If you need fabric & embellishments for your Halloween Costumes, you better hurry in before all of the good stuffs gone. They always have the best selection of....well just about any thing youd need to make a good quality costume. The ones I make I keep in plastic tub and for years when my kids were younger, they and their friends would raid it to see who was gonna be what this year!!!

Its a very nice store it had most of the stuff that I was looking for is just a little further away then I usually have to go for my creative things but all in all it was a it was pretty nice I found a lot of nice stuff there

To be honest, its always something when I come to this JoAnns. Front staff seems friendly at least, but the manager (Karen) this morning is the least friendly person Ive met in a long time. No sense of customer service, I think her face would crack if she dared to smile. Worth the drive to Pensacola instead.

Semi organized throughout the store. (Mostly the fabric section)The store is a bit small for all the items that they have in there. Overall the staff was friendly but seemed to be short staff. The clearance section is still a bit high.

My girlfriend had purchased a few items from here and didnt need all of what she purchased. She went to return the items that she didnt need and didnt have her receipt, but had her order on her Joanns app. While she was returning them, she told the lady that she understood that she cant get cash back and had to accept the sale price if they were on sale. Told her that store credit will work. After she had already told her this, she got snappy with her and stated that she could only give her store credit because she didnt have her receipt. My girlfriend told her thats fine, she had already expected that. She huffed and puffed and gave my girlfriend a gift card for store credit. When my girlfriend went and purchased some more things after making her return, she checked my girlfriend out and made a comment should I print out two receipts for you this time so you dont lose one of them? So rude. My girlfriend will only shop online at other places or go to other fabric/craft stores now.

Its always pleasure to go into Jo-Anns to find what you need for the crafts youre doing and it always so helpful

Great selection of fabrics and all the things necessary for crafts from woodworking to scrapbooking. Sales items are in two different places but you can find more discounted items thorough the store.

I was looking for a particular item I saw online that was supposed to be in the store. The young lady working there stopped what she was working on to go in the back and try and find it for me. Turns out they didnt have that particular item, but the customer service was wonderful!

I love joanns so much but Ive come to notice the brutal honest truth that they are to expensive. I rather pay for it online or Amazon prime and get the same thing for 10xs less. 2 day shipping 😔 wish they would lower their prices a bit. I feel so wrong walking into Michaels. Because joanns has been my number one place to go only if I need something that day. As a seamstress I book weeks and weeks in advance. So their really is ever no last minute things anymore. Joanns recently had a great online only deal going on for vinyl. I put in an order on Saturday and was told I would receive a Ready for pickup email when my items were ready. There were around 50 of each product in stock and I ordered 4 different items. Other stores, I would have gotten that email within a couple hours. As of Monday, I had not received anything. Tonight I received an email saying they cancelled my order because the products I ordered were no longer in stock. Im very disappointed. I could have picked up my items on Saturday when they were in stock if this store would have been better prepared for online orders.

Have never been into this store and they not have what I needed. Awesome store with welcoming and helpful associates. Tons of supplies for any craft you can think of....plenty of discounts online as well.

Very expensive, couldnt find anything close to the fabric I wanted.

This store has definitely gone downhill, its appearance is not what it used to be and though the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful I will not return.

Had a very good day shopping at Joann Fabrics today. GREAT sales. To many to mention but I shopped for cotton crochet yarn and it was 25/% off. Keepsake Fabric on sale in the back of the store. Several discounts like 50%, 60/%,70/%.80%, OFF. You get another 10/% if you buy the entire bolt. Books on sale and probably more than I even thought. St. Patricks stocks on sale. The final big part my bill came to $55.00.I was thrilled and it wasnt busy. There around 1:30pm. Good Luck!!! Sale started today but didnt notice when it ends.

