This review is about the management of the store. I ended up having an incident with them, and the manager Ben took care of everything. He was very responsive and true to his word. I am very impressed with how they handle themselves and if you’re looking for good people, I recommend starting here.

I found the perfect mattress here. I thought 3 to 4 weeks was a long time to wait, but its not in their control. After 4 weeks, its still not here. I decided to wait and see if it shows up on the next delivery. If not I said I would like to cancel and find something else, as that particular mattress company is having issues. I was told no problem, if I decided to cancel they would reimburse me immediately. Because they didnt hassle me, and are so willing to return my money, I decided I would give it a couple more weeks.I also ordered a bed and dresser from Ashley furniture. Ive waited 4 weeks, delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, and now they tell me 3 more weeks! I told them the same thing, I would like to cancel and find something else, they want to charge me 25% to cancel, which is 500$! I will never do business with them again!

Always helpful and courteous. They keep beds in a local warehouse so you can usually get your bed delivered quickly. Been in several times over the years and they will continue to be my shop for any future needs.

I recently visited the sleep center in Fort Walton Beach to purchase a new mattress and box spring set. When I was talking to the salesman they pulled up my past purchases (for my information) and I realized it for the past 20 years I have bought every mattress for myself and my family from the Sleep Center. I just didn’t think about it- it’s the place I normally go to because they’re knowledgeable, have great prices, and they deliver very quickly. I needed/wanted something that was supportive and comfortable as I have a back issue but can’t let it affect me....I ended up with a very nice Sealy hybrid. I guess I’ll be buying from them for the next 20 years!

My husband and I decided it was time to invest in a new bed so we’ve been doing some research & price shopping. Came across a familiar name in our search, The Sleep Center, and decided to come in after a few stops at other mattress stores. We thought we had found our perfect mattress at a perfect & unbeatable price at the stores before here and almost sealed the deal but decided on checking out The Sleep Center just to be sure. Mike Herlihy was extremely helpful. We had a tight schedule and the mattresses we wanted was not in stock. He was very resourceful and worked his magic and was able to help us got the mattresses and scheduled the delivery that fit out schedule. Would definitely work with Mike again if we need another mattress.

My husband and I recently went into another mattress store and was not happy at all (it felt like the other store just wanted to make a sale). We decided to try the sleep center and the moment we walked through the door they treated us amazing! Showed us several different mattresses that were in our price range, asked us many questions to help us find just the right one! Then the mattress was delivered the very next day! Mike and everybody at the Sleep Center in FWB were great. We went to a lot of mattress stores and tried a lot of different mattresses, but they were by the far most helpful. They werent pushy to try to sell us something we didnt need and helped us find the right mattress for both of us. They would be our first choice to purchase our next mattress from by far and away.

The staff at the Sleep Center--Mike and Tim--were terrific. We came in multiple times before we figured out what we wanted. They remembered us each time, even after a month had passed in between visits. They also accommodated an unusual delivery request, making it possible for us to move mattresses between different houses. The delivery team showed up on time and was very professional. Overall we were really pleased with our experience and will go back in the future.

We just got a new mattress here, and I have to say we were so impressed with the sales guys and the no pressure to buy. We wanted something simple but comfortable and they totally hepled us stay within budget and get what we were looking for! My wife and I came into this store and had no idea the kind of mattress we wanted or all the different types. The salesman Mike was so great and patient with us as we asked a ton of question and tried almost all the mattresses they had in stock. Never once did we feel pressured or that we were wasting his time. We will definitely be back to get one of their new Murphy beds for our guest room and mattress for our daughters room when the time comes.

I enjoyed my experience here BUT the finance company sucks! I’ve had my mattress for 8 months and have acquired hidden fees although we have a 12 mths promotional value. I was shocked since I’ve used the finance company before. I called and got the issue resolved “so I thought” but they lied and never fixed the error. This threw me in for a loop because it makes the company look bad too. I will not be returning due to the integrity of the finance company since that’s not only my money but my credit too. But my experience here was great just not great enough to over look the error of the finance company.

The customer service met my needs and didnt try to sell me something that i didnt want and the salesman was not pushy.the futon is well built using quality materials.The futon was delivered and set up as promised. Im a disabled USAF retiree, Ben has been working with me over the phone and my wife on the road to find a mattress that will help alleviate my pain as much as possible while sleeping, which my chronic pain meds put me to sleep quite often. Sean was very helpful by sending me a picture of a headboard platform setup with the storage underneath we need. A hand salute to both of these gentlemen to help us decide on our mattress needs. I a heavy 5 6 while my wife is medium and 5 foot.
