Always happy to spend money at the Mazda Service Center. Their pricing is more than fair, they get the work done quickly most times, have great amenities for you while you wait, they are right next to a breakfast place, if I have any questions on the work they explain everything even show damaged parts/filters on request! All of their employees have always been friendly, Jay the Service Tech has been helping me with my vehicle recently and every time he is welcoming friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond whenever he can!
Took my CX-5 in for service after encountering issues. Once the diagnostics was complete the service department clearly explained everything that needed done. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and at the quoted price. They even washed the car for me! I will definitely go back again for any service needs my car requires.

This was my third time purchasing a Mazda. Marena made this the absolute best experience. I appreciate the service that I have received bringing in my vehicles for their regular maintenance in the past. But buying a vehicle always seems to be different...it had previously been a surprise to salespeople that I can get my own financing or know what vehicle I want. Marena understood what I wanted and made sure she explained all the new features of the vehicle I wanted, leasing vs financing, and getting all the paperwork in order in an efficient fashion. She definitely made my needs the main priority. I was only disappointed that the cooperate survery I recieved was for a different employee, when she was the only one I interacted with. She should get all the credit for this purchase. But overall, I have only been satisfied with my purchases and maintenance from this location.
That was the fastest and least pressured experience I have ever had buying a car . When I went for the test drive, he went through all the features in full detail. I had done a lot of research before arriving and knew exactly what I wanted to try. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions. He even let me plug in my phone to show me how Apple CarPlay works. When I decided to buy it, I told him what I needed to make it affordable. We filled out a bunch of papers and in less than an hour I was sitting at the desk with the finance guy. He was very helpful and got me a great rate. He explained Everything that I was signing . He was honest about the different warranties available and helped me figure w which one was best for me. I drove an hour to buy this car from them and it was definitively worth my time.
This review relates to purchasing a vehicle, not any other part of the operations.Pat was great to work with, Id give him 5 out of 5. But the pricing on the website is totally confusing. Initially I was told price was X and reflective of every assumed discount but in reality, you dont qualify for every discount so price is higher. Why the advertised price would assume everyone qualified for the military discount and a few others is beyond me. When I pointed this out all of a sudden the price became 4K lower.The financing took way too long to get to. We waited probably over 1 hour to get to that point. No issues with the advice etc that was offered but still took too long. Not sure thats a valid complaint or indicative of regular wait times but thats what we experienced.Im sure well be happy with the car, but to save yourself some time, perhaps better to have pre discussions before visiting vs getting yourself hooked on a car and then the price is 4k more than you expect. Shady practice IMO. Hope this helpsedit: Im sure Ill get the copy paste response saying 100% customer satisfaction is our goal blah blah. Not good
The service desk personnel, Rachel & Jay, are friendly & provide thorough & fair service. The techs & mechs do what they can in the back. There have been two instances where they couldnt help or didnt properly correct issues, but for the most part get the job done. Overall, I recommend Mazda owners to bring in their newer vehicles here.

I went in for routine maintenance that included an oil change and tire rotation. I waited while it was completed. It was done in a timely manner. They even threw in a free car wash. They have a very nice air conditioned waiting room with drinks, snacks and a tv.

I had a sidewall blow out on my front tire, after calling everywhere looking for a tire and not finding one, I called Donny at Mazda parts to see of they had one. He told me he had one in stock, and after talking to Rachel, the service manager, she was able to get my tire mounted and balanced and replace my windshield wipers 5 minutes to closing. This Mazda service dept has gone above and beyond for me today. I recommend Rachel and her service dept to anyone who needs a job done right.

Been going to Mazda of FWB Service Department for several years. Pleased with quality of work, prices are fair. They have never sold me services I didn’t need. By the way a local Pep Boys shop stripped my oil drain plug nut because they didn’t use the correct sized Allen Head socket (8mm if I remember correctly). If you join the MYMAZDA app, you can get service reminders.

Anthony & Marena were wonderful. Marena called me within 5 minutes of me submitting interest in one of their Mazda CX-5s. From the second I arrived at the dealership, to the second I left in my brand new car, I cannot rave enough about the top tier service that I received. I never, during any part of the process, felt pressured or hassled. Both and Anthony and Marena were more than willing to work with me, to make sure that I was able to drive home in my new car. Marena assisted me with occupying my toddler to optimize my car buying experience. Anthony was more than knowledgeable about everything that Mazda had to offer. He was patient, kind, and so easy to work with. He let me drive the process, and he just jumped in when needed. I have never felt more comfortable with a car salesman. Throughout getting the numbers all worked out, both Marena and Stephen (Finance Manager) did everything they could to get the numbers right, while also staying 100% upfront and honest with me the entire time. Buying a car should ALWAYS be this easy, quick, and painless. I dont even think it immediately registered that I bought a car that day, just due to the simple ease of the process. I would 10/10 purchase another vehicle from FWB Mazda. Cannot say enough great things about this dealership!

