Ive called several times over the last two hours with no answer. Im guessing its a cell phone because I keep getting the prompt Im sorry but the person you have called does not have a voicemail that has not been set up which is very unprofessional especially for a computer repair business. Id leave a better review if I could actually find out what the service was like 🤷🏽‍♀️

This business was great! I went to a few repair store near by and said they were not able to fix my Custom PC and were not able to tell me what was wrong with it after they charged me the diagnostic fee.Primacy Data Solutions in the other hand was able to not only find the issue but went above and beyond in ordering the part that it needed. work was done in a timely manner and Logans customer service was amazing. Highly recommend to go to him first instead of wasting your money somewhere else for diagnostic fees.

My daughter in college was home for the weekend and her Macbook started getting very sluggish - not a good situation with all of her school work at risk. Luckily, her first call was to Logan. He picked up the computer, repaired it within hours, and dropped it back off - all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
