Review is strictly for outside facility, convient stop on way home from work and always very competitive on gas prices, usually on lower end of price in town if not the lowest. Pump area always clean, with plenty of pumps available

The male with long hair and chubby was rude and even went as far as to scold me because he didnt see the two drinks I sat on the counter to buy even though they were in plan view he was just in a rush and irritated he had to work a register. My daughter was nice despite him being rude to me and he rudely dismissed her thank you! He tried to run into me with his products when I first walked in making me halt and stop my daughter from advancing in fear he would just run her over with his beer products. With people needed jobs these days Im surprised this store continues to employ such rude clerks. The hot bar is never set up in the morning and if there is anything in it, its old sandwiches. This store has gone down hill and I will no longer be coming to cefco Im going back to Tom thumbs

First time coming to a CEFCO. 4 stars because although the store was clean, the customer service wasn’t the best. Employee was on the phone and had an attitude and seemed bothered to have customers disturb their phone time. Prices are about the same as other local convenience stores.

I was kicked out of the store for being falsely accused of cutting in line. The way this incident was handled was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I called cooperate office to file a complaint. No action was taken to resolve the issue. The assistant manager who ordered me to leave the store was rude and completely dismissive of the whole situation.

Super clean - large open lot with plenty of turn around space - great sandwich shop

I was totally appalled at the lack of service and disregard of customer care, on the morning of Feb 17, 2021, at about 5:00 amI entered the store with the purpose of purchasing a newspaper, however the store had not received them yet, I made a comment about the absence of newspapers, the clerk and another employee made a comment about it being probably too cold, so oh well, I decided to purchase a pastry.Walked up to counter with the pastry, the clerk stated (with her back to me) to me that she had to finish up two reports first, so I waited, and I waited, beginning to wonder why the other employee could not ring up the sale.The clerk walked over to where I was standing still doing paperwork, she then walked back to her counter and stated that I would need to come to her station (there were no signs stating this area closed) I stated to her that she could have told me that earlier, but then she decided to get defensive and argumentative, at that point I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.This is not a store that I would wish to frequent in the future.

May 17th 2020 at approximately 1:30pm. I actively avoid this location but was in a hurry so I stopped to get a bag of ice. The cashier Scott was the only one on a register and was very helpful and efficient while the assistant manager Christal and another female employee without a name tag both were doing paperwork. I dont know about you, but in my experience it only takes one person to do paperwork and even then, you can stop and hop on a register when theres a long line forming. Instead they just looked at the line and buried their faces in what must have been a very time sensitive document while Scott helped literally every person in the store. Get my man Scott a raise and get Christal some retraining in customer service.

I will be going elsewhere. The cashier Ashley on night shift curses and threatens me everytime i go in. She refuses service no matter what. I dont this lady but she has a very bad attitude. I was not surprised to find out she speaks to most customers like that. Thankfully there is a Tom Thumb next door.

Blonde female clerk refused to sell me an alto bettery because I called it a battery and not a device. Called the Niceville store and spoke with Nichole that said she was a manager and she didnt seem at all concerned with the loss of the sale. Thankfully the Tom Thumb was right next door :)

I usually love this place, but its 11:30 p.m. and I came in to get coffee. I do Drive shuttles at the airport . I dont have any coffee she said.coffee is my favorite thing about cefco and she doesnt have it at 11:30 p.m. give me a break.

Firstly, I was so excited to get a Cefco in my area- they’re my preferred convenience store. Unfortunately, this one lacks, mostly in staff management. In the morning lines are horrendously long. There’s usually only one person at the counter while 3 others listen to their ipods and make pizza, float around a bit. Often, I cannot wait 10 minutes in line for my daily drink. I have to get to work.Between my stuff being coughed on, the girls yelling at each other, or the manager (I think) treating the decent workers like scum- I’m over it. There is one older lady I adore, she’s always working hard, friendly, approachable. She’s the only one that has kept me coming back this long.

Clerks were rude, drinks were mixed up with other flavors,sandwiches were mislabeled. An employee actually raked my hotdog buns off of the prep table intentionally and gave me a sour look. I would starve before spending another cent there. Beal Parkway location.

Went to get some breakfast this morning. Purchased a jimmy dean microwavable biscuit and it was full of black and blue mold. Totally inedible. I will never be back for a purchase from here ever again.

When this store opened up and a few months into its service I give it 5 stars but now this store flat out sucks. The short older lady with dark hair that works morning shift weekdays is rude and nasty always rubbed me the wrong way and others that I talk to say the same. They never have breakfast biscuits or breakfast burritos ready most of the time I went in. The other cefco stores are way better. Never will I set my feet and spend my money in that store. Yall need to get with the program! Peace out!!!!!

I love the people that work there.

Fuel aisle never gives receipts. They never have pizza or much hot food. This isnt just one stop. This is multiple stops, not just one. Usually the bathrooms are clean, but when they arent they are worse than just bad. I just gave up on this location. From here on out Ill stop at the other Cefco by hurlburt or dodges.

They seldom have receipts at the fuel pumps! I got fuel again today and guess what...no receipt. Im done with Cefco!

Went into the store on Beal pkwy..last night and the cashier that was working was really really sick and had told me there was no one to cover her shift...how can somebody force someone who is badly sick to be at work..that is a health hazard and really felt bad for her