Mazda provided excellent and timely service for several repairs my car needed. They also provided a complementary shuttle when I needed to drop off my car.
I was looking to purchase a vehicle from out of state and found the perfect example here. After talking with a few sales representatives on the phone I received all the info I needed. The final cost was agreed upon and I was told the vehicle could be held until the money is wired after the weekend was over. After taking out a loan, planning visits with three different friends across three different states, planning a route to drive from FL to PA, and VERY NEARLY purchasing a plane ticket, I had a thought in the back of my mind to see if the vehicle was actually held. Its a good thing I did check as the vehicle was sold out from under me the very same day. Now Im stuck with a loan for a non-existant vehicle and an explanation that they were too busy and forgot to check [their] systems.
My wife and I were in the market for either a new or a well maintained certified pre-owned vehicle. After searching for about 3 weeks, we came across a 2020 C-5 that fit every requirement and feature we were looking for. Rob Celano is the sales consultant that meet us and was amazing right from the start. He took the time to explain what the features are and how everything worked. I have always felt that the costumer wasnt a priority when purchasing a vehicle. However, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My family and I felt valued and the Rob along with the rest if the staff were above standards in my opnion. I will and would recommend Mazda of Fort Walton Beach to anyone.

He never blew me off for a second because I was calling from out of state and instead he gave me the red carpet treatment which was far better than the experience I had received dealing with sales people here in Los Angeles. After all, I grew up in Atlanta, GA and I do appreciate the Southern Hospitality. I can tell that he is a man of integrity and high character. Double check the numbers when you get to financing and finalizing the paperworks, they will agree on a deal then go back and change numbers. If they didnt want the deal then dont do the deal and let us walk out. I am more than willing to find another dealership to do the deal.Finance manager took his time on extra warranty services but never showed or went over the final numbers, we dont even know who they have financing the car. They just quickly let you signed the paperworks.Double check the numbers and make sure you are getting the deal you asked for, even know they are supposed to go over the numbers with you, which they didnt, just walk away or dont take the delivery if you see something is off.
Showed up to the dealership ready to buy, confident that the online advertisement that offered a CX-5 for $27,810 was true. Turns out that when the paperwork was presented, the sales price for the same vehicle was around $31,000. I explained that their website was showing the aforementioned price and the sales manager shrugged and said that there was an “overnight change of pricing” due to a fire in one of the facilities causing a inventory shortage so it was either pay MSRP or nothing. I might understand the story about the fire, but it’s horrible practice to offer fake pricing to draw people in and then scam them for 3,000 dollars. The salespeople were great, but the treatment and attempt to manipulate from management was clear and made me walk out.Buyers beware.
I worked with Mr Pat Leak when I began my inquiry into the MX5 RF GT. He was very personable, professional, and non-pressuring. The car I wanted — the 2021 in deep blue, manual transmission— was not even shipping at the time I started looking. Pat kept me up to date on developments and contacted me when the car landed at the dealership and invited me out for a test drive. I know he wanted to sell it right then and there, but our policy is to never buy on the spot, under pressure and on emotion. We left, talked it over, and made our own arrangements for financing so that all was set on our return. Part of those arrangements included obtaining a competitive quote. We made our appointment, met with Pat and began finalizing the deal. He and the FWB Mazda team essentially matched the pricing I had, and beat our prearranged financing rate.If I had one suggestion it would be to be a bit more willing to work out details prior to the in person meeting. But overall, very good experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Mazda shoppers their way.

The service I received was very good. I used to own an Audi and I assumed I would be receiving a little lower level of service at a Mazda Dealership but I was wrong. The Audi Dealership was bigger so they had space for several people to sit at a tabletop to work and Mazda does not. However, outside of that I felt the service level at Fort Walton Mazda was in line with Audi. The waiting areas and amenities actually reminded a lot of the ones at Audi in Pensacola. My entire Mazda experience has been great. My CX9 drives as well as the Audi Q5 I owned and it has Japanese reliability. I have been very happy with my Mazda experience and would recommend Mazda vehicles and service to others.

Had a good experience buying my 2012 KIA Soul! Latoya Thompson was the absolute best ever - answered all of our questions, went above and beyond, understood my excitement, and was a great support!!! The only issue was waiting almost 2 hours for a finance person from their other business to come over because their regular person had gone home. We were paying in cash, but were told by the sales manager we had to wait for that person to accept our payment, and several times he stated the finance person was on the way and would be there in 10 minutes.... That part could have been handled a bit differently. However, that small issue aside, it was a good experience. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a nicer, no pressure, friendly environment, and I highly recommend Latoya! Shes tops! A+++

I had requested a ride and they immediately had another employee available to drive us to a nearby location. They checked with me for additional services and the car was ready when promised along with a car wash. Very pleased and highly recommend based on this service visit. I will come back.

Pat Leak, my salesman was attentive to my needs and matched me with a vehicle shortly after walking in the door. I came in with a budget and a Ford Mustang with some equity. Pat was able to meet my budget and they offered an extra thousand more on the value of my Mustang in order to help the sales process, whereas the dealerships in the surrounding areas were low-balling me in order to just make a sale. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager were very professional and helped the sales process go quickly. If you’re looking for a place where you won’t sit around for hours or get persuaded into a car deal that’s not suitable for you, then this is the go to place for a vehicle.

