They have a nice little store. Unfortunately they didnt have the King Arthur cookbook for which I was looking, but I was able to buy two language books. The one thing I dont appreciate from any store however, is 20 questions at checkout. Do you have our discount card? Would you like to buy our discount our card? Do you want to donate to our charity? Etc etc

It was huge and well stocked! The prices were pretty good too, and the staff was nice. My only star off was because first issues are one of the few things not fully stocked for many series. This may not be a store problem though, since many people might also be buying them.

An actual book store !! That alone should get you in the door... but, if not, theyre very helpful... and have Manga.... if youre interested.

Loved going here! I love all the little knick knacks. The magazine trial was a nice deal too, maybe when times aren’t as hard I’ll go back and get a new subscription and keep with it.PSA: A friend of mine was there a few months before me and forgot to cancel them, but they were able to refund the money fairly quickly. They definitely didn’t need that many magazines! 😂The employees are very helpful and it’s always nice to shop for books in person! Thanks for staying open!

Online pick up offered a discount. However, it said the item I wanted was out of stock. I was in the store the day prior so I knew this was inaccurate. If that had not been so, I would have shopped elsewhere. The cashier could not give me the discount but the item was cheaper in store so I ended up purchasing it. Also, the store needs a bigger location or needs to better organize the items. There are tons of books and it takes a while to search. I dont mind but a typical shopper wants to get in and out.

Interesting store to spend an afternoon roaming around...books and magazines for every interest. Pricing goes from too expensive to some great bargain books. No matter who you are, or what your interests are - you can find some treasure here that will keep you rapt in front of the fireplace on a chilly night. The coffees and pastries are like the icing on the cake of your visit! Fun place to shop.

I loved this book store. Its now my new library where I get to purchase or just sit down and sip coffee while I read. Kind of like a Barnes and Nobles feeling with the Starbucks Combo all in 1 family owned business. Beautiful Books filled with Wisdom, Knowledge, fiction, novels and just a reading frenzy all around you. You will find the book your looking for or you will find a book that was made just for you. From Robert Kyosakis Rich Dads series to Ray Dalio black book to Basic Survival skills for nature. This Library made just for the readers digest. I appreciate it a lot. Must go too.

I was surprised and disappointed that, unlike other Books-A-Million stores, they not only didnt have the latest Correia novel, but also stopped buying and selling dvds.Staff was nice though, and they did offer to order the book I was seeking.

Endorsed masks, store is kept to hot for Florida. Plenty of things packed in a little store but a little overpriced. In the day and age off e books its nice to actually hold one. Didnt have a book I wanted but was willing to order it. I would return.

I love the books and the products, but the atmosphere is lacking. Prices are high and they push hard on their membership. The staff is okay but could be better. They should revise their business model at their brick and mortar to create more atmosphere and less clutter. Think for a moment of why in places like Starbucks and Panera people are willing to pay more for things that should be inexpensive..people should not feel lost in your store, as they should feel like they found a warm familiar place to sit, chill and gather with friends and family while enjoying the simplicity of literature and coffee.

Store setup is confusing and prices are too high on everything. Cheaper online at their website which I dont understand. Went in for a copy the site said they had for store pickup and was nowhere to be found. Was gonna be a gift. Went from excited to super disappointed.

This BAM is very unimpressive. A lot of the magazines should have been updated to September already but most of them were still August editions. This is not a big store like most BAM stores. Staff were nice and the store is conveniently located.

Great book store. We were there this past Thursday evening, and even though it was very close to their closing time, we werent rushed out and received great customer service. Btw, the prices here are better than other national chain book stores. We will certainly be going back

They have so meny things to sell besides books. Theres games and tshirts and toys.A coffee shop that I enjoy.I wish there where more places to sit down.

Have tons of books and coffee. Happy hour i think 4-6 PM during the week for half price drinks.Nice place to relax but can drain the wallet.

Great bookstore with a large selection of every genre you can think of. They always have a huge section of clearance priced book both outside and in the back of the store. You can normally pick up hardback books that came out earlier in the year for less than $6. If you cant wait to read your favorite authors new book, they offer a discount membership that applies to all purchases.

Lots of books, too many but then again I dont like searching.. wish it was a little more organized like a library, where you can look up a title and go straight to it. But if your a browser this place is for you... oh and why on earth do they need that many toys in a book store??? My kid was more interested in the toys then trying to get him to pick out a book...

This has friendly staff and customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained. I come here a lot to study. The tables are small but sturdy. The coffee tastes decent too. I am a fan of book stores for studying. I feel less like I am taking up space. The environment is more friendly to those who want to read or study quietly. The book selection is decent.

This visit was an easy in, got inventory on one book and purchased it. Paid cash, no bologna about the free magazine scam. If you use a credit card the cashier is trained to offer free magazine subscriptions that must be cancelled by phone. You will have long forgotten the free magazine period once the charges start hitting your credit statement. They have your credit card info so the bills start coming. A truely ethical company would send a bill to continue after the free period expired. You should adamantly refuse all free magazine offers.

The ambience is not cozy seating is up front in the window only no seating available throughout the store i had came to study with bookbags in tow and there was a gentleman there reading aloud he wasnt told to stop his clothes were falling off of him and he had his garments sprawled out at different tables and he was standing up ij the middle of this small cafe area and I didnt feel safe so i left i walked around the store and went back out the door

I had a mission for my husbands birthday, obtain a copy of the Dungeons and Dragons guide he was currently playing. This location, not only had it, but was the ONLY place in my area (there are 3 comic/gaming stores near) that shelved it! Thank you for making my birthday gift scavenger hunt successful!

Personally wont be shopping there again. My first time visiting the store so I wanted to browse before deciding on what to purchase. However an employee hovered over me the entire time (even though there where multiple people in the store) and repetively kept asking to help me even though I let her know the first time I was just browsing first. She also was not very friendly and made me feel awkward looking so I rushed my book decisions just so I could leave faster. Definitely scared me away as a customer. but the cashier was very friendly

This Books A Million was ok but a little and organized and had no seating!! So the only place to sit and enjoy a book was the cafe which were very hard wooden seats.

Maybe its just me, Ive worked retail before and I know you have to kind of follow people around sometimes, constantly ask if you need help, greet everyone and enforce small talk.Theyre very good at that here. But for crying out loud Please just let me shop in peace I dont want small talk and if i needed help Id ask. Selection is nothing like it used to be but I still find a pleasant surprise every time I go in. But what isnt so pleasant is how the register area is looking like a little hot topic/ fye/ target, and toys R Us. Come on BAM, youre better than that!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience when I came here. Staff was impatient and rude. They huffed and puffed and acted like I was a nuisance over a simple request to help find a book. I was being friendly and told them to take their time and that everything was fine, but they responded with nothing but sarcasm and condescending behavior. Completely awful experience. I ended up returning part of my purchase at a different BAM the next day because every time I looked at the books all I could think about was how rude and awful the staff was at this store. Ruined my desire to even own the books I bought. Now thats impressively bad. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do. Maybe it was an off day for the two employees I interacted with, but I know for me I will not be coming back here EVER again.

Love this place,. Was shopping with my 13 year old granddaughter for her birthday. They have so many choices for teens. She likes to shop there because they leave her alone, dont keep asking if they can help but are there to help if needed.

I adore Books-a-Million! This has been my favorite book store for years. Its the best place around to go have a coffee, a snack and discuss writing.

Was able to find the book i wanted fast and easy everything is where it should be and is ordered correctly my only issue is when you check out you get asked about several different things trying to make you spend more money.
