As a local commercial contractor, working with Majestic has been very refreshing. They have done 6 jobs for us in the last few months and each one has been perfect. We had some hiccups with other local granite companies showing up on time and honoring the price that was bid. Majestic has made this so much easier for us. Asset Management Construction recommends majestic!

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I politely told her I would come back because it was close to closing time and when I turned around to leave she rudely said Whatever really loud. So unprofessional!

Lots of granite slabs on site to choose from great staff

The staff is very knowledgeable. We really liked that they have the slabs in stock at their shop for you to look at and select. The cut sheet image showed our exact slab and how the seam would look. That was a great comfort in our kitchen remodel process. They were flexible about the sink we used and not pushy for us to use the sink they had in stock. The problems were with the communication. We were given estimated dates and told that they would let us know if that changed or they would call to confirm as we got closer to the date. We were never called to confirm and it required us calling the afternoon prior to confirm if we were still going to have measurements done. Similar issue for the install. I think that the product and manufacturing by them are excellent. The communication and coordination with the customer definitely needs improvement. I would use them again in the future, but at least there is some expectation management now.

HORRIBLE experience. I had these people cut 2 slabs of granite to size and holes for the faucets. I provided 2 slabs. One of the slabs should have had a 40 inch slab remaining, when i asked for the remainding slab, i was told it was trashed. John was very rude and did not offer to make things right and kept going on and on about how this what is normally done. I was NEVER informed of this. Do not use these people, they will only take your money and trash your granite.

Purchased our countertop here. Front office personnel were very helpful in the selection process but a little vague in timeframe details. Understandably they are busy and everything is an estimation however the response we received when verifying measurement/delivery time was borderline rude. Nice slabs of rock and the installation team was wonderful.
