Love this store... great selection, great customer service and fair pricing

We came here roughly a month ago and bought Minecraft for my little brothers, price was roughly $25, only to find out my brothers had bought it the day before. When we bought the game, the cashier told us we had 24 hours to return it to get our money back, so we go back and return it only to be told by another cashier that we could only get store credit back. Ok, whatever, no big deal. Fast forward to today, we go in to spend the $20 store credit we had. The cashier said hed need to see id to get the credit, but the original cashier from the last visit had failed to tell us he needed id. He also failed to tell us to save the receipt or even just the store credit code, so game xchange effectively just took $25 from us. We wont be returning, and we hope that future employees will be trained properly and let customers know their exact return/store credit policy. We wouldnt he upset if we had been told anything, but we got no information at all about the credit.

Just about always some one new working there ! We dont go alot but still get great service !

Have a large variety of merchandise. Ranging from video games to collectables. The staff is great and very helpful. Would have gave 5 stars but some items are way overpriced.

Horrible customer service the past three times weve been there its always been some red-haired person different people but almost identical hair today it was some dude named Tanner they always just act annoyed the only two good employees were these two ladies that you fired about eight months ago go to GameStop nowthose two people were the only people keeping your business afloat and now its going to sink and Im going to laugh when it does

Game xchange is awesome. They have a little bit for everyones game needs or something for your collection. They even have board games candy vynl records and comic books! Always good prices too new and used.

Bald dude and short chick with curly dark hair are extremely dismissive and rude, speaking terribly of other coworkers in front of customers. They weird me out.Also, Halo: The Masterchief Collection is $6 higher, used, than it is at Walmart brand new. Check prices before going.

Game trade credit is very poor its really sad to call this a (Game X Change) their customer service is so poor its unreal. The people working their dont even know what their doing lol. They do not know anything about games and apparently the prices as well lmao all they care about is profit. Parents please dont take your kids here they dont care about your service only your money.

I recently discovered this place and I am so glad I did. They buy games and movies at a reasonable price and have a a lot of hidden gems among the shelves. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I definitely recommend checking out the Ft. Smith Game X Change if you like games and movies.

Iv bought about 5 game used games and they were perfect except i got a wii disc and i thought it wasnt going to work but it did so 5 stars

This is my favorite place to shop for games. Ive never had a bad quality used game from them. They always work great and they take the time to clean your purchase for you before every disc sale. Plus they have the older games too. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% recommend to anyone whos looking for low price for amazing quality.

Yesterday the girl was very rude to my husband when she told him to wear the mask and told him not to return to our store 😲. This type of people without tact to the public affects the store more than the customer. One less customer.

I tell just about everyone I know how many hours I could spend in this place. They got the old classics and new moderns, and even take games, movies, and whatever else for cash. For more than GameStop as well. Only thing I was a bit upset about is that they didnt have a PSVita that I was looking for, but I dont blame this on them. Its truly a great store for all gamers alike.Except maybe PC gamers...

Im a regular at game x change. I love it there. They got great deals for both games and movies. Workers are awesome and love to have great conversation with you, they help you with whatever you need. Only downside is if you bring movie, games, etc. You wont get a good deal. I brought about 50 movies and only got 25 in store credit. Other than that, I recommend checking this place out!

My teen/almost teen boys love coming in. Always have the game or movie they want. Reasonable prices as well.

Nice and helpful staff alot of times they are very busy but the employees remain nice and can always answer mine or my daughters questions about items and games

I have met some of the staff at this place of business and i must say i really enjoy coming in seeing John, Kevin or Nick.. They are exceptional hard working young men that are dedicated to the means of providing the best quality service to the customer.... I wish I could say that about the other workers that are there as well but I will not bad mouth them... You know who you are... I just want to encourage you to get back to the basis of providing excellent customer service to those who enter in to your place of business... A few sour apples in a batch can ruin all the other apples

This is the best game store in the area. They take great pride in selling working games and consoles. I have bought systems from the 70s here that worked like new. They are also very honest about when their store isnt the best deal on something.

