Dr. Linton and staff are amazing! Very thorough and helpful. They take the time with you to discuss your issues and options in detail. Great customer service by all. I would recommend highly.

My experience at The Center For Hearing in Fort Smith was really great. From the pleasant and helpful initial interaction with Tiffany I felt well informed and my desires and needs were exceeded. My Audiologist was Dr. Boyd. She was very patient and answered all questions and shared her insights to assist me to a best options for my hearing needs. I appreciate that the staff were persons of Faith and this was reflected in the kind and caring way they tend to their patients. I traveled over 6 hours to have my hearing tested and get fitted for the hearing aides. By far the best staff, best service, and best quality hearingaids. Its worth the drive for this level of care. Ill never go anywhere else.

Yes, everyone is nice & professional.... yet something just seems “off”. I was convinced I had a physical reason for my hearing loss & was a bit surprised that I was a candidate for hearing aids.No one at the hearing center asked me SPECIFIC questions about my particular issue. I was a bit surprised that no Dr even looked in my ears with one of those scopes. I’ve since learned that I had fluid build up inside my ears. Once this issue was addressed -my hearing greatly improved ! I no longer need to wear my hearing aids - all my friends & family keep remarking that my hearing aids are working great - YET I’m not wearing them !Also I have looked the technicians in the eye and asked specific questions about my particular aids & the issues I was having .... They look as though they don’t know what to say & frankly they don’t give me a direct answer ! Something seems “fishy”

I had heard an advertisement for the Center for Hearing several times. I finally decided to check them out. It was one of the best decisions that I have made. The staff and the doctors were so friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to answer all my question. They also took care of all the insurance needs for me, All I can say is if you need help with your hearing need go see the Center for Hearing. I am glad that I went to them I can hear better than now, than I have been able to in years.

I love the team at Center For Hearing in Ft. Smith! They explained everything thoroughly. I will be going by there next week to make some adjustments and ask some questions, and fully expect to have my needs fully taken care of.

If I had known the process was going to be this life changing I would have come 10 years ago! Tamanda Sharp was so nice and professional throughout the entire process. She explained everything and answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Linton was very kind and professional as well. She is very knowlegeable and even gave me some avenues I could take to better hearing If I decided to at a later time. They both fine tuned the hearing aids before I left and made sure any questions I had was answered. Entire staff was Amazing!

These people really care. Dr. Cash explained the process to me so very well. I know that these people care and are so kind. They will service my hearing aid for the life of the product and also offer a 30 day return/upgrade policy which provides a risk free solution. I am happy to state that I appreciate the free hearing examination (although I knew I had a problem in advance). But I appreciate the very thorough, and I mean thorough, explanation of my problem and the use of a hearing aid. Dr. Cash, an audiologist, shocked me when he pulled hearing aids out of his ears because I never saw them. Within a single second (when he pulled out his hearing aids), he convinced me that he was like me and needed help with one or both ears. The technicians here are also perfect. They can fix problems in seconds.

I was very happy with my visits. Dr Boyd is very informative and she seems to love what she does, which is huge for me. My hearing loss is not severe but I definitely have been struggling to plainly hear some conversations. I very much like the hearing aids. They are comfortable, easy to use, and I cant believe what I wasnt hearing!

I have been coming to this office for as long as I can remember. I have nothing but warm memories of my visits here. The people Ive come to know has been like family to me. From the moment I checked in with Ann, Im sitting comfortably munching on a warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. Before I know it, my name is called and Im led to a nice office where I would see sweet Dr. Kelly Johnston. Sadly, Dr. Kelly Johnston is among Gods Heavenly angels since 2009 and we all miss her dearly :(. Now, I visit Dr. Lori Boyd and she is a sweetheart as well! She introduced me to a new set of hearing aids and she was very patient with me in the process of programming them to fit my needs. The first time, I accidentally had the volume set too high. I went to the movies and it was so loud that I had to turn the devices off. So, I went back to Dr. Boyd and she reset the volume settings for me. It took a lot of adjusting to a new style of hearing aids. I started out turning a dial from two-years-old to pushing buttons in my mid-20s to use the volume control. If there were any downsides of my experience here, it would be how my eyes would water as my ears are filled with this pink material to make my hearing aid molds. The hearing tests are interesting. I sit in a booth with a headset on and repeat words I hear and reply if I hear any beeps or not. Anyway, I absolutely love the people and the atmosphere here! Id still love it even if there werent any chocolate chip cookies! God Bless these people and the clinic! God Bless my mom and later my husband for bringing me here!

Dr. Boyd was really great helping me to try and get my tinnitus under control. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

It was time for new hearing aids and the staff at Center for Hearing always take such good care of me! I have moved away from Fort Smith, but choose to keep coming back here because I trust them, and I know they care. Dr. Lori Boyd is the very best - so patient, so kind. Cannot say enough good things about these fine people!

I was taken care of in a timely manner, concern was shown for my problem and I was treated very well. I am very happy with the service I receive here. My Dr. is especially nice and helpful. It is very nice and convenient to have them mail my batteries as Ido not get to town very often being older!

We had a hearing test done here, but when it came time to pick out a hearing aid, she told us they could not provide it because they did not accept our insurance, Allwell of Arkansas. She said the test was free so we didn’t owe anything. Now we are getting statements from them showing $40 past due.😡😡

I went for hearing test and the entire experience was very pleasant, the wait time was short from the time I arrived to the time I left was about a half hour, the staff was marvelous, I would recommend the center for hearing to everyone I know