Rachel from Mazda of FWB was excellent. There was some questions when it came to checking me out of my service appointment and she handled it beautifully and got it all sorted out.
Dealership is clean and provides amenities for waiting family.However, spent past two days working on getting into the vehicle and their website is not accurate. The advertised selling price does not include cost of repairs they did. The amount brought it back to market value and had a savings of $20. Additionally found errors like the vehicle did not have panaramic sunroof which I informed sales person. What dealership should do is list actual price so I didn’t waste two days of my life or other buyers in future.

Everyone at the Ft. Walton dealership were very helpful and easy going. I did not feel the usual high pressure sales tactic. It was there a little bit, mind you, but I do understand someone trying to close a deal before you walk out the door & look at cars elsewhere. I feel like they took the time to work out the details that worked best for my financial and personal situation. The car itself is beautiful! And Ive had so many compliments both on social media and personally already. That said, my last three car purchases have been Mazda, and I have literally not had any issues with any of them. Anthony Hall was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with to purchase a vehicle. After months of research we decided to go with a Mazda CX-5 but didn’t want a brand new car. We began working with Anthony February 13th. We told him what we were looking for & he kept in touch with us but also notified us when a vehicle fit our requests. We missed the first one but it was meant to be. Anthony notified us when the next perfect vehicle was available! We were able to make arrangements with the bank for a pre-approval letter & purchased the vehicle two days later with the best offer for us not the dealership. Without Anthony keeping in touch we would have purchased a vehicle through Sam’s Club, Perks at work or one of the internet companies on line. You have no idea how much we DON’T look forward to purchasing a car from a dealership. Anthony was professional, patient but diligent & we couldn’t be happier! He showed us the features of the car, answered all of our questions & made our drive to Ft. Walton worth it. Anthony is a wonderful asset to Ft. Set up appointment several weeks on advance and was told Id get a loaner since the work would take all day. Drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told they didnt have a loaner. They did offer to have an employee that just had surgery come in to give me a ride home but I would have had to wait an hour or so. Didnt feel right having them bring in an employee that just had surgery plus I was already late for work. Never heard back from them after that day until now when I got a text asking for a review.Update: Finally had time to go bring the car back to the dealer. I was told Id get a discount since they didnt have the loaner available the first time I was there. Didnt get a discount even after I asked for one.

She had always wanted a Jeep Cherokee and no other car she looked at compared, however Saturday afternoon we went to Fort Walton Beach to test drive a few. After driving multiple cars it came down to the Jeep and the Mazda CX-9. We further researched each vehicle, looking at future resale value, reliability, and options offered, and the CX-9 was the clear winner. The reviews on this crossover were overwhelming positive. The overall message was that its a #luxury vehicle without the big price tag. Once we knew the car she wanted we searched everywhere for one at the best price. We looked everywhere within 300 miles; Atlanta, Tampa, Birmingham, New Orleans, and found the absolute best price we could on the exact one she wanted. It had to be white, had to have air conditioned seats, sunroof, etc, etc. These cars hold their value so well that buying one a year or two old didnt seem worth in when we could buy a brand new one for just $4,000 more. Ultimately we found the best deal on a brand new one in Atlanta, and the local Fort Walton Beach Mazda dealer agreed to match the price. So yesterday she came home with her first #brandnew car. I was super impressed with the quality and ride of the Mazda. I didnt expect it to perform and feel like it did before driving it, but Im sure glad we did. It was actually on our radar because Bill Sviatko who told me it was the best car hes ever owned. Coming from someone who leases a new car every 3 years, his recommendation held weight. I bought my certified pre-owned CX-5 here this year and just had my first oil change/tire rotation yesterday; all without issue. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly to me; they are honest and upfront. I would highly recommend doing business at Mazda of FWB.
After 3 phone calls and several emails, I gave up. No one would return my call regarding an out the door price on a car. I live 2.5 hours away so I wanted to make sure the price was worth the drive. I was repeatedly told that the sales manager would get back with me - that they were working up the numbers. That never happened. Guess they are doing so well that they did not need my business. Thats too bad. I was prepared to buy a car from them. Now I wont.If I could find out how to contact their district/regional office, Id let them know of my experience as well, but cant seem to find that info on the web.

Would never thought an oil change would take 1 1/2 hrs. I ask how long an oil change would take and was told 1hr. This is unacceptable, I missed my doctors appt due to this. I saw that my car was ready for like 15 mins. Jay was helping customers that came in after me before I finally received my vehicle. Time in 9:28 time out 11:08

We just bought the second vehicle from them and they are the best. They listened to my budget and accommodated! Both Jonathan and Rob were fantastic about making it a smooth and easy process. I never felt any pressure here like I have at other dealerships. And I’ll buy from them again next time!
