They pretty much do five star reviews first thats why Im putting one I was there multiple times first time I went in I bought a moped second time I went in I had to get my light fixed third time I went in had to get my light fixed and after that third time trying to get my light fixed everything seemed to be working for a little bit again I was informed the last time I had brought in my moped that apparently that location was closing now that could be true seems like it but you never know so for anyone willing to actually read I would never go to River City Cycles again my speedometer just went out and if they are truly closing in this location it void my warranty it would be hard to truly ever say exactly how much anger and frustration I feel knowing that the moped I brought that was supposed to be brand new is not holding true for even half a year cuz Ive had it for about as of today not even 3 to 4 months

This guy took care of me when I was having problems with another location and I really appreciated it. Even tho there wasn’t much he could do to help he offered to let me bring my scooter there for repair after the Little Rock location refused due to manager being upset I left a bad review on his google review. Thank you! I really appreciate people who take care of the customers.

Wasnt bad, parts not easy to get, but with cheap prices come cheap quality, not my cup of tea...

They lost their best mechanic now they do not have a mechanic who is trust worthy. I had paid for them to do an oil change install a bore kit. Never did the oil change. Did not adjust the carburator right did not check the valves or do a proper run test. ThisIs not a trust worthy place.

The sales team at this dealership may need some training in online sales etiquette. Their team refuses to work with buyers on the internet through their public faced listings. Its 2021, remote offers and sales should be common place. Not sure about the service team as I have no experience there.Your mileage may vary with your experience in person.

I bought a 49cc scooter from here and I LOVE ITBest thing for me. Runs great, No problems. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them

They will bend over backward to help you if you are paying their rate and not disagreeing with their policies. I have referred multiple people to this location in the past and I want to publicly apologize. This store is improperly managed and will not be recieving my future business.Just wait.. one of(the many) managers will reply to this offering to make it better.But they already had me bring in the tire and told me it was just road damage. I had the tire on my moped for less than two weeks and rode it for maybe 60 kilometers and I can see the threading where the rubber has already worn through and the air is coming out. Then they spout off some drival about not being able to warranty tires because there could be a nail on the street??? That isnt the case.This store is utter trash.

I want to warn anybody buying a product from this store,they would care less about you after you buy a product.I took my 4-wheeler in for repairs twice with it not being fix.This store is so poorly run and i do not think they will be there very much longer.Do not trust this store or the people working there.The reason i am writing about this store is to warm everybody about these products and the non service you will receive,a total waste of money.

Extremely helpful! I bought a 4 wheeler for my boy at the mall and had problems since day 1! I wish I had bought from here in the first place. Owner is easy to talk to and will give you all the details up front on work and price. Even have a 10 day warranty for the work that they do. I highly recommend purchasing here if you want to be more than a sale and have ease of mind that you are a priority. Next purchase will be made here!!!

Still loving my scooter

This cycle store was the best... After shopping around I discovered they had the lowest prices... My purchase was no hassle... I got a warranty and feel it is the best warranty I have ever gotten. The staff was awesome..very nice and knowledgeable. And later I discovered they had excellent service, anytime I needed any service done they did it perfect and in good time. Thank you guys. I will be back again.

Haven’t had them work on my moped yet but they are very nice and hard working will be bringing my moped there tomorrow to be worked on would not take it to any other shop but this one all the other shops are not as well put together and reliable

They were friendly but, we got the Tao Tao pony 50 home and brand new it wouldnt get above 15 mph without cutting out and then we find bolts missing and bolts not tight. They supposedly went over it before we took it. The carburetor is all screwed up and I have to wonder if they drove it around the block or not like they said they did. Im not happy at all with this place.

Reasonable prices on scooters

This shop is awesome. I like the one here on Townsown Ave. Better then the one on Grand Ave. Where they were before- its bigger, more variety, and the guys, as always, are fast to fill your needs, answer questions, and work with you in getting a scooter... They are friendly great people who run a great business.

I bought a VIP. it runs great. just as important though are the attitudes of the people that work there. every time a made a payment, they were courteous and respectful. great attitudes.

Great place to shop! Huuuuuuuge (I mean, HUGE!) Selection of brand new and used scooters, ATVs, and GoKarts. Bought a couple of units for my kids and they are loving them!

Friendly atmosphere added them on Facebook and won a free scooter with them. Little mechanical issue with the product due to shipping damage but got with me immediately to fix the issue. No hassle or problems. Great customer service.

Weve bought 2 four wheelers and have 1 in layaway..Always friendly and service them when needed.

Terrible products and even worse customer service. Bought a motorcycle 2 weeks ago had to have the battery replaced the first day and then was only able to use it for two more days before the battery died again which makes this a stator rectifier problem and I called down there and told them what the problem was and they refused come get it so I had to walk it down there with no other means of transportation. Getting ahold of a lemon law lawyer now.

These guys are scam artists. Beware making purchases from them. I purchased an electric car for my daughter and that afternoon, my fiancee whos expecting twins right now decided to buy a different present for our daughter without informing me. I figured it wasnt a big deal as I could simply return the electric car. So after driving 2 hours back to the nearest store location, they say that they dont accept returns. But I purchased it THAT DAY. It never left the box! It still had the tape on it. What kind of slimy business doesnt accept their own products back when they are still sealed? Dont trust these guys. They didnt warn me about their no return policy and I highly doubt theyll warn you.

Rude service. First off the employees were arguing when me and my family entered the shop. He had his pit bull roaming in his place of business. My husband reached to pet it. He said dont touch her shell bite. Second of all why have your dog that bites in your place of business. If it wouldve bit any of my family members I would sued him and I would own that shop.
