I absolutely loved my first experience shopping at A.C. Moore!!! Lots of sale and clearance merchandise. Large variety of holiday decor. I bought a cart full of primarily sale or clearance items. I would have spent 2-3 times more if I had gotten the same stuff at any other craft store. Large amount of $1 crafts for adults and kids. Only issue was finding prices. There was a large area of decorator pumpkins. Glass, metal, wood and more. All different sizes and no way to tell the price of 95% of the 100+ pumpkins. I will definitely add this craft store to one of my regular stops.

They had a self serving lemonade stand that was raising money for children with cancer. Good job A.C. Moore! This is what every business should be doing. Hope many blessings come your way.

I wanted roses for my mom and dads graveside so grabbed two bunches from the 70% off red rose bunch sign that said marked down to $3. Got to the register and did not ring up correctly. Manager and employee said they cannot honor the sign that I showed them which was displayed correctly. They said oh that’s not the price anymore and we cannot honor the sign. Very bad customer service in my opinion. But, they are closing and probably don’t care. Just wrong. I have been in customer service many years and you always honor a posted price to the customer.

Always the best customer service at this store. Our purchase appeared to be marked on sale on the rack but didnt ring up that way. No worries said the cashier. Heres a coupon that will make it even less than what you hoped for! Awesome!

Above and beyond service! I brought in a piece to be framed and unfortunately it got damaged during the process. A.C. Moore notified me immediately and took full responsibility. The folks at this store and their management went through great lengths to ensure the piece was fully and properly restored and kept me updated through what was a very lengthy(not their fault) process. I was very pleased and impressed with how they handled the whole situation. If you are going to take your hobby and framing needs anywhere I would recommend A.C. Moore in Fort Walton hands down. It would also seem based on my understanding that the chain holds itself to the same standards.

Love this place. Can almost always find the craft item you are looking for. Associates are usually friendly and helpful. Frequent sales are nice and prices are usually lower than other shops selling like products.

It was an ok experience. No direction on where anything was. Most employees just walk right past you without saying a word. My line of work, if you see someone no matter what, ask if they have found anything they liked and make more suggestions. Employees at companys dont realize that the guest is paying our salary. Good craft store. Its got a lot of things to where you dont have to travel to hobby lobby of Michaels. Their framing department is super expensive. But with sales and using the coupon their prices are good. Just dont have a huge variety of things in general. Id also like to see more people in the store. Theres not a lot of people to ask questions about products and if there is someone they dont typically have a lot of knowledge about a lot of products. Over all of you just need something for a small project its great.

Found everything we needed and then some. Our cashier was Meghan, who was incredibly social and polite. She chatted happily and discussed products, giving several new ideas. Perfect experience, and I hope other employees are as swell as Meghan

I go to A.C. MOORE once or twice a week or once or twice every other week. I love A.C. MOORE! Great customer service! Prices are great! Cleanliness. Only thing is, is its pretty hot and stuffy. If you love great deals, coupons, and arts and crafts of any type this is the best place to go

We were intrigued by the store as was the first time. My husband was pushing me in a wheelchair. The employees were helpful and considerate of our situation. I pushed a cart with a handle and could control with my feet.Other than not having seats with baskets it was a great trip !!! I did not see the 40%off everything. Have a great visit..

My favorite craft store over Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Joanns. The manager, Cindy is the best. If I ever have anything I need to special order or just have questions, shes very friendly and always willing to help! She is an asset to the A.C. Moore company.

They have a smaller store than Hobby Lobby, or Michaelss but they carry things I cant find other places. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions. They have an EXCELLENT variety of beads and jewelry making essentials, and are reasonably priced. They also have a loyalty customer program, which I like.

Shop here on a regular basis. Near me and has a rewards program that is very generous. I shop mostly for yarn. Something on sale quite often. Shipments come in weekly. Very nice employees and all kinds of arts and crafts items etc. Favorite store.

I love A.C. Moore! Love the coupons, love the staff, love the selection. My son and I go so often that all the staff know him by name. One staff recently said he should be the face of A.C. Moore. I wish I had a picture of him with staff to add to this review.

The store has always been very well organized and the staff has been very helpful every time Ive gone! Theyre always having sales that make it worth going there rather than the dollar store or somewhere else. My favorite craft store in town, hands down.The pictures attached is a wreath i made with most of my supplies coming from this store.

