Oscar Velasquez was my salesperson. Ive never felt great about a car salesperson. I know theyre mostly there to make a sale. They are at a job, after all, given that in mind. I only ever felt peace throughout the whole process of learning about my payments. And getting discouraged by my lack of funds, however, he worked around that and found me the vehicle I wanted, and of course, it was a different one, but it was still what I wanted; he made this happen. So after a bit of going through the motions, we finally came up with an agreement on price. Not only do I watch my credit report very closely, he only needed to pull my information once, and that was all he needed to land me into the vehicle I desired, unlike in the past with others in the same field. They would run it 3 to 4 times, saying there looking for you the best deal. At the same time, making your credit lose massive points from all the pulls. I personally recommend this salesperson if you have ever been to a dealership and felt lost and confused by it all. Furthermore, I would suggest you buy from him not simply on this fact. However, check this man out for yourself and learn what a true salesperson should be.

I am not a resident of Fort Smith, just visiting family. Harold and the service manager ( I believe he was the manager) felt my pain. Having severe car troubles and not living in the state they managed to squeeze me into their very busy schedule Find the part I needed and install it so I could get back on the road within one day so I could get home and not worry about breaking down somewhere. Moon roof leaked so they replaced it and said they tested it really good and it no longer leaked. I trusted them but a few weeks ago found that they had left tape on it and now it is sun baked . I talked to the receptionist And was never allowed to talk with the GM because he was too busy writing new sales contracts I was told. Last month I made a deal with them on buying my used car. We agreed on a fair price of 11,200.00. The car was just paid off a days before so the title was being mailed. So we had to wait a few days until the title could be delivered to ORR Chevrolet. We agreed on the price and shook and hands on the agreement. I am used to people being true to their word and I thought I could fully trust them. So I just gave him my keys to my car and he gave me his business card to call back on. Well when we received the check it was only for 11K. I texted him to ask why was it short 200 dollars and I received no reply. If someone is willing to break their word for 200 dollars I guess that is his values in life so be it. At first I was going to just let it go but I started to wonder how often he goes back on his word and more importantly I did not want it to happen again to someone else. Just learn from my mistake and get it in writing and be careful.

I just recently bought a 2020 chevy 3500 and traded 2 vehicles in. I just recently bought a new 2021 Silverado from Orr Chevrolet and have nothing but nice things to say about the experience. Starting with Tripps easy demeanor which facilitated an open conversation about what I was looking for that left me feeling as though I was in control the whole time. Next there was my sales manager, Ryan, who went out of his way to make the numbers work and get me the best deal possible. At no point in the process did I feel like I was being pressured to make a deal, and I felt at ease and comfortable with everyone I worked with or spoke to. Even the other sales members were friendly and willing to chat or help assist whenever needed. I cant recommend Orr Chevrolet more and will continue to do business with them in the future!

I had walked up to the counter, the young man who was at the register to my left was rude, didnt even speak to me I looked over at Joe he was so kind and helpful to me. Overall good experience. Everyone was friendly and fairly helpful. I was up front with numbers I wanted. Of course we had to haggle for an hour and bring a manager out to end up getting right where I had asked to start with. I get it is car sales but I have had plenty of dealerships who didnt make you play the sales game. Hold your ground and they will take care of you. Appreciate the vehicle and Tripp was a good dude to work with.

I brought a vehicle from Orr Chevrolet paid in full, in the amount of 6,700 in March of 2021. Thus far, I have been out of 2,300 dollars in car repairs such as: Front Streaks, Ball Joints, Timing Guide Kit, oil change,, and I Just found out today on July 23rd, that my engine is burning up the oil in my mechanic guy had to put more oil in my vehicle. I had a oil change the end of April because the oil was black. My mechanic guy stated there is no way they didnt know the issues with the engine. Now, I have to price the cost of a engine, for now all I can do is check the oil every other day to make sure I dont run out. I will never buy a vehicle cash from Orr Chevrolet again. I will have my mechanic help me with my next vehicle. My husband was going to finance a vehicle with Wesley the salesman, but he changed his mind due to the circumstances surrounding my previous purchased. Overall, Wesley was a nice saleaman.

Being in my 50s and having purchased many new Chevrolets from different dealerships over the years, I must say the experience at Orr topped them all. I want to especially recognize Oscar and Kyle for their parts in this experience. These two gentleman were helpful, knowledgeable, gracious and above all very professional. These two gentlemen not only sold me a new truck but sold me 110% on becoming an Orr dealership loyal customer for future new car purchases.

Lets start with salesman forgot to introduce himself. Maybe excited due to what I asked to see. The process was quick and simple. That being said they didnt disclosed they were going to shop for a deal with multiple lenders when I had already offered them to cut them a check from my bank. Overall no different from any other place that wants to sell you something and get you out.

I pulled up gentleman came out of service, asked if I was there for service? I told him I had made an apt online to get my oil changed at 7am. He said yes maam and took care of everything while I waited in the waiting room which was very nice. Oil change and tire rotation didnt take long at all and I was on my way. Love that I can get in and out. The service guy acted like he liked his job and was very pleasant.

Found the vehicle online on their website, called and asked if it was available they said yes and ask what time I would be there. I showed up and it had been cleaned and ready to go. They didn’t try usual dealer tactics of trying to add any charges it was as straightforward as it gets, and they were all professional and well mannered. Great experience

I am so impressed with the service and friendliness I went into test drive only and they asked if I might buy today and I told them I was only looking and they went out of their way to make me happy so we worked on my needs not there prices and I drove out with a jeep that I was looking at and saved me lots of time from looking and went above and beyond call of duty to take care of my needs and that was even with pre-owned. If I could attach pictures of my so-called repaired vehicle by ORR Body Shop, I would. My car was towed there June 28th, and was picked up July 22, 2021, only to be returned to ORR August 2nd thru August 5th because of shoddy Body Work.When I was called to picked up my car, theres no way in Hell it should have been released in that condition. There was rubbing compound left on areas of the car, Clear Coat puddled at one point of the hood. My upper Grill was horribly misaligned and poking out, and too, seams not tight on one area that meets the bumper.Although the Body Shop tried to make things right, you can still see parts of the front where the damage occurred are NOT flush.

We are very pleased with the service we got. Very nice and helpful, we definitely will be going back.

We had AWESOME people helping us from beginning to end. We only had one complaint, and that was that it took 5.5 hrs to complete everything. They were EXTREMELY busy and they only had 3 financial advisors. That was what took so long. I suggest more financial advisors myself. Otherwise its a great place.

I have had this car for 4 1/2 years and have had to take the car in for repairs 4 different times now. Each time I have, the dealership has caused more issues to my car resulting in me having to either take the car immediately back to the service center or for them to keep it longer. I have been very frustrated with the outcome of having a car with this dealership.
