When my iMac wouldnt start I was prepared to have to drive at least two hours to take it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider. However, when I found one so much closer to me in Fort Smith I was elated. MegaByte was professional and quick with the repair. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible, I went in to get my speakers change JUST my speakers for my MAC book pro and when it was time to pick it up they made me pay 50 dollars for the diagnostic check, and they told me that my speakers are change but my computer can no longer get connected to any wifi connection. Before I gave them my computer I was on youtube, facebook my wifi connection was great. Now I have a laptop that I cant use to get any wifi connection so basically they return my laptop back and its useless. I should have never gave them my laptop in the first place, totally regret it. Will no longer ever go here.

Ive never had to take any of my Apple products in for repair before, so I was really nervous when my MacBook broke down. I decided to take it here and Im glad I did! The store was very busy when I first brought my device in but they fixed it quicker than I expected (2 days)! It works perfectly now. The staff is very friendly and know exactly what they are doing!

These guys have saved me a TON of headaches. Their service is spectacular, they very knowledgable, and have always done a great job of breaking things down so I understood them. Great work!

These employees are friendly and curtious to everyone, everytime I have been here. They try to help. They go above and beyond every time. The store is clean and they have displays set up so you can view and touch products before you buy. The staff seems knowledgable and are an apple certified repair center.

Daughter forgot her passcode for her iphone 8 plus, dropped it off and came back in about an hour, phone is working again. Staffs are very helpful and very good price.
