Very nice cost more than beauty supply store but they help you if u ask questions and can return items that dont work.
Had not been there in a couple of years for several reasons. Was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated from entering the store, while there, to purchasing! Great improvement and experience! Will be back! Good job ladies

Ursula and Semetria are the most helpful people Ive ever seen at a beauty store like this. We went in with 3 people and only 1 person looking for something and we all walked out with multiple items that we never knew would fix our skin or hair problems. They are wonderful ladies!!!!
The tall pink-hair gal and the shorter petite lady are SUPERSTARS! The sweetest people...SO helpful! if you can get your supplies from Sally’s instead of Ulta, do so!
I used to love this place a lot! Unfortunately I went in a couple days ago and had asked where my favorite workers were and they had told me that everyone walked out and left. Manager, assistant manager and the employees.corprate needs to take care of there employees! That’s extremely upsetting because they were the best for this store. The girls there didn’t even know what to do! I will be shopping elsewhere!
I see so many complaints. Older lady here had a GREAT time yesterday with the one and only Ashley! Talk about a doll! She is adorable and most helpful; Not to mention outgoing and willing to please. I need a lot of help and I accomplished everything I needed to.Thank you Ashley, see you again soon precious one.
While visiting Sallybeauty supply store in Ft Walton Beach Florida I always leave out satisfied.Semetra always their to help you out make sure you are satisfied.Her customer’s service experience is very outstanding. I wish all Sally store workers were like her. It makes your shopping very easy.
Finally a NEW MANAGER!!!! She is the best!!!! I was having problems with my hair after stripping my hair and she showed me exactly what I needed.. she so helpful and really cares about you and your hai .. god I wish I could remember her name its on the tip of my tongue but I cant remember.. shes there everyday plus there is a new team. Looking forward to going back.. unlike last time when it was so hard to get help and when you did one person would say one thing and the other person say another..... finally going to have this store the way it should be :) I cant thank you enough
Great products but the one star is purely for the manager with the glasses and short blonde hair. I got the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal on hair color and was charged $2.50 for the third one. Normally I wouldnt care but I didnt really need the third one anyways so I wanted my money back. So I went back in after reviewing my receipt, and the manager first insisted that I only bought 2 things of hair color. Nope. And then she tried to insist that it was the developer I bought. Nope. I shouldnt have to point out what everything is on my receipt when youre a manager and know your products. And then she said Well you were only charged $2.50 for it! Okay? Great, I was charged for a product that should have been free. Eventually she finally refunded me.This store needs a massive improvement in competent management and employees. Whats the point in having sales if you dont stand by your sale prices?
Ive been a sallys customer for 12 years i have a pro card. I went in 2 days ago and the manager helped me pick a flat iron. The next day I open it and the flat Irons cord was cut. I go to return it the same manager is there who helped me purchase. They start trying to do the return and then start rudely saying that this was not ringing up that this wasnt the same flat iron I purchased. There is no possible way unless the store clerk rang a different iron up and gave me a damaged iron. The women basically were accusing me of trying to defraud them. I was completely humiliated, I have never dealt with such unprofessional store clerks in my life. I will never shop at this store again. I was defrauded by this store and then accused and it was so embarrassed.
Best place and truly entire team was so helpful. My daughter had tried a temporary color on her blond hair and the team member ILY was so helpful. And answered all of our questions about the products.store was clean. Would give 6 stars if I could!! They even offered to return the items that were not correct from another Sally’s store!! Amazing!!!!

Super helpful employees! My hair was completely fried and damaged so I asked them what I should do, they recommended amazing products and my hair is absolutely amazing now!!! I dont know whats up with all these bad reviews, you all arent going to be waited on hand and foot walking into a Sallys. Wanna know if they have your product? Google it. Their website is super helpful..... My god, you people can be so incompetent.