Great store, enjoy what they offer. One star is given because despite the services offered the service and atmosphere itself was not enjoyed and I feel that plays a vital role in this review. I Asked if they had a specific item and the kid fumbled through the drawer and quickly told me no. I perceived dishonesty and went and checked myself on the shelf and sure enough there was my item of interest. Then received an attitude when I brought it to the desk and questioned them about it. After paying I thanked them and wished them to a great weekend and received nothing back, not even a you too. So 1 star for service.Good luck guys, thanks for reading.

Would give less stars if possible. Bought a ps4 pro, didnt last a week before it arced out and burned up, taking my tv with it. Drove 50 miles it back to them to and as soon as I arrived the woman inside walked to the door and locked it, refusing to let me in to exchange the console. She told me to Take it up with the manager tomorrow. Called the manager the next day and he said he would exchange it that day. Drove 50 miles back up there, didnt have a console to exchange. Was told I had to wait 5 days for another one to come in. After 5 days I called them and they still didnt have the console. Finally got another one in that day. I asked for some extra store credit for the time and fuel i was out for driving 300 miles total for one system and was refused. 9 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

It had PlayStation 4s during covid-19 which was suppriseing.

The employee acted like we were a inconvenience as soon as we walked in. My son found a game so we bought it. But probably will not be back. To many other places to shop.

This place has progressively become more and more shady. Today I went in (after a long break from collecting) and spotted a game I wanted to purchase. When I asked to see it the employee picked up the game and noted the price tag looked worn. He took it up to the register, scanned it and printed a new price tag $10 more expensive than the original price. This is just terrible business. I’m officially done with this game exchange. Most of their prices are double that of those online anyway.

Employees are nice and very helpful! I had no idea they had layaway available all year round. Its been a while since Ive stopped by and theyve add a lot. They now sell candy, snacks, drinks, tshirts, plushies, and are working on hosting table top games!

I love this store. The staff know their stuff when it comes to the game consoles, and some of them have even recommended anime and feature films to my wife and I.I just recently had a very VERY mix up with a boxed DVD set, but the manager took care of it with the respect that I have always gotten. I go here more than actual pawn shops due to the staff always going above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Really decent prices today the young lady working was fantastic saw as she was helping he had said he already owned a ps3 but wanted to get a ps1 so he could play those old games but he didnt have a lot of money rather than take his money for something he didnt need because ps3 is backwards compatible she ways honest....I know that doesnt sound like a big deal but to me it was and I went from spending nothing to picking up a few extra games because of this I honestly dont remember her name but she did fantastic soo whoever you are thanks for being a great employee

Great place to get good games for cheap. They have a wide selection, ranging from PS4 and XBOX ONE, to Atari 2600 and NES! Along with consoles, gaming accessories, and movies, this is a place to go for great products!

They are shysters. If they think you dont know much about gaming, they will screw you out of money and sell you bad items knowing you cant get your money back for it. Or they will not exchange it, saying you damaged it because they wouldnt sell it like that because it is against their policy. They are rude. Also always either smell like alcohol or weed.

I was kicked out of the store although I was already inside due to the 10 person rule which I completely understand, but when I went to go tell my fiance that he had to wait outside until somebody else left I was kicked out of the store too even though I told him that I was already inside whoever I spoke to the lady with the short hair was rude and told me that I needed to get out even though I was already inside I will never come back

Love that they have older games. And never had a issue when I buy one and play it. Some prices are a little high for me. And a few times the employees were just out right rude. Not only to me but I witnessed this with other customers.

The gentleman that works there is friendly and very knowledgeable about games. He has helped me many times find age appropriate games for my 6 yr old.

Havent their in a while, last time I was their was around 2013 when my Black Ops 2 disc wasnt playing because of some scratches I had a warranty so that covered it while it was being cleaned the guy at the checkout was cool we just talk about the game, it was a quit in and out experience!
