me stormed off and slammed his office door like a petulant child.

So a couple months I came by because the under carriage on my Sorrento was coming off. It was suppose to be ordered and I was to be called when it came in. Never received a call! I had to call! It also needed a recall. Was never told how long that would take. I scheduled an appt to have this fixed. When I get there I asked how long it would take and im told 2 or 3 hours? Every time I schedule any service on my car I am there at least 2 hours. Even for an oil change! They act like im inconveniencing them but my time is just as valuable! Maybe some communication classes for your employees would be something to look into? My business is obviously not important to you all, so I willbe looking to go else where. Love my Kia but not Crain Kia service department of Fort Smith!

I found an Acura I liked at Crain even though it was 2200 miles away. I worked with Paul Robertson to have the car checked out by the local Honda dealer, buy it, and have it transported. I only give it a 1 because its the lowest. These folks lied to me, pressure sold us, and didnt follow through with what they told us they would do. Just know 100 hours love it or leave it does not mean you can get your car back if you dont like it. It just means you can get something of equal or more value. They mislead us on this matter.

Took car in for oil change waited for 3 hours for a phone call for us to come pick it back up never got one decided to go and see what was going on car was parked in front of service dept with a dent and scratchs down the side of it went in to get keys asked them about it they went out there said it was like that when we dropped it off I knew it didnt have any before then asked for paperwork showing services done like they have always gave us before they said it would be mailed to us and they hurried back inside we left feeling rushed out of there and our questions not answered if not for the maintenance plan we bought we would never be going back there after the plan coupons are used up will never be going back for service or to buy a vehicle

Totally exceeded my expectations!A couple of weeks ago, the engine locked up in my wifes car. It figures that I was just out of warranty and the VW delaerships were quoting my over $7500 in repairs. We tried every angle and were going to be out at least $5000. We walked in to Breeden Kia with very low expectations, but were told that D.R. could help us. We honestly didnt even look at the cars on the lot. Just walked straight in and explained our issue and wanted to know if we could get any help. No need to waste any time looking. The guys at the dealership got right on my problem and came up with multiple solutions. I was pleased that I got very honest answers and genuine help from the staff. Needless to say, we picked the car up on Monday and could not be happier. Thank you and I highly recommend the staff at Breeden Kia!

If I could give you a ZERO I would. My kids recently purchased a vehicle from Crain Kia of Ft Smith. They were told they would pay their sales tax. Instead of trying to figure it correctly or calling the DFA to get a correct number they gave them a flat $1000. The sales tax was $1300. When they called to ask about getting the other $300 since paying the sales tax was the deal, sales manager Ricky Nolan started off by lying to them saying he wasn’t the one that handled their sale when in fact he was. They have now been trying for four days to get some help from Crain to know avail. Ricky Nolan either won’t return their call or is EXTREMELY rude and hateful to them. At one point when they were upset he LAUGHED at them. What kind of PROFESSIONAL laughs at an upset customer? General Manager Tom Atee has also been zero help. Crain should be ashamed to employee people that will lie and treat people so disrespectfully. I will NEVER buy from Crain again. My kids will NEVER buy from Crain again. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to NEVER buy from Crain. My daughter left a comment on their Facebook page and they deleted it. Which only proves instead of trying to fix the problem they want to hide their bad customer service. Shame on you Crain Kia of Ft Smith!!!!

I had been in the early and internet search for a while, I didnt see much online even in the Breeden Group to fit my needs and tow capacity. I visited Breeden Hyundai and they were helpful but didnt have the stock to meet my needs they searched Breeden Dodge and then Breeden Kia. They found a few possibilities and I visited them both. Breeden Kia had a Jeep that seemed to fit my needs. They made good deals get even better. Ricky Nolan really worked for me. They wrapped it up in a Power Train Warranty. I had no intent to trade but wanted to sell my vehicle out right. After we had made a deal they asked about my Wrangler and if I would be willing to sell it. It had some issues and they made me an acceptable offer. Before I made the deal to sell them the Wrangler I planned to pick up the New used vehicle (Preowned) on the following Monday but they genuinely offered for Ricky and DR Breeden to deliver it themselves this evening. Well we made the deal on both and it came in so much better than I had planned that I purchased a 3/36 warranty- something I never do- but did. Charles did a great job in financing and I couldnt believe the deal we did. Turns out this is my third vehicle from the Breeden Group. Of all my vehicle purchases in 40 years I have never purchased more than one vehicle from any dealer- except Breeden. Good job guys and thanks! jc
