Yes!!Love party city.They almost always have everything i need for my parties!The people are friendly & knowledgeable.The balloon assortment is outstanding.

They had quite a lot of items here. Some of the arrangement of the store was a bit wonky to me though cause some items you would expect to be in one place were in a completely other area. Price was also a bit on the price side. Good part is they had about everything I needed for my sons one year birthday. Cute blue items i wanted for the color theme and specific first birthday things to make it more specific. They also had a huge selection of helium balloons. Given the questionable store arrangement and the price id give a 3.

I literally just walked out of PARTY CITY at uptown Station there was a HUGE METAL/WIRE BIN/BASKET LABELED WITH A SIGN In bold large print was $5.00. I WAS LEAVING AND SAW BIN so I reached down And picked up one of the HAPPY PLACE small round pillows, there were about 6 pillows and Dr Suess like hats in this metal bin basket, at the front entrance.It rang up $8.00 and I asked him to HONOR POSTED PRICE $5.00 but the very young manager on duty, REFUSED TO HONOR THE POSTED $5.00 price!! HE agreed he could change it but he WOULD NOT. HE TORE THE $5.00 SIGN OFF.He would not honor the $5.00 POSTED SIGN WITH basket a couple different choices bc THAT SIGN WAS LEFT BY MISTAKE and TORE IT OFF IN FRONT OF ME and in smaller print it indicated an item that did not exist in thatbasket

Short staffed. Hard to find assistance with anything. Store is dirty/old. Decent selection and prices, however.

Went to party City for some special balloons. They have so many to choose from! Great place to get paper products for parties etc! Staff is very helpful and a quick in and out.

They had full display of items on $10 shelf (listed this price twice). Rang up for $20 and they did not budget despite this misrepresentation.

This store is filled with everything you could need to throw a great party. Of course they have great Halloween items this time of the year. Always an adventure!

Well stocked with everything you need to host an unforgettable celebration. Some items are hard to find but their helpful staff will take care of everything you are looking for. Check availability of products online before you visit to help save time. They also have the largest selection of mylar balloons in the area to complement your party decorations or special event.

Noah helped us look for clear champagne flutes that we couldn’t find anywhere. He got the ladder out and checked ALL over the store for us. His customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. Every store needs employees like Noah! Thank you again sir!!

Wish they would actually police their shopping carts so I didnt have to walk all the way across the plaza to bring them back. Also, pick up your damn signs! Yall should be fined for littering for every one of those still up after the holiday! There are still signs up by the road for HALLOWEEN.

Thank you so much to the staff at the FWB location.Today is my daughters birthday and between having to work all day and make multiple stops on the way home for her cake etc. I was not going to have time to run over to the store, so I selected the delivery option for her balloons. When the window for my delivery came and went I started getting worried, so I called the store. They immediately started looking into the issue and called the third party delivery service. The delivery service was not going to be able to get to until well after the scheduled time. Knowing this, the ASM himself drove over to me and hand delivered the balloons. You have made my day a lot less stressful and you will be totally making my daughters 6th birthday! Thank you for your kindness, and excellent customer service!

The service there was alright But the costume both my kids wanted where not there But there was a employee named Zachariah I made sure to get his name because he was that helpful Also he was vary nice and he found a costume That both my kids liked

Ordered balloons for my kids birthday. I forgot to say I wanted them filled so I called at 5PM. Person who answered the phone said no problem, we got there an the balloons weren’t filled, the person who answered the phone said “they forgot” balloons missing on my kids birthday as well as all decorations. Coming back the day AFTER there birthday because someone forgot us just great....

The associates were not helpful, and I dont want to say rude, but the girl who checked me out might have said literally 2 words to me. I know its Halloween and youre busy, but I have worked retail for 15 years and its not always peachy.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Tristan! He was able to work with me over the phone to help with a last minute end of the day curbside pickup! He was so patient and considerate and I was able to get everything! Thank you again!! You are amazing and this man deserves a raise and a promotion!!

Order your balloons ahead of time and call them several hours before you expect to go and pick them up. I am not suggesting they are not efficient, I say if you want your balloons, be proactive in your own favor. Party City is great if you know how to handle things.

Love going to this place!!!!!!Their decorations are out of this world!!!!They have a candy department that is unbelievable!!!!Their online site is really incredible.Things you never thought of, including for memorials for your loved ones at the cemetery.Exquisitely beautiful things for memorials!!!!In town at Uptown Station the workers have always been extremely helpful and curtious.

Seems like their over the hill selection is much smaller. Had to go online to find things at Amazon. Seems like their selection of specialized funny stuff was smaller, maybe because Halloween stuff was taking up lots of space. But overall I do like this store and they normally have a good selection.

I love this party city. Every time I go in to shop, Im greeted cheerfully and offered help in finding what I need. This store goes above and beyond for customer service. I realized, after closing time, that I had forgotten to pick up my balloon order. The wonderful ladies working waited until I got to the store and walked my balloons out to me. They were absolute life savers and will continue to get my business.

