I bought a sectional 5 years ago. I was pressured into buying furniture insurance. When I told them I didnt want the insurance, the sales rep informed me after 5 years I would get my money back. I didnt think that sounded right but they were persistent I would get it back. 4 years later my couch has broke for the 5th time I go in to get replacement parts and ask them about my insurance money. The man now says it will be in the form of a store credit. Thats not what you said but ok. Now, 5 years later I go to get my money back and now I have to buy something twice the price of my insurance money to get a store credit. They owe me 260, so i would have to spend almost 600 to get my credit. I explained this whole situation and the store manager informed me that sometimes people forget to tell you all of the information. I will never buy anything else from them and their furniture is cheap quality.

We are, small startup delivery company not even a year old. We were contracted for deliveries and completed every delivery without customer complaint. FFO owes us for outstanding invoices, and they will not pay, respond back to emails or even answer phone calls. When payment wasnt received they used covid19 as an excuse, even though the invoices were outstanding before. We have contacted 6 different people and still havent received payment.Get paid up front or dont expect to get paid at all. They are scam artists!!!!! Dont let them take advantage of you.

I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about buying a bed from this company to not waste your money. We bout a 1400$ set up of a king bed and box spring & we slept on the FIRST one maybe 4-5 months and had to return it due to dipping and bubbling on one side. Now we have our second one they (mountain home location) switched us out which was great since we have the 10 yr protection. However we have been sleeping on this one for right at 2 months, guess what!? It is doing the same exact thing. Also, we toss and turn alllllll night long. It is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is the natural element custom sleep. We feel like we get no sleep all night unless we go sleep on the couch. Very upsetting for the money we spent on what is suppose to be a higher end bed.We have got our couch from there and love our couch. It was a great purchase!

Salesman was friendly and easy to talk to. Furniture I purchased was what I was looking for. I am concerned, though, that after I spend nearly $2000, the furniture that then belonged to me was allowed to sit on the floor for 2 weeks where others would sit on it. This is just not acceptable. Manager tried to convey that future communication about these situations would improve.

Upset with the quality and the durability of the sectional and chairs I purchase a year ago. It didn’t last a year and the store that I purchased it from phone doesn’t work, this has been since February. So I went to the store which was a waste of time because they give you a number to call. Did that and followed all the directions give by customer services. I also purchase the warranty and have emailed them numerous of times. No response yet. I need something done ASAP!! Keep your money and do business elsewhere!!!!! Not worth the headache.

Bought a sectional and the material falling to pieces. Contacted store several times said they would take care of it but no results. Bought warranty plan but they denied my claim too. So i would buy from different place.

Purchased $2200.00 bedroom suit on 11/29/19 from Store #07. Paid for their third party delivery service to deliver and set up. They arrived after 6pm, after set up I was informed to call the store and tell them there was a problem with drawer pull on a nightstand. That was the least of it! I contacted the store and told them they had also neglected to send my box spring. And was told they would bring it the next afternoon. I told them that didnt work, I have a memory foam matress and wouldnt have purchased if it were not needed. The salesman brought the box spring out and looked at the furniture operation as well. I was told he would return the next day and replace the night stands and dresser. He returned and as he removed the old dresser he scratched my floors which is less than a year old. Not only taking the piece out but, wait for it, as he was bringing the new dresser in. Its the showroom model and hi have tried to understand how this sales person thought it was okay to leave a used piece of furniture in my home. It is scratched and in poor condition and I honestly doubt I would have bought it used. Now I want Corporate offices to understand the staff have been helpful and I seriously love the suit we purchased. I just hope this can be resolved in a timely manner.

I bought a couch and loveseat the arm on the couch collapsed..the guy came out the end of December..said the new inserts would be delivered to me..here it is April.. nothing has been done..so much for the warranty

We had a unsettling experience at the S. Sheridan FFO in Tulsa, OK. Corporate was made aware. It has taken a month of phone tag to get ahold of anyone but they were apologetic and attempted to make right the situation.My only advice would be make sure you have witnesses with you when you make a purchase, use a debit card, never cash, keep your receipts and watch your money.

Husband and I are on our second mattress. we bought a very expensive memory foam a little over 2 years ago. we already have body impressions in this mattress that I a grown woman cannot roll out of. Bought the extended warranty and everytime I try to email the store we bought it from I get no response. Didnt think anything of it at the time. when we bought it one of the tags are missing. so now Im wondering what really is going on and is this mattress that I bought really a brand new mattress or was it a used mattress that they gave me. we had very similar issues with the first mattress that we bought 5 years ago but had stains on it and young children at that time and did not get the warranty so we spent money to buy a new mattress 2 years ago. what a waste of money. my husband and I do not sleep well at night. Will never get a mattress or any think from ffo again.

Corporate Office is terrible to work with in getting a dispute recognized! It’s bern months since filing a dispute with FFO, Rolla Store& Corporate...still no Supervisor available?!?!?Months !!!! A good customer service rep ..But, she has no one to to report to, ?!?!?!?This has happened 3x...

My husband bought a couch an bed an he dont want the couch Siloam springs was suppose to come get the couch a month ago the bed he wants to pay but they keep giving him an me the run around keep racking money on the bed if not its going to rent a center. This us not right!!!!! He needs to pay nothing on the bed now

We put in a claim to have a flex steel sofa fixed and this was back in February of this year, here it is May and no one seems to know why the parts have not been ordered, i just wish i could get a straight answer. So as of now i will taking my furniture shopping else where.
