They don’t know how to answer their phones we were trying to order. So I had to drive down there and order it and it was close to closing time because I tried calling for an hour and no answer. When I got there no one was in the front part but then a lady came and greeted me. She was sweet and I told her what I want and she forgot to ring me up for cookies but she said she’s just ready to be done so she will just give them to me. I was totally going to pay for them but she said that. When she brought me out my cheesecake, brownie and cupcakes she didn’t bring me the cookies and she shorted me a cup cake. I called after I left and noticed they shorted me and left a voicemail and no ones called me. I was totally fine not getting the cookies because I didn’t pay for them but I really wanted them. For the price of everything and the experience I had I don’t see myself going back to this shop.

Havent had good luck with them. Last time they brought an edible arrangement that hadnt been refrigerated. Somebody in a regular car dropped it off and it was all soaking wet and hot. They replaced it a day later, but it was for an occasion. This time I ordered an arrangement and some chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries came and again, they were not cold at all. But they big thing here is that they didnt bring the arrangement. The delivery person said sorry, I dont have it in my truck, Ill call my boss and well bring it out today. Well, it never showed up. Theyre already overpriced, but they cant even deliver what you ordered on time and in good condition.

Terrible experience. Ordered an arrangement online. They couldn’t deliver. Here we are almost 2 weeks later. I’ve called multiple times almost every day to try to contact them. Today was the first day I could actually leave a message, but still no answer. I just want to cancel my order at this point, but can’t get in touch with anyone to do so. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

What a wonderful birthday surprise! I received flowers and this Edible Arrangement from 2 different people and I really enjoyed this so much more!! The fruit was delicious and very fresh. The dipped strawberries made it feel like a little bite of birthday cake. Now that I have had an Edible Arrangement, I will order them for others. I always wondered if they are good and the are excellent!!

Terrible experience. I ordered a Mothers Day basket and it was delivered the day after Mothers Day. For a $90 basket, they only offered to refund the $14 delivery fee. The item was a few cut up strawberries and pineapple in a cup. Obviously the mark up (a $65 basket) is due to the experience of the delivery and this did not happen. Potential customers should know there is no guarantee that the order will arrive on the day it is promised. It will be delivered when its convenient for them and customer service will not refund you.

First time to order offshore. I would like to surprise my sister on her birthday and.. Voila! Edible Arrangement made it possible across the miles. Appreciate and surely looking forward to consider them again in the future for they alway meet the expectations.

It is now Tuesday and she still hasn’t been contacted by them and we each call daily. I’m currently disputing the transaction with my credit card company for services non-delivered. Read reviews about the same thing.

I love sending the fresh fruit instead of flowers or fruit baskets. The Edible Arrangements are a beautiful surprise when the friend or family opens the door! The arrangements are so colorful, cheerful and taste as good as they look!! The fruit is always fresh, not mushy. And the Chocolate dipped fruit is WONDERFUL!! It keeps well in the fridge for a few days and always Produces a big Smile!

Worst experience with this store ! I ordered for my sister in law for Mother’s Day. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, yet the tracking still says “arranging”. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answers. In fact I get sent to a voicemail but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full ! This is insane. I tried calling corporate but that’s also a huge waste of time. The phone kept ringing and ringing then eventually just hangs up. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank. Do not ever use this store. So unprofessional.

I’ve found that during Covid many hospitals will not allow flowers. So I have sent edible arrangements, and they have been received with much more joy and appreciation than any flowers I have sent. Ordering was very easy, deliveries were always on time. And the selection is fantastic.

I ordered the valentines day cheesecake variety box thing and I got no chocolate strawberries on any of the cheesecakes, and maybe two stripes of icing on the others. The picture on the website vs what I what I received was like expectation vs ordering from wish. After calling and speaking with somebody about my order, they remade it and gave me cookies to compensate. I wouldve given a 5 star if the coworkers looked like they actually cared about messing up my order and apologized for their mistake, but in the end I got what I paid for and cookies so I feel like a 1 star would be too low.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for a friend’s birthday. The strawberries had mold on them when uncovered (same day) and I had the hardest time getting a resolution. After going back and forth between the store and customer service team over the course of a week, I was able to get a refund issued. Never placing another order through the company altogether. That’s how dissatisfied I am with the customer recovery process of this company and store. Managers need to do better at salvaging customer relationships.

I was so impressed with this location and the love they shown my staff!! I placed an order for my staff while I was on a business trip to tell them how much I appreciated them when I return to work I realize it had never shown up ( not sure what happened -maybe I never completed it properly).Once I realize this I called the Fort Walton store to try to track my order down - I explained what happened and without even a fight she apologized and got the order to me the next day no extra charge and was extremely helpful and nice on the phone. Terrible. Sent an order to my friend as a Mother’s Day gift and I was notified that it was delivered but my friend never received it. She contacted them and the lady was not helpful nor very friendly. She told my friend they couldn’t make a new one or give a refund. Its frustrating they couldn’t accommodate her in any way because these arrangements are not cheap :(

After many years of sending flowers for birthdays, Mothers’ Days etc. I decided to try something different. I ordered a fruit bouquet for my father’s birthday. The fruit was as beautiful as it was fresh and flavorful. Not only did I receive an email confirmation I was called and asked if I was happy with the delivery. That doesn’t happen very often. I have placed two orders since then both chocolate dipped strawberries. Sometimes fruit can look good but have no flavor at all. I think Edible Arrangements does a great job in insuring their fruit tastes as good as it looks. And that is very important to me! I might still order flowers on occasion but my go to gifts now come from Edible Arrangements!

Promise me my wifes delivery would Be there on time. However, they didnt even load it up on the truck. When speaking to a manager they started spilling out how they dont guarantee X. However on two separate phone calls. I was guaranteed they would not be a problem. Then another lady took over my refund. Who then became irate with me? I live in Texas but my girlfriend was in the area visiting her sister for their birthday so i wanted to send them something nice.I received confirmation on the day it would be arriving I called my girlfriend around 12:30 p.m. and ask her if her gift had arrived yet it had not. I called the Edible Arrangements store they seem confused as to why I wanted to know what time it will arrive, they stated anywhere between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. thats ridiculous.When they finally arrived to the address I provided them my girlfriend told me she heard the doorbell ring it took her a minute to get to the door because she had to put the dogs up she didnt hear a second ring by the time she open the front door maybe 10 seconds after the first ring need delivery driver was already getting into his car she was able to catch him before he drove away but I thought that was extremely unprofessional.I will not be using the service again.

I have used Edible Arrangements for several years to deliver birthday bouquets to my husband at work and the package is always delivered on time and delicious. It must be, because theres never any left for him to bring home to me! Its also a good place to go for a last minute hostess gift or surprise a sick friend.

I called to place an order on my way home for my who was not feeling well. I ordered the basket and asked if I can pick it up in 30 minutes, they told me they will try there best. It was a medium size arrangements with some chocolate. When i got there, it was ready. When i took it to my wife and opened it, the arrangement looked very nice and the fruit was fresh. the melons were very good. the whole arrangement was very good. Love this place and establishment thought my last visit the older woman told me they had no pineapple or strawberries to dip that all they had was what was in the display. When the day before the young lady did it just fine.

I had an arrangement delivered to my parents while they were on vacation for their anniversary. They loved the arrangement. Also the delivery driver went above and beyond since they were not at the condo at the time of the delivery. They called to let me know there was an issue, they were able to resolve it with the condo, and then followed up with me to let me know it was resolved. Everything was top notch!!!