I ordered a curbside pick up order and was notified it was ready a couple hours later. Most of my items werent even in stock, so I received only half my order. Even though the online inventory said they had plenty of most my items. When I pulled up I wasnt really sure where to park since there were 2 different signs. There were parking spots that were makied curbside pick up and then a large banner hung on the outside of the building like an advertisement that they do curbside. The banner did NOT mention to park next to the curb directly, so logic told me I should park in a spot that was marked as such. Also, their curbside parking is in a fire lane but thats a whole other issue. When the person finally came out with my order after being short with me on the phone when I said I had arrived, he almost took my order to the wrong car that was randomly parked at the curb. Then when my car was noticed, he came over to my car as he was telling me off for parking there and that next time I need to NOT park there because they arent even supposed to go into the parking lot. Well, if thats true then signs should be posted. Many places offer curbside pickup but its not actually at the curb. I think this will be my last trip here, Id rather drive out of the way to get the supplies I need. I never get good customer service here and only returned due to another craft store going out of business.

Not a bad selection, but laxking in comparison to Hobby Lobby and Michaels. The staff is helpful and nice though.

They have all kinds of craft projects so you need to walk up and down every aisle and Im sure you will find something you just have to have.

Well, this place makes me always feel like a travel back in time. Though it seems smaller and darker like the other Joann in Pensacola, I find the service and the available materials here far more satisfying. Dont know what it is but it seems like they have a better selection here and are more knowledgeable about it.

Hate this store. I honestly thought all joann stores were like this one. The fabric sections are so cramped that it feels like you are in someones dark sewing room. I can never find what Im looking for. I happen to need something specific and wound up going into the Joann in Pensacola and than on another occasion to the one in Panama city. These are open and organized. Totally opposite to the FWB store. Guess it is just this one that really needs an upgrade.

My first visit. Selection is amazing. Although the employees are friendly and willing to assist, none seemed real familiar with locating items in the store. I was disappointed in the process for locating patterns. I was told to find what I wanted in one of many, many catalogs, then see if the pattern was in stock. Not sure if this is how finding a pattern normally works but, way to time consuming and confusing of a process for a novice. All said, I recommend for a great selection of sewing and crafting supplies.

I like this except they always seem to be out of stock on Acrylic Paints in Combo pkg. I have started just going online.

Just go into the store. They are too backed up to fulfill drive up orders. I placed my order at 11am and by 4:30 they still hadn’t filled it. If you call the store there is a 1% chance they will pick up or else if just disconnects. People in the store were getting their items much faster.

I love Joann fabrics. Im rating their customer service and store manager at the Fort Walton location. It seemed no one was knowledgeable about the sale ads except the manager. When I got an I dont know answer, and I work in the fabric not the register, and was not directed to someone that knew, I was irritated. I then asked if she could find or point me to someone who did knew, she then called the manager. While the manager knew what was going on, she was not friendly in the slightest. So, I go to Pensacola.

I have a love-hate relationship with Jo-Ann Fabrics. They have what I need at great prices. However, the cutting table is always very slow and the line grows constantly. There is one employee who also always seems to be in a horrible mood and annoyed by customers when they ask her questions or are checking out. The rest of the employees seem to be in a good mood and very helpful. I go to quilt shops for higher quality fabric, but Jo-Anns is great for basics and patterns. I wish they were in a better and bigger location so that it would be less cluttered and easier to navigate with a cart (you cant ever have more than one cart in an aisle and have to wait for somebody else to stop browsing it before you can fit in it). It also smells very musty and the bathroom has been really gross both times I have used it, now I just avoid it. Never go here if you are in a hurry, even if you just intend on buying one thing. The checkout line can be long and very slow-moving. They do have a wonderful coupon policy- they accept the mailer coupons, email coupons, and app coupons even in the same transaction, unlike other local craft suppliers.

They are a smaller location. When I asked for a particular printed fabric was told by the front clerk she couldnt leave her post to help me to wait in line where everyone else was waiting to get fabric cut. I took a number and again walked the store to find the fabric I liked online. I then ran into the front clerk helping another person(her friend) in the back of the store. I eventually found what I was after made my purchase, lacked good customer service.

Pretty good selection, despite being a smallish store. The staff is pleasant, if unremarkable in general, but there are a few superstars who work there who will pull out all the stops to help a creative mind find what they need.
