Online reservation process was very easy. Pickup process took less than 5 minutes. The saw was in excellent condition and worked exactly as expected. Return was easy as well, taking less than 5 minutes as well. Staff were very friendly, and I was very pleased to see all the staff wearing masks and social distancing. Will definitely use United Rentals in the future!

I rented a gas auger. The auger messed up after one hole. I called the customer service line and she offered to send a tech out but it was getting dark. I requested a refund and she noted it on my account. When I returned the auger to the Fort Smith location, the guy that helped me was so helpful and appologized for the issue. I was refuned with no issue. I work in service at a tractor dealership and I know how stressful equipment can be. These guys did a great job handling this issue. I will rent here again.

Working in Sallisaw, Oklahoma on project at Kerr dam. Any problems was taken care of quickly on equipment. I am the SSHO on the project and if equipment is not working properly I take it out of service. Service man named Brandon was excellent. Couldnt ask for better.
