The guys there are cool and easy to deal with but the machinary for embroidary has been neglected by the company and constantly has to have a guiding hand on it... definitely a time eater of both consumer and employee... we made good conversation over the hour and a half it took for my hat to get finished and it eventually came out nice even though the machine stopped every 25-150 stitches... so the stars are for the help but the missing stars are directed to the missing support from their corporate offices ignoring their obvious need for serviced equipment!!!