Me and a group of friends came in and the lady working was immediately stand-offish, rude, and unhelpful. The group of us felt unwanted and so we left to go to TBS comics next door, after leaving cops came over and asked if we had visited next door. The lady literally called the cops and accused us of stealing. All because we had asked to use the restroom. I will never be shopping here again, it was insulting and violating. Thankfully the cop was insanely understanding. To top it off they didnt even have the product I wanted. Jeeze Louise.
All the staff here is rude and have an attitude. They treat you badly from the moment you come in till the moment you leave the store and make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you are there. The owners apperantly dont care who runs their store because they keep hiring incompetent staff regardless the multiple complaints. My advice is that they listen to their customers because they are losing a lot of money with all the customers they are driving away due to the awful customer service. I would fire every single employee there and hire new competent people. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Horrible experience. Been there twice and every time has been an awful experience. Will not be coming back.
The ladies in the store werent helpful and asked us to move out of the way, even though we were looking at the only thing we went in there for.
The rudest employees I’ve ever seen! These two were trying to persuade my daughter into getting a nasty tongue ring or nose ring. Is that your job? No it’s not. You two both should be fired immediately and I will call the manager And work my way up tomorrow. Unprofessional, rude and ridiculous experience!
So the sallys in ft Walton closes at 7 I know it says 8 on here but they’ve been trying to get it changed for a long time and they do apologize for the inconvenience but there’s not much they can do about it. If you’re unsure about the hours I do suggest calling and they will let you know so you don’t drive a far way just for them to be closer. C:

Was given the wrong products that were suggested by Armstrong and McCall to lift my hair....spent $100 in products there. Came to Sallys and all three ladies helped with products to correct it. Thanks ladies😊
They never have anything in stock that I want. They always tell me to call back but never answer. Just recently bought some hair dye and the lady told me that with my hair length that Id need 2 bottles. Now Im sitting here with half my hair covered in hair dye and they are closed! Its 730pm people! Keep your hours later on weekends!
We walked in and immediately were told they were closing in 20 minutes. Not an issue however we werent asked if we needed help (most Sallys do.) Went to go get what was needed while the cashier was talking to women up front about tattoos and piercings. Were in the back of the store and all you can hear is her talking about how scared she was to get another piercing after getting her nipples pierced. And how awful it was healing because of constant rubbing. So instead of getting her other piercing she got a tattoo on her ass and asked if they wanted to see it!? Less than professional then to top it off she was too busy to ring us. The girl from the back came to ring us instead. I have both piercings and tats but definately not work orientated especially with customers and if the woman had wanted to see, are you planning on showing your butt while at the register? Come on now.
I dont like their selection on hair dye even though its suppose to be top of the line. They try to con you into buying more items with the one thing you only came into to buy. But I know theyre just doing their job.

None of the employees here know what your talking about if your a professional hair dresser looking for something with chemicals in it....such as haircolor or perms. They dont know the basic makeup of the chemical content that is in their products. Scary, watch out!
Horrible, awful, most unfriendly service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Customer service isn’t a policy at this place and all the girls, including the manager were nothing but condescending and rude to me during my visit. Never getting my business again. And i recommend no one give them their business either.

Sallys Beauty supply in 550 Mary Esther Fort Walton Beach, Im agree with all the other reviews the personal there is very rude, unhelpful, clueless, the help is poor if you are lucky you can find a helpfull staff member ones but probably you never again will see it, all the time you find the same staff with that face like telling you get out of her I just want to gossip with my co workers and earn the money that way. I been looking for something that I need for weeks the space where is suppous to be is empty if I ask for it they said ahhh we dont have it, they look at you like what is that ? and they dont make at least the effort to help you .Buying online is available and even cheaper that sallys .Im pretty sure that buying what I need online is going to be a lot faster that waiting for one of the staff help. If you are friend with one of then you can see the different of how they treat that person they give samplers and everything in all that time that I been going to a Sallys I never never get to have a sampler from one of the staff since I been going to Sallys (around 9 yrs) now I going to try Ulta is a little more far away for me but I been wasting more gas going to Sallys again and again looking for the same product that going to Ulta. If I find that Ulta is the same shi..... as Sallys I will go online for all my beuty supplies shopping
Very rude and unhelpful, when I went there for a sale the manager said she doesnt know what sallys is doing anymore and didnt know anything about the sale and pretty much told us that it wasnt going on. She was very rude in response to the question I had and didnt try to help or assist in anyway. I probably will not be returning here.
They really dont carry enough products for African Americans. But in all their staff is very friendly.
Every time I come to this location they are closed 10 minutes early.
Cashier was counting money as I walked up & did not offer any help...stood there a few min while the other incompetent employees walked around still offering no help...very unprofessional!!
