I was in the area and wanted to check out the new Zero lineup. Known about Zero bikes for 10 years but never checked them out in person. Was greeted by a friendly guy behind the counter who told me he would get the guy who knows more about these bikes. Derek came out from the shop and was willing to take me on a test ride without trying to assess how likely I was to buy that day, just took a copy of my license. We took two bikes out so I could get a feel for different models. The test ride was long enough to experience each both models acceleration, handling and braking in enough situations to know how these bikes perform. I was more than impressed and will be seriously considering owning one in the future.

Paid $300 for their GPS tracker, and less than 3 months later it randomly fell off my bike during a ride. $300 wasted because they cant install a simple GPS tracker. Really just disgraceful on their part

Awesome shop family own and operated. Highly recommend this shop. Staff knowledgeable friendly and excellent integrity. For example brought my bike in today for clutch seal and upon the mechanic inspection found out I had dry rot on both tires. Trust tires this was not a sales pitch i was shown the defect and they were concern about safely they quickly put on new tires.

I bought a four wheeler that had been sank and did not work correctly. These guys were great getting it running and it runs perfectly now. They are also very friendly.

Great place, nice little mom and pop shop thats reasonably priced! Brought in a 14 Victory Cross Country that needed a rear tire. Brought my own and they swapped them out. Quick and efficient service to say the least.

The employees were awesome. Great attitude and really friendly. Unfortunately the service on my bike was not so great. I got my first service done there and they didn’t provide me with an itemized list of what checks were done which I didn’t think made any sense but I didn’t complain. Then I had my rear tire replaced and when I got the bike home I noticed they had failed to put one of my license plate screws back on. A minor detail but still annoying. I didn’t complain. I just bought new ones. Finally I got my second oil change there. Everything was good until my bike started leaking oil a week later. I took it to another shop and found out that someone had not properly tightened my drain plug and I was lucky the plug hadn’t fallen out while I was riding. After that I just decided not to allow Coastal to touch my bike ever again. There are some great folks working there but it seems that attention to detail is not a priority.

The folks at Coastal Powersports are Awesome, I can not be more pleased with all the hard work they put into my bike. I brought them a bike that sat for 8 years, it needed a lot of work. Carbs rebuilt, fuel system cleaned, new hoses, tires choke and so much more. they jumped right on it and brought her back to life. The detailing was also done on site, 8 years of New Mexico sand and dirt had to cleaned out of every little space. Today the bike looks brand new, I am so impressed with all the sweat, dedication, and excellent customer service I received. You guys are AWESOME!

It is difficult to find people willing to try beyond their experience these days, but the guys at Coastal were willing to step up to the challenge and I have to say I appreciate it. Not very many shops around these days staffed with such a knowledgable and friendly crew. 5 stars!

Highly recommend!! Coastal Powersports is the best down to earth shop I’ve been in. They treated me like I was apart of the family. If there’s a problem bring it up and they will correct it and make it right on the spot.

I used CPS for an oil change a couple months back and was happy with my experience. Curtis (Owner of 8 years) and his mechanics were always friendly, knowledgeable, fast with service and fair with price. I left the first day happy.Recently the primary adjusting knob came off the back end of my bike and I ended up taking it to another shop to have it fixed. The other shop handled the problem but my bike hadnt ridden the same since. Oil change time came and I decided to take it back out to coastal.Within the hour Curtis and Company figured out and handled the issue along with the oil change.We had a chance to talk business philosophy, and his words were simple.I dont know why some shops make it difficult to take care of people, thats all Ive ever wanted to do.My bike will come back, and I suggest yours should too.

I shopped around to dealers all over Florida, little did I know there was Coastal Powersports. I lost my Harley due a divorce a few months ago, they got me back on the road riding again with a great bike at a price point I could afford while saving me a lot over other dealers. These guys have been working on my bikes for several years. Ive bought tires, brakes, helmets, etc...I guess you could say Ive trusted them with my life. Both brothers are great, but one of them is better looking than the other one. I overheard a customer say that...they both look the same to me. Oh yea...The dogs in the showroom make me feel at home.

Honestly these people are dope. I was looking to buy a bike through private seller but I took the time to check them out and I was impressed. I’ve heard great things about them and their work. I ended up buying a bike that day from them. They make the proccess super easy and they are super helpful. So I told my friend to not buy this bike that he was looking at on Craigslist and ended up buying from them too. He’s satisfied as well! Recommend 10/10

They didnt have alot of inventory but the guy inside was knowledgeable and was willing to order anything he didnt have in stock.

Do not take your motorcycle to the shop for any repairs they will try to up sell you their business men not writers they try to sell me a new clutch when all they needed to do was adjust my clutch lever. They are inattentive and charge too much and do repairs without your permission then charge you for it. Take your bikes to Demboske motorsport. Coast powershot is making money off naive riders over reffered many friends to them before but after this most recent experience I see what they are doing over there and its not good.

I bought my first motorcycle form this guys in December 2014. It was their first Bike sale to me as well. I got Amazing deal and the staff was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. Two brothers belive in good customer service all the time. You will not be disappointed ever. Everyone in this shop is very well knowledgeable and they will go out and beyond to help you. I recently brought my bike here to get a tire put on, awesome service and fast, not to mention they were about $60 cheaper than some shops around them. They also had great customer service, making sure that i was satisfied.I bought a helmet and a good amount of aftermarkets (good selection for such a small place).I was very happy with my visit,will be back again.

