The cashier was friendly and polite. Although it was not all that convenient for me to go there, the way I am treated at this store has been consistently friendly, no matter which one of the employees! And the vast selection of fresh food is always a good thing

Sure and the hell beats going to wal mart ringing up your purchases then sacking them and carrying them to your vehicle. Their cashiers just stand and watch to make sure you dont steal anything. But to let you know your employees are having a ball goofing off when they could be helping some people who needed help. No thanks I got it myself. You have a good Christmas Im shopping at Amazon!!

I love their prices and convenience! Their sushi is amazing. I also love to order Marcos Pizza (right next door) and then do my shopping and having hot, fresh, great pizza and customer service so close by!

The store in ft smith on market trace is a real good store and the selection of products is and the prices are way better than the harps I poteau

The actual store is okay, never had a problem there, but I recently went to the deli, and after waiting behind one guy for quite a while, a lady finally came out of the back to help, and thats when I looked in the actually deli part and there were a bunch of flies, the guy in front of me actually said Ill have one without flies on it please and the lady was just shooing them away with the tongs she was using to pick up food. It was disgusting. Very disappointing :(

Too high priced & not alot of selection from things u need to eat healthy. Didnt ck out prices on anything fattening.

Bought their $10 special Apple pie. Top looked great but turns out it was deceiving. Apples were chewy and not that pleasant to eat. The bottom of the pie was all dough and not really cooked. Three it out.

The worst cashier I ever experienced named Hannah S. She had a bad attitude and when I was trying to help put bags in the cart she glared at me for solid minute. If the store manger has any common sense they would fire her or give her a training on how to be in customer service. Would give a -100 but it won’t let me. The worst human being to ever be in customer service.

Friendly staff in a respectable neighborhood. I especially appreciate their produce special buy 5 for $9.99 that really goes a long way for me & covers my basics. They also have ready-to-eat bananas at a discount price. When I get bananas I want them now & every where else I get bananas you have to buy them & store them until they turn yellow (they are ALWAYS still green at other stores) & leaving them to ripen attracts fruit flies. Bananas are such a tricky item to gesture at de grocery store. Most people dont want brown peel bananas but they are extra sweet at de peak almost never even brown on de fruit inside. I dont mind freezing extras if I can buy a 🍌 I can eat NOW then they are ready to eat out of de freezer later or for baking if you like to do that.. I quite enjoy de extra option. Also, they have an almond vegan cheese that I like but cant find at other grocers. I had intended to try their fresh deli for lunch at sometime. They had some great sales on beauty-product-commodities (soaps/lotions) it may vary time to time. They have a little bit of clothes shorts & t-shirts for a dollar if you need something; they have some interesting extra curricular & sometimes random items. It is a great place to shop & guess here they didnt have de water fountain closed off I could get a drink of water that incentive is really considerate & was important to me. I used to get a single donut but b/c of de pandemic I have to get a whole box 😜😅 I might have asked they might have got me a single 🤷 I seen a lot of people/customers were not wearing masks however I guess there isnt a need when people behave appropriately. Employees did wear masks & others were considerate of social distancing & generally considerate humans. De check-out clerk called me girl & heres de thing I didnt feel like she was brown nosing I felt like she was kind even though I felt like I couldve possibly been twice her age. This store deserves extra stars 🌟

My all time favorite place to go for groceries. Meat, bread, fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Prices are great, staff goes above and beyond to help you out while remaining personable and cheerful. Theyre even willing to special order something if it isnt normally in stock. Deli is pretty good, too. I couldnt recommend it more.My Thanks to all the Harps staff on Market Trace. I do not go anywhere else if they have it available here.

I do a lot of my shopping at this Harps store . I like the selection I can get most of what I need here all in one stop HOWEVER I have bought pork chops in this store on more than one occasion that went bad before I was able to cook them I am talking within 1-2 days in a good working fridge, I dont have that problem with any of my other meat that I buy elsewhere. I try MOT to buy meat here usually but once in awhile I do then wish I hadnt. Otherwise I do like the rest of the selections and most of the prices.

I went in the store this evening and got a bag of organic apples and a bag of organic grapes. The grapes are black in the bottom half or the bag and there was a rotten apple in the bag. When I called I didn’t get an I’m sorry or anything at all but they told me I could exchange or get a refund. I didn’t want to transport the rotten mess in my car so I basically had the loss. Just make sure you guys are looking at the fruit because they obviously aren’t.

They have everything you need from fresh Bread to Pork Chops & Steaks, the best fresh vegetables & Fruit....The Pharmacy is awesome....

Its an ok place to go grocery shopping. It is more expensive though. However there is lots of variety throughout the store. I would not recommend buying pre-made cakes from the bakery. Theres a 50/50% chance youll be disappointed.