Small craft store that offers materials to make your own arts and crafts. They can be a bit pricey unless you can find what you need on sale. Their end of season sales are great for finding pre-made wreaths and other seasonal decorations at very low prices.

Beat art store around Ft. Walton Beach area! Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are great, and their rewards system is so beneficial! Best place in town for real picture frames.I recommend this store everyday to my customers.

Super bad customer service!! Had a gift card that I couldnt use because there system was down. they told me, come back later MAYBE it will work next time! Thats crappy!! The $10.00 one worked but not the$50.00 dollar one!! Super inconvenient!! They sure didnt have trouble taking the $50. for the card to be issued!!

I love this place! The store is clean and well organized. The selection is pretty good and the staff are helpful, friendly, and you can find them!! My biggest complaint is that there are rarely enough cashiers when it is time to check out.

We had fun with all the arts and crafts stuff, and the ideas that were there. At check out we found a coupon to save $10 and all the stuff I bought was on sale. If was fun.

You can get anything and everything here. The first thing youll notice is the amazing smell. They have really good deals most of the time and especially with a rewards card. The only downside is the incredibly long lines sometimes. They move pretty quickly, but my oh my are they long.

Best place for finding everything you need for your craft projects, including those pesky middle school and/or high school projects my kids come home with assignments to complete for class. My teenagers actually find things they like at this particular AC Moore, and anyone with teenagers will tell you, its nearly impossible to find anything that they will enjoy (teens are moody lol). Even my two boys like to go with me to AC Moore and head off in their own direction to seek out the crafts (theres woodworking crafts and models kits, plus other items) they enjoy. Personally, Im in there looking for yarn and paints. But like I said, there is so much variety and the employees are very helpful. If you arent from around the area and never been to an AC Moore, then this is the one you want to visit & check out. Very friendly, very clean, very affordable, great variety of crafts & supplies!! 5 Stars!!!

Awful experience at mine and my fiancé favorite place to shop! They followed him around like a criminal all because of his appearance, which he did not in any way have a criminal look!The female employee even said that it was her job to follow him, while I observed her and many others stocking shelves that day. We had not been in the store 5 minutes when this happened!Totally heartbroken over this...we both loved this store. And yes, we did call management and spoke to them with no success...:(

They have great promos and offers but the staff is never friendly or helpful. Some craft items are hard to find. Stock is too filled with craft beading/jewelry. I couldnt find anything for candle making or supplies for scented lotions, candles, etc. They could expand the craft section for items to paint..thry have several aisles of paint and paint supplies but nothing to paint other than wood.They do have a great rewards program. At least once a month you a get a coupon for 55% off one item.

Have everything I need for my photography and my crafting. This store is very clean, has a great selection, great deals and excellent customer service. I would recommend this store to any type of artist, crafter or hobbyist.

The Fort Walton Beach FL. Location has wonderful customer service, and is well stocked for what they do carry. I have given only 3 stars for the lack of art items they dont carry. Top of that list, stained glass and mosaic glass art items.

I hate this place! I spend way too much money and want to start all these new crafts that I dont have time for when I go. If youre weak like me and want to buy everything, avoid at all cost! The student discount is nice though, but dont forget your student ID to show ;)

Always a bit messy for some reason. Employees are hard to find when you need help locating items and when you do find them they do not always know where the item you are looking for is. Great for craft supplies, however they do limit coupon use to one a day (even if each coupon is for a single item - which is very annoying. Jo-Ann is much better about this so if they carry the same item, I would go there). The cashier that I saw most recently there seemed unhappy to be there and not conversational at all. They do offer a military discount, which is always nice but they do not ask (so I often forget to use it).

This place has EVERYTHING you need for home projects, school projects, arts, crafts, team apparel,...I enjoy walking the aisles and imagining all the stuff I could do!

My wife enjoys this place. She finds everything she needs and more. But the employee that work there by the name of Jeremy really disappointed me the other night when I wanted to purchase some candy by the register. He had an attitude and kept mumbling under his breath. I asked what he stated and he still kept mumbling something smart and ignoring me. He didnt even give me a receipt.

Closest store from where I live is 25 min drive but I know that this company Carries the art supplies I need and use, the prices, compaired to a competitor is lower and worth the travel time. Employees are well trained in customer service.
