Girlfriends son spilled milk all over her laptop. Keys would not work correctly. Brought it in and was give aprx cost and labor to replace the keyboard. Was quick to get parts ordered and called me when he found out there was a difference in price for the keyboard. Great service and laptop now works perfect. Would use their services again.

I’m not sure what his name is, but I went to to EVERY computer store in the area and they were the only ones that had the parts I needed. The man I’m referring to was very helpful. Highly recommend you do business here over the competition.

Got to watch this guy like a hawk was quoted 3 different prices, he was going to keep my tower I had to ask for it, the work I agreed to be done he did not do .got done up the road for over less than a hundred bucks or more CHEAPER in less amount of time. Will not go there again.

He did a great job and got it done the same day and it was on a Saturday and I had a online interview that was scheduled for that day, so because of him I got my interview! Thank You and will use him for any future needs!

My husband took my computer there after he took my laptop apart and the ribbon to the power button came loose. They told him the ribbon was only for the power button indicator light so they will look for other problems. We waited and they didnt call with the quote like they said they would. Then after being tired of waiting, we went to go pick it up. They wouldnt give us the computer because it wasnt ready and the person working on it wasnt there???. So we waited until they called to go pick it up. They told us they couldnt give a quote because they couldnt turn the computer on and they told us the motherboard needed to be replaced.I figured if that was true i couldnt do any damage. I watched a YouTube video on how to turn on a computer with a broken power button and it worked. So all they had to do was fix the power ribbon we told them broke, but instead they dragged it out, didnt fix anything, and lost any future business.

I have finally found my one-stop computer repair shop in Fort Smith. Their technician there, Skylar, was amazing! Last week, I brought him literally a dead computer, a 2006 Dell Gateway laptop to be exact, that had been sitting on my shelf since it died (gave the blue screen of death and hard drive crashed) for 2 years. I happened to find it in storage and was about to throw it away when I decided to take it to JPC to try and recover data. I had previously taken this same computer to Icomputer on Rogers Ave, Best Buy, and Gadget Grave. All three places told me that there was no hope and that my computer was fried and i had a slim chance of recovering any old data, so I tossed it in storage. Luckily, I found this place.Skylar not only saved my data, but he fixed my computer!!! He managed to repair the hard drive and did not lose any info, and the computer works now like brand new! Great job Skylar, and great job JPC. This place doesnt pretend to be a sophisticated snooty new age faux repair shop. Instead, you walk in and see old school PC and laptop computer parts scattered throughout, and most importantly, you see technicians taking apart computers right in front of your face and absolutely loving what they do. This may seem old-school, but to me, THIS PLACE IS PERFECT :-)

I have an Alienware computer. For the tech illiterate, this is a very expensive ($1300) gaming rig I use for video production and intense loads, as well as gaming. This thing had a software problem, rendering the computer useless. My warranty had run out a while ago, and I didnt want to go to place that would just rip me off and try to sell me stuff etc. *COUGH* best buy *COUGH*I just wanted the dang thing fixed. I have a soft spot for this place because they fixed my Playstation 3 when I was younger.The experience I got the other day was fantastic. I got the pleasure of meeting Mike. Mike was super happy to help. A person that was happy to get the computer fixed before my school was started. I cannot explain how happy I am with the service I recieved. No gripes, no complaints.Thank you to Mike, and the others at JPC. Oh, and I got an SSD. Which is pretty great. I am currently writing this review on the computer he fixed.P.S.Mike is great.For all of our computer needs, we need a Mike.

We have used this business several times. Everyone we have dealt with were very respectful and very helpful. I drive an hour from Waldron to use them.

Do not take your computer here they are nothing more than scam artist. I would give them no stars if i could. I took my computer to get checked because i believed it had a virus or possible root kit Mike told me it would cost $79 - $99 and if indeed it was a rootkit it would be $125. When i got my computer back he said he didnt find any virus or rootkits installed but he found malicious websites and ads. And for that he charged me $125 for deleting freaking cookies!!! that are not malicious at all!! And on my receipt that i still have it says virus removal and updated everything There was nothing updated and second i didnt asked for that. When i asked for my money back he said that wasnt going to happen but since he couldnt prove that he removed the virus he would give me back $30, i got ticked and threaten that i will take him to court but i havent because i dont want to pay all the court fees. Called the next day to see how much they charged just to run a diagnostic scan and they said it cost $30 that is the price they should had charge me for in the first place, not $125.

Called for a fan cable, no options just no . And hung up. Great business

I have computers there for years and they have always been helpful.

Way cheaper and faster than Best Buy or other big companies like that. They even threw in a free anti virus.
