I placed an online request for contact very late one night/early one morning and got a call at the open of business the next day. The gentleman spent 30 minutes answering all of my questions about their water sourcing and filtration process, water coolers in general, and setting up my delivery service. My water was delivered ahead of the regular delivery schedule the same day by an employee on his way home. He answered a few more questions that I had like a Chick-fil-a employee 😉. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend.

Its no secret the water in Florida isnt great. But we didnt realize what a potential health issue it was. After a couple months here we thought we might have to move back home. My wife was having severe skin problems that we could only attribute to the local air or water. We figured out it was most likely the hard water. We called on Culligan and got a home water softener. Our Culligan expert explained that its the low sea level and hot temperatures which results in more metals and chlorine in the local water here on the gulf. With in a couple weeks of installing the water softener, my wifes skin healed like a miracle. Been here 5 years with no problems. Later we added the in home water cooler, so we have the best cold drinking water on tap and the safest water for our skin coming out of every faucet. Worth every dime! And you can rent the water softener for like $50 a month. Less than what we were paying for cremes and doctor visits that werent working. Thanks Culligan for helping our family stay healthy and refreshed down here on the gulf coast. If you are having any skin problems, I bet a culligan water softener can help a little, and you may be surprised at how much. Highly recommend for anyone on low sea levels and especially for everyone with eczema or other skin problems.

Great product and awesome delivery schedule. Only problem is I have received too many jugs and have to store them in my garage. I was told I would get 5 jugs the first week and then they would only replace what I left outside on delivery day. If I didnt leave anything out, it would automatically be 2 jugs delivered. I got 5 jugs three weeks in a row and now have too many. The company has addressed this with me though and it should be resolved after this week as I had to delay a delivery. I would definitely recommend Culligan to a friend.

In the three weeks weve had the Culligan water softener and reverse osmosis filter, we are very pleased with the products and the water they produce. The filtered water is excellent, improving cooking, brewing coffee and washing fruits/vegetables. The softened water dramatically improves showering and washing. Especially nice is it leaves no trace on the glass doors of the shower. Finally our experience with this company was excellent in all respects. The salesman Rich was not pushy and did not try to sell unneeded products or services. And he has followed up several times since installation. The installation team arrived on time and professionally installed the products and answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend both the products and the local company.

I receive five gallon bottles of water and the water cooler/heater.I have called the Fort Walton office numerous times to request a new water cooler/heater, change the schedule, or pay my bill. Without exception, the office staff are efficient, professional, and polite!Last year FWB was initially thought to be under threat from a hurricane. I, like hundreds of others, called Culligan to deliver extra water. The water was delivered in one or two days!I rate the quality of the water and their professionalism 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Culligan Water for all the above reasons. Their service is outstanding.

Been a customer for close to a year just recently this is our 4th bottle of water that taste bad. Called and complained was told there was a problem with washing the bottles. Wasd told just put bottles outside with a note to be replaced. Thats all fine but concerned that getting good clean water. Anyone else having this problem in florida?

A place for women with children and families to get back on thier feet. Its a 90 day shelter, with resources to help single mothers and struggling families. They have rules, and they are fair, and hold you accountable. God bless

Always friendly and professional

I love my Culligan water. As a Director of a Preschool it is very important that we keep our children hydrated. We keep a cooler on each side of the building to give them access to water at all times. If we ever have a problem it is fixed right away thanks to our great driver who delivers a lot of water twice a month. I use it at home as well. Nothing like cold water any time. We use a water bottle then refill to cut down on waste.

Culligan has always been very easy to deal with and has excellent customer service in a time when that is hard to get these days. We love our conditioning system and our water!

Culligan Water did a great job installing our system. We did have issues with the RO system that required the tech to come out 3 or so times. But the tech really took his job personally and did a lot of research and eventually found the root of our issue and fixed it.The techs have always been prompt and courteous and even went out of their way to fix an issue with the drain line from the dishwasher that the contractor that built our house left for us to find a few years later.The sales person even tried to talk us out of getting a water softner vs. just a carbon filtration system from Culligan because the water here is already pretty soft naturally, which would have saved us a good chunk of change. But wife wanted the softener so guess who won :)Awesome job Culligan...will definitely recommend you to others.

Set up a free trial month and had the cooler delivered and they set me up for paying for 4 bottles of water and the cooler but only had one bottle of water on the truck. The culligan man was supposed to bring 3 more bottles the next day, but still havent seen or heard from him 22 days later. All the seemed to care about was a signed contract and then no support at all....buyer beware.

I would have given them zero stars if I could have. They are horrible to deal with. Complete rip off artists! If you try and return jugs that clearly have the Culligan sticker on them, they will not give you your money back for deposit unless you have an account with them, so if you do not pay for the out rages cost for their service and you go in and buy them for cash you will never see your money ever again. Customers beware!

Had a whole house Culligan water softener/filtration system installed Feb 2016 and couldnt be happier with the water quality and their service. Just like clockwork, every 2 months my softener is refilled and continues to work flawlessly.

I purchased a water softener system and the day our unit was installed I requested salt refill service as we are busy people and didnt want to have to worry about refilling. No one ever showed up and our system is out of salt. Unreal that someone dropped the ball here. Im sure the system has been out for a long while shame on me for thinking people in this area would actually do their jobs! Im sure my system is destroyed! I wish I had never bought from Culligan.
