Just had the best experience at this shop. I was given an absolutely fair trade in price on an amp I was trying to sell online but the desire for it just wasn’t there. The guy who helped me (reminds you of Jack Black… even got my “Gibson SG Mint Condish” joke without skipping a beat). Insanely knowledgeable, could tell me everything about everything I asked about. I will literally come here before going online for anything now solely because I want to support this business. Thank you guys!

I used to come here all the time I’ve bought strings I have had them fix my guitar and even bough a couple from them but I went in today to put a guitar up on layaway, and keep in mind I’m 18 and I have been playing guitar for 8 years and as of know going to school for music. And I saw this awesome killer less pual, and I asked to play it and they said “no” in a very rude voice, and I was just standing there cause they let someone right beside me play guitar. Then they sent me a voicemail saying it’s policy to not touch the guitar over 2000$ and I get that policy but I wish they would have told me in the store cause I was gonna buy it. But I’m not a kid who wants drama so I let it go. Idk if they thought i didn’t know what I was doing but it’s okay

Very helpful staff and hella knowledgeable. Came here to sell some used equipment and even though it wasnt something they took in at that store they still were willing to help me get some much needed information on my product. Theyll have my business as long as they are around

What a great find during our recent trip to the area. Warmly greeted when We walked in and asked if we could be helped. The guitar I was looking for was in one of the other stores but they could bring it in a few days. They took my number and called me when it was in the shop. Got a great deal on a 2020 Les Paul Original 60s. Really happy to be able to support a local business, even one not local to me.

Great selection of guitars. Fantastic staff. They were very friendly and left me to try out anything I wanted by myself. Better than guitar center. The only thing they lacked was larger amps like Mesa boogies and 6505s, they did have the mini version of the 6505 and some nice black star combos though.

Good shop to visit. They have a good selection of guitars from the beginner instrument to nice high end stuff from the major brands.

These guys were knowledgable friendly, helpful and quick. We stopped in for a last minute fix of a broken guitar string and they had it done in no time and helped us with a few other items while we were there. Well definitely go back for any music needs that come up in the future.

Leitz is awesome. $6 for my favorite pair of strings versus $17 at Playground Music. They even sell each string separately! They’re an honest music store and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The place is kind of small, but similar in size to other musical instrument stores Ive been to in the local area (Crestview / Ft Walton Beach). They seem to specialize mostly in guitars and sound equipment. Their selection of new electric guitars seems to be mostly tailored toward a beginner/novice. I noticed a good section of low/mid range Ibanez, ESP LTD, and Fender models. They also had a bunch of acoustic guitars as well as child size guitars. The selection of new and used guitar amplifiers (especially tube amplifiers) was quite deverse with brands such as Fender, Marshall, and Blackstar. They also have guitar and drum accessories typical of this type of music store.

Very professional personnel and always helpful. Doug aka Dr.D is a great guitar technician.

They know their stuff especially the luthier. I have a Priceless 12-string guitar and he got it all fixed up.

I had a PRS with some really bad buzzing on my low E which sounded pretty horrible. Talked to a guy named Logan on the phone yesterday who was really helpful and told me I could drop my guitar for the techs to take a look at it on Monday. He told me its only $20 for a full set-up so it shouldnt be more than that to fix this, which was less than I expected.Brought in my guitar today. The employee, Steven (or Stephen?) was halfway through taking down my information when I told him what was wrong with it. He stopped, took it to the back, and fixed it. I played it there, and the buzz was gone.When I asked how much it would be, he said, I dont know, man, 5ish. If you want you can just buy some strings or picks. I said I already had plenty of strings and picks at home and asked if he wanted to just run my card. He said not to worry about it and just come back again if I need something next time.Really positive experience. Ill definitely be going back again.

The establishment was well kept and clean. Nice selection of guitars; however the customer service was NOT too customer friendly. Went into the store with full intentions of purchasing a bass guitar they had instock. I was completely ignored buy the service reps. Not even a greeting, but the couple that came in after me seem to attract all of the attention. Needless to say after 15 mins of standing directly in front of of the guitar i came to purchase, I decided to leave and purchase online at guitar center.The couple departed seconds behind me with nothing in hand.
