When I was looking to get back into riding I had no particular dealer in mind. I knew what bike I wanted. What color I wanted it. And how much I wanted to pay for it. I contacted A LOT of dealers and found four matches. After chatting with each dealer it was pretty clear that I was headed to Fort Smith. Everyone that I talked to was super friendly and easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy other than the fact that I could only find four of what I wanted. 😳 Then on top of all that I am a single dad so my lil’ girls go everywhere with me. I knew purchasing a bike and going through the process with kids would be “complicated” to say the least, but everyone at Fort Smith Harley were amazing! Not only did they tolerate their high energy level, but they embraced it and had them helping out and playing games! Thanks so much for just being welcoming and accommodating to my little family. If I need anything Harley I know where to get it!

Just bought my first Harley and it was a great experience...from the time I walked in everyone was super nice...David z was my salesman and he spent a lot of time showing me bikes and answering questions and answering the same questions again...not once while I was there Friday or Saturday did I EVER feel pressured..Saturday we did the paperwork and Laura was super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable..we really enjoyed visiting with her...I kept hearing people say that its like family there and it definitely is....highly recommend doing business here..

Had a front bearing go out. True to Harley, they knew we were traveling and but us right in. Replaced the bearing and we are back on the road.

Sales staff need more training on dealing with customers. They are rude. The parts counter guys are awesome.

I have owned @ 10 Harley Davidsons in the last 10 years 2 New 8 used and 1 Indian chieftain Limited which I purchased new in Rogers from the Indian Dealership.i have purchased from the following dealerships,pig trail HD, 1 from Crystal HD in Homosassa Fl, 1 from D and D Cycles in Rogers, bad bikes Dora Ok.1 from The old Ft.HD, Brad from Brc.bike works in Ft.Smith assisted me in facilitating a purchase in 2020.The remainder of Harleys were purchased from private parties with the exception of the recent purchase of a 2021 Road glide special which I purchased from the now Ft.Smith Harley Davidson.The recent purchase experience of the 2021 Road Glide special from Ft.Smith HD is the worst motorcycle purchase experience I have ever had.leaves me questioning if maybe its time for a Gold Wing or BMW.

They replaced parts that where 100000 mile part i have 26000 miles on my bike striped the bolts out and siliconed them back in and that he did me a favor that was the service stupid visor over change me for labor and didnt do what they said they where going to do let me leve on a bike that was unsafe to ride telling me my bike was good. Has lied to me every time i have talk to anyone since i will tell you one i can about how much Harley Davidson has done for me

All I can say is WOW! I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Street Glide Special from Old Fort HD. I live in Broken Arrow and had located the bike on CycleTrader. From the time of first contact with New York Mike, I could not have had a better buying experience. He listened to my needs and wants then went to work for me. We were able to come up with an amicable deal with my trade-in in a very short amount of time after only a few short phone calls and text messages. Upon my arrival to the dealership I couldnt have been more pleased by the pleasant attitudes of the staff and the customer service provided. My salesman New York Mike was great from start to finish, very friendly and conscientious. Jeff, the Sales Manager assessed my trade and was very pleased with the condition that my 2011 Street Glide was in and honored his trade value. Then I met Mike, the Service Manager, what an honor, he has been with the dealership for 44 years and brings tremendous knowledge to the table and explained all of the features of my new scoot to me from stem to stern. I am new to the Harley Davidson world, I just purchased a 2020 Street Glide Special. I was skeptical of what kind of treatment I would get after the purchase of my bike when it came to Parts and Service. Man was I wrong!!!!! JEREMY, who works in parts and services at Old Fort Harley Fort Smith put my skepticism to bed immediately. Jeremy went above and beyond answering my, dumb, New to Harley questions about add-ons for parts and services, Grips, Foot Boards, Pipes, Windshields, etc.... there wasnt anything he wasnt able to answer and had great recommendations. He answered every question and even followed up with phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed. With this kind of service I will be giving Old Fort Harley-Davidson ALL my Harley business and I will recommend all my friends to visit this dealership. Great Harley Stop, with good selection and full service shop! The Harley Ladies are super sweet, knowledgeable, and ever helpful. Larger stores obviously have a larger retail section, but this store is still with the stop!

Jeff Moore, Sales Manager, made it hard to resist buying a new bike with his approach that clearly put the customer first. Jeff...I will be back to trade this Street Glide for a new one! These guys are a representation of what we should expect in a dealership. I live 30 minutes from another H-D dealership and will ride the 90 minutes to Old Fort. I’ve moved around a few times and I’ve had a few ‘dealership relationships’ and these guys are far away the best. Take your business to Old Fort and you will be pleased.

Smoothest experience with the purchase. They even did a last minute switch of grips we picked out when we got there to do paperwork. Would definitely buy from there again. Also, the royal treatment after you purchase is a great bonus!

