This place is out of most of their flavors 100% of the time, & they are not nice or cooperative. There are definitely NOT 31 flavors...ever.

If your Dasher don’t go here. Their store policy is to clear out every customer even if they came in behind you before they make delivery orders. They will cost you money

Great ice cream and ice cream cakes. My husband loves the pralines and cream. Its very good! The coffee drinks are delicious, too!

One of my favorite ice cream places to eat at. They have a nice & friendly staff. A great variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. -I prefer the white chocolate flavor and they always give me a generous scoop full; it’s creamy, delicious and fresh tasting.

Clean and well kept with a great atmosphere and friendly staff! They boast a good selection of frozen and chilled treats and many flavors of icecream and sherbet. Seating is limited and wait time can be between 1-10 roughly depending on how busy they are. All in all, Ive had a great experience and recieved wonderful service every time I visit this location.

I love it but my favorite is the brownie sundae in their brownies are always too hard. Other than that is great.

My husband and I love Baskin Robbins! They offer an awesome variety of flavors and different ways to enjoy your ice cream (between two warm cookies, waffle cone, waffle bowl, regular bowl, etc.) You get all of that for a great price and it tastes delicious! It’s right beside a pizza joint, so you can grab dinner and then walk over and get dessert. It has a really nice outdoor patio that we enjoy sitting under while we eat our ice cream, too.

Get the Reeses Peanut butter layered sundae and thank me later! Soooooo good!!!! Also the staff is always nice and friendly!

The mocha cappuccino was so tasty! We got the oreo brownie cake for my daughters birthday. Heavenly!

As promised ice cream variety. Not a lot of seating. Kinda pricey, but has more than area ice cream shops. Parking hard to get since it competes with pizzeria next door. Drive thru May be best option.

Ice cream was very tasty, staff was friendly. However, the reason is only gets 3 out of 5 stars is because of their bait-and-switch when it came to a coupon. My husband and I had a coupon for buy one two scoop cone or cup get one free, so we went in and we ordered, gave them the coupon, and as it turned out, only the actual cone itself was free for the second one. Not the ice cream. This kind of bait and switch marketing is completely unacceptable and in my personal opinion a bit unethical. Especially considering we didnt realize that only the cone was free until after we had paid and look at the receipt. My advice to anyone going here with a coupon is to reread the coupon fully, and to double check with the staff as to what exactly the coupon means. This is what Ill be doing from now on with any coupon I get from Baskin Robbins.

I love ice cream and they have plenty! Delicious! The parking can be a hassle when its busy though due to the other restaurants.

Actually we were at Gusanos which is next to Baskin-Robbins. However, BR is an awesome place for a sweet treat!

Its ok not as good as Braums.

The ice cream was good and the customer service was great, but lack of changing table in the mens restroom brings down my rating to 4.

Food was good but ordered one item and received a different one. They did not offer to fix our order so we just accepted the item and left.

They gave me the wrong ice cream when they asked twice what flavor I wanted.

The ice cream was great, and the staff was very nice. My only complaint is the coupon we used for a BOGO two scoop cone was misleading. The cone itself was a BOGO, but you still had to pay for the ice cream that went into that cone.

Good ice cream, Im glad they have one here in Fort Smith now. Otherwise we would have to go to Greenwood.
