Awesome work! Everything (work order) delivered as expected and on time!

Not the team it was. Took in laptop with WiFi connection issues explained in detail problem, called on day it was to be ready they said couldnt get it to not connect, again explained the issue got a oh ok When picked it up was told it was something that made no sense and even I know it would not cause problem. Called back and asked if they did what I told them to do because it was doing the same thing as when I brought it in, got attitude with Im sure we did no offer to bring it back to fix the issue nor refund my charge. To bad they use to be excellent, obvious not the same group the tech couldnt even work the register obviously new employee but one would think in a business to fix electronics they would train him BEFORE he was waiting on customers...sad

Brought pc in for diagnosis told needed asap said would be $50 extra I agreed on June 25 said I need by July 3rd no problem 6 days later still no diagnosis said not even on bench yet . If you need servise you would be better off having anyone else do the work

We just bought the second computer from d best. Their products are good & the service is great. Our first one lasted a long time. He went above & beyond in instructing us on all the programs on the new one. If you have problems they will talk to you on the phone. I highly recommend. Very resonable prices also.

I took my laptop here when it kept freezing and crashing on me, they were super helpful, didnt mind answering all of my questions and to my relief they explained everything in laymans terms so I understood what was going on with my computer and what they were going to be doing. They got me up and running again in no time and didnt break my bank doing it. I highly recommend these guys, theyve secured all of my future business.

They were able to somehow take apart my computer tower and replace the power button that hadden broken off inside! No evidence of it being taken apart! Its like brand new again! The guy at the front said he didnt know if it could be done but three days later it was ready to pickup.

Zero stars, Ive actually given two chances, the first time I went down there to find a video card for a PC build, their prices were above Best Buy which is right down the street first of all, and of course eBay is killing it, and D best act like I was bothering them so I left here is my money Best Buy thank you.Today I called them for a simple cable I bought some LED lights it doesn’t hook to a fan power supply so I need a simple cable I call the computer store to see if they sell simple cables but unfortunately I seem to be bothering them again they don’t do stuff like that way below them, And I guess repeat business from a PC builder is below them too andlittle did they know, I’m only bothering them for a cable this time maybe $1000 build next time but nope not D best! hey Ebay sellers, thank you.

D-WORST! I took my computer in because of random freezes, extra windows opening up,. They tested it and uploaded some browser updates then said everything would be OK. They had me check it out before I left and it was still acting up. Sorry, must be a software problem, no warranty.When they called me to tell me it was ready, I was told $30. When I get to the shop, DING! $40. And they didnt even fix the problem!

Great experience! Was building a pc and ran into problems, decided to seek help. They were able to fix my problem and get it up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond and even installed newest drivers for me. If i run into problems on future builds i will definately return.

My Laptop crashed and I use it for my business. brought them my laptop and they were able to fix it and I was able to get back to work within the day.

One of the only places in fort smith that sold thermal paste (only one I could find) too and they basically ripped me off. The paste they sold me for $10 I can order five of on amazon for $6. The only reason I purchased it is because I didnt need five tubes and would of spent $10 plus S&H anyways. This just tells me you arent getting a fair price here but your mileage may vary.

Was visiting a friend in Ft Smith when my smart phone broke, these guys fixed it crazy quick! They introduced me to the Lenovo brand and Ive been ordering my computer parts from here ever since.

Virus got me on thusrday it kept popping up when i got online. my buddy told me to try using malwarebite and some other programs but it got worse. all my music disapeared and finally i cant turn it on at all. i called best buy but they wanted like 200 bucks so i called these guys. they said waaaaaay less so i dropped it off friday. i got all my songs back and they were done monday for under a bill. sweet deal.