Understandably busy but there is no excuse for bad customer service. I waited in line for about 5 min so there was a pretty long line a second even less enthusiastic employee pets them selves away from the phone long enough to say all the people in the back of the line come to there second register I happened to have made it to the middle of this line so it did nothing but make everyone upset that had sitting there just as long as me I also witnessed the first employee tell a customer well you should have been more clear theres two types of some costumes mind you there telling a person with 2 kids thats trying to keep them together. The customer had to come back in the rain with 2 kids to get told that its her fault they gave this woman a mens large costume of a duck with 2 boys next to this lady that probably couldnt afford the damn thing in the first place. really bugged me.

This was only my second time in a Party City and was surprised by how much they have. You name it and they have it! Friendly staff all around.

I went there for costumes. They have a big selection. I didnt find anything particularly new or different, but they do have a lot to choose from. It is self serve. If you need help finding something its hard to find a salesperson. I found a $4 accessory that was going to be helpful. Went to check out and then were several people in line and only 1 register open. The other person was busy working in the balloon area, although there were no customers waiting over there. I was just before leaving without making a purchase, when she decided to come help the cashier and the line started moving.

Such great prices and the children LOVE the candy balls to fill with whatever candy they want!

There were signs that specified buy one get one free. at the register she said its all that candy but the one I wanted. even tho the sign hung on the same peg as the one I wanted. Proceeded to inform me that it has made several customers mad all week Then at the register everything I wanted to buy the cashier kept telling me how I didnt want it...to the point where I said put it back. And last I had a 25% total order coupon and it saved me a whopping $1.15 on a $55 order! Go figure....I couldnt leave fast enough I was so aggravated

They did not honer a buy one get one free sale they had posted for star wars costume and accessories. The casier said it was a sign they had to reuse from last year that the sale was only for the accessories. Dont post a sale and not honor your sign take it down or honor it

Very upset! I bought a $25 helium ballon for my sons birthday party. Went the morning of to have it filled for free and they couldn’t fill it because they were out of helium! I get it that you use a lot of helium but as a party store you should have enough on hand. I spent almost $100 here and that balloon was the one thing my son was looking forward too. Also I’m not going to pay $45 for a helium tank when it was supposed to be filled for FREE! I will be shopping at Dollar Tree from now on and be saving a bunch of money for the same stuff.

This is the place to go for almost any part or all of a costume of any kind. So much so that it is almost overwhelming. But fun.

Disappointed with the availability of wearable American flag items on the 4th of July. all they had was garlands, banners. etc but no flashy pins, hats, etc.

Prices were reasonable. Military discount made it even better.

Not bad, options run out quickly

Bought a huge balloon for $25 which includes inflation with helium. Day of party, and they are out of helium and their only offer to me was to go buy a tank or pay for it myself somewhere else. What a rip off. Either discount the balloon since you dont actually provide the helium, or dont sell it. So I returned it. I had already returned other decorations and candy because I bought the same or better at WalMart. (E.g.: 3 lbs of pinata candy/toys at walmart is the same price as the party city 2 lb bag...when Party Citys is on sale!!!) place is a rip off. Poor customer service. Will not shop here again!

Great party store. There is a lot of variety for all types of parties and celebrations. Prices are reasonable.

Got great deals for party favors... but the store is like toy r us... very big and full of stuff.. overwhelming if your not sure what you want..

Better organized than years ago when I came for Halloween supplies/costumes. Clearly marked aisles and products. Friendly staff.

Maybe they should be as worried about customers as they are about getting out on time. Watched them turn customers away 10 minutes before closing.

Party City is high in price on most items but the its are those hard to find ones you may not get at Walmart or Target. Plus a great staff to help you with what you need.

Its an average Party City. Always a mess and hard to navigate. Ordered online this time for in-store pickup to make it easier.

Went for Halloween shopping it was a great selection and the customer service is really help.

All they care about is up selling you on anything they can. Sold out of things on the shelves. Service is slow. And she forgot to put my baloons in the bag that I had already paid for and when I called back, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or where they were. For expensive as everything is in this store, I can spend my money else where.

Party City is a great store.One of its most underrated and under appreciated things about it, is the restroom. Not too shabby! I was comfortable and it was very clean.I was able to complete the business in peace thanks to the locking doors and I was also able to complete a bodyweight training circuit thanks to the abundance of space provided.I always try to do at least 50-60 pushups after finishing my excretions as it keeps my mind and body extra sharp.You can learn more about this by googling bathroom workoutit will change your life for the better. Just make sure to wash your hands after wards.I give it a 6.1 out of 10 as the toilet paper was not quite up to my normal charmin extra soft standards.Also, the soap they used was not vegan and contained GMOs.Overall, I would recommend this to a friend.TL:DR Go back and read. 6.1 out of 10.`

Its a little run down but great pit stop for party supplies.

This place is overpriced for everything. The costumes they sell are cheaply made. They also failed to inform me of their return policy when I bought accessories, claiming it was a costume when I tried to return it unopened and costume returns arent accepted past a certain date. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and buy online.

Its very old store that is poorly stocked and looks dirty, but staff was friendly. I felt sorry for the place.The only reason I walked in the place because its the only costume store in 30 miles away.