These guys are awesome, friendly and professional. Went in for a simple oil change and coolant flush. They got the job done quickly and even spotted a VERY serious problem with my frayed/destroyed coolant hose, which they also fixed. I completely forgot about my coolant leak issues so I cant thank these guys enough for all their help!

Ive never received such good service from a place before in my life. The people are super friendly and helped me out with all the problems I had with my bike. I will go to them for all of my future bike needs!! If they worked on trucks I would take them my truck to.

I waited to leave a review until visiting all but Harley. Its not the staff theyre friendly as hell to a point.Prices and services are absurd as well as mis information. Markup on an item I was looking at 200% above even rev zilla. Its fine I bought it online.However when I had them service and look at my bike. They did a poor job analyzing my bike. The write up of any issues was poorly written. Many issues found forks, breaks, chain, oil, etc.End of the conclusion still was rides great.I find the summary amusing I took it to another shop of course and they were baffled of the conclusions. Im somewhat mechanically inclined and fixed what I was was capable of. The other shop was shocked when I showed the sheet from Coastal.

Would not let these people touch my bike again, sorry work, their sloppy work on my carbs and all around service is some of the worse Ive seen. I have a witness that pick my bike up with me, he thinks I was to generous in my Starrs .

Had my bike dropped off before I moved, asked for an oil change and new rear tire(same tire).easy right? miscommunication between them, 2 weeks later never got done!!! Had to delay my move a week because of this, waited another week and the task was completed. Now Im 2000 miles away with an UNBALANCED TIRE! How could you forgot to do your job? USELESS shop! Take your money elsewhere, they dont care about your bike buddy!!

Brought our ATV to sell. Called on the phone and they said we had to bring it in. Loaded it up and brought it in. They didnt even look at it....said we wanted to much despite saying we were willing to negotiate. Whats the point of brining it in if you werent even going to look at it? Bad business in my opinion!!

I initially had good experiences with then, but my bad experience was pretty bad. They called me to pickup my bike And it would only stay running with the throttle more than 3/4 open. It also died 3 times before being able to get out of the parking lot. When I asked about it I was immediately met with well you put race cams in it, thats just how it is from one of the owners. I took it home and brought it back a few hours later.they said they would square it away and took it back in. Each time they said it was ready I was very unhappy with the way the bike ran and each time they said they would take it back,but it got to the point where I had lost confidence in their work and in their word because of the quick fired excuses. Further, I began undoing their work when I got time so that I could feel comfortable on the bike and noticed they had cut the air box boot. I asked about it and was told that the new carb had a nib on the inlet and that they had to cut it to fit. When I sent a picture of the carb inlet with no nib and asked more questions, they said they would replace the boot. Which was far from the point. I dont think any of this was meant to be malicious, but it was an ongoing and really bad experience.

Not impressed with this place at all. They charged me $75 just to say they couldnt work on my dirt bike. Brought a grizzly 660 in for a carb rebuild. Later found they had broken the fuel switch and the atv still did not run quite right. Had a kawasaki mule in there about the same time for a tune up. They convinced me it was time for top end gaskets,carb rebuild etc. $1,000 later still having similar issues. Ive learned my lesson with this place and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality work.

Rebuilt Forks for my 08 Cbr1000rr approximately 1 month ago. They were very expeditious about the whole process and performed high quality work. The staff was a pleasure to do business with and I will recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you!

Just needed to get some brake pads switched out. Service was fast, and the staff was very friendly.

Where to begin on these guys. I moved to the area back in 2015 along with my bike. Still new to the area, I needed some work done on my bike so I brought it to the local Yamaha dealership. They gave me a quote on the work and it was astronomically high. I voiced my opinion and the guy behind the counter told me “hey, if you don’t like what we have to offer here then take it down the street to another shop”. Unbeknownst to him, I took that insult literally and found Costal Power Sports. Well three years later here I am still coming to these guys for all my work I need done on my R6.Every single employee there is well verst in their motorcycle knowledge and more than willing to help you. The friendly atmosphere makes you feel welcome and never pressured into buying something. I’ve gone in there countless times just to shoot ideas to the staff about my R6 and potential work I wanted to get done on it, with both parties darn well knowing I was not going to buy anything that day.Getting into their actual work that they put out of that shop, I could not have been more impressed and satisfied with the quality. Their attention to details and in-depth, no cutting corners mentality in all their mechanics really shows and holds a strong name in the local area. Their yearly bike night event that is normally held in April is always a great time. Their Dyno competition is tons of work for them and they kill themselves doing it every year but they do it because they know everyone loves it and this shop is all about making their people happy! I could continue this essay response about Costal Power Sports for much longer, but I feel my point has been made. This is the type of local shop that people go to and continue to go to because of their trust and overall excellent customer service.It’s simple really, if you go to any bike shop in the Fort Walton Beach area other than Costal, you are wrong and need to reevaluate your life.

Just picked up my gsxr 1000 from them great people. They went above and beyond what I expected. I asked for them to go over my bike front to back top to bottom and thats what they did and it didnt take them long to do it. I will be takeing my motorcycle back for anything I need and for and apparel.

Great people on staff!! Wont steer you wrong!! They hooked up my dyno jet power commander 5 on my 2011 gixxer 600 and it is running great, its a beast on wheels literally!! Im smoking anything, 750s Im leaving in the dust and 1000cc are giving me a run for my money but Im right there with them!! Coastal-PowerSports, great job on the tuning!!!

Small place. They told me on the phone that they had hundreds of motorcycle jackets in stock, so I drove there to see them. Upon arriving, i discovered that they had only about one dozen jackets in stock.....