The 5 stars are for the AWESOME staff working for Old Fort Harley-Davidson, you couldnt ask for better people.The staff had nothing to do with my negative experience with this dealership.Debbie and Ryan, two of the owners, backed the oral contract made with me. The 2017 Heritage is now sitting in my garage.My experience as a woman with this dealership was negative to say the least. I was approved for $20,000 dollars. Instead of purchasing the 2020 Deluxe I was looking at, I decided on a 2017 Heritage with 3,396 miles on it. I was told I was approved and that I would need $1,500 down. I told the Gentleman I was working with that I would be borrowing the money and $500 was put down to hold the bike. I had my down payment in hand and had the bike insured with the insurance company e-mailing proof as requested. I was told everything was a go. But, when I was taken in the back to finalize the deal I was told I needed $2,700 for a down payment or I could go for the 2020 model which would require a down payment also, but with a new model they might be more willing to work with me. I told the Gentleman who was trying to finalize the paperwork if I had been told this upfront from the beginning I could of borrowed the $2,700, but I was not going to redo the bank loan, and I mentioned the fact that with the $500 holding the bike and the $1,500 I had in hand obviously came to $2,000. But they refused to work with me. Now I have witnessed several times how this company goes out of their way to work with a man- an ex husband, brother, and a couple male friends. My significant other was on the verge of purchasing a new Road Glide, and my brother was in the market for a new Harley, but theyre both very angry with the polite MISOGYNISTIC way I was treated by this dealership. So my suggestion to women considering purchasing a Harley from this dealership is to reconsider and go with a female friendly dealership or have a man sitting right there beside you. The Heritage was an excellent deal, I wouldnt be surprised if they did this so they could sell it to someone somebody knows! Why else would they kill a good sale?Sandra Chandler-Breazzeal

I knocked a chunk of rubber out of my front tire and cord was starting to show. We were 400 miles from home in Alma AR. I called Old Fort Harley Davidson and a friendly voice answered her name is Kristen she was more than helpful she gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived she was at the desk took my information and in 10 to 15 minutes my bike was in shop. I wonder around the show floor and met David he works there great guy to visit with. My whole crew showed up and enjoy the shop. 45 minutes to an hour they were finished with my bike the quote on the phone was the same on my ticket, Im impressed this has to be the best dealership I have ever been to. Thank you Kristen and David for the good time. We made it home no problems. I would recommend this shop and dealership to anyone 100%.

I contacted the dealership for a specific bike, asked for pictures and their bottom line price. I received nothing. The following day salesman contacted me to say another salesman had sold it to someone else and he sent the pictures to the wrong number. Fortunately HDs financing is approved for ANY HD dealership. Well take our business to another dealership.One positive, and my reason for two stars is that theyll ship anywhere. There is a fee.

Easy to get to, everyone very helpfull

I simply cannot say enough. I bought my first bike and it was a 1870 cc monster. Scared to death, these guys called in people to come ride with me and teach me just about everything I need to do know. I show up at 8:45 am and these guys and gals are starting their day with some coffee around a fire. They get my wife and daughter comfortable with donuts and coffee and my baby girl was walking all over the show room swaying her head. Everyone loved her and was sweet to her, genuinely. The lead mechanic has been there 43 years and knew my grandpa. True ride or die guy. He’s in a wheelchair, has a sidecar he straps his chair in and hops over onto the seat. He showed me EVERYTHING about the bike mechanically. My sales guy, New York Mike, was a straight shooter. Told me a price otd within 5 min of our first conversation. VERY competitive price. My bike came with a Stage 1 tune done already so you can imagine a beginner on such a hoss. They took me for a ride, bought my Uncle and me lunch and I had enough down to ride the beast an hour and a half home through the Ozark National forest. The ride was spiritual. The WHOLE DAY was SPIRITUAL. I cannot put that in any other words. I now understand what people mean when talking about Harley Davidson being a feeling. I’m PROUD to be a Harley man like my grandpa before me!

I was traveling through Fort Davis and had my throttle cable break. They did not have a cable for my bike but the mechanic, I think his name was Scott, search around and found one that would work had me back on the road in less than 1.5 hours. These guys went the extra mile to help me out. Theyre great.

Febuary 1, 2019 I made my most recent purchase and was reminded how this Harley Davidson dealership excels in every aspect from new-used inventory, parts-accessories and motor closes. i know from experience that this a special dealership. Barb in motor closes is remarkable to work with, as others in other departments. These experiences have made me a very satisfied and committed customer.

Had my bike worked on and the quality of work and attention to detail was poor. While I appreciated the loaner bike program, I feel the bike you are loaned should be similar to the bike you own. The parts availability could be better. Most parts of the store the service is ok, but other parts act like they are doing you a favor by doing their JOB. I ride Harley because I believe in the brand but I am less than impressed by my local Harley shop, these bikes arent cheap and service should be better after the sale.
