Great price, top quality equipment, friendly and helpful staff.

They have just about whatever you can think of when it comes to light or heavy duty machinary and will also work on your echo products if you have a problem with one or need any parts or accessories. I would recommend them for sure. The employees arent very personable but they are pretty decent at what they do.

The customer service is excellent! Made my experience easy and smooth from the first phone call to the final transaction.

I’m not sure if I purchased a saw made on Friday but I have not been very pleased with the echo 355t OR the service from this store. Long story short...shopped around and the 355 was the “bees knees” I went into the store and they were on the ball! Called Pensacola and got me one the very next day!!! Sadly that’s where the costumer service ended. I used it didn’t like it and wanted to return, they said no...ok I’ll just keep it. The very next weekend the handle completely detached from the saw, all but one of the plastic mounts broke. I called echo and they said to take it to the store. I took it today and was told it “looked like I dropped it” and that they didn’t “know if it would be covered under warranty” and then the best part “it will be about two months” because they don’t have anybody working on consumers equipment. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. I know Stihl is expensive however, I’ve never had this issue with warranty or a stihl dealer. I will update this when I hear back in two months about my saw...

Ive rented several times from the folks at Adaptive. I called ahead to see if the items I need were available and they were. I told the very nice lady that I would be in the next day. Went in today. While I was checking out, the guys were loading up my truck. Super happy.

Always a great experience with equipment and staff

The blonde lady with the mustache at the front desk has horrible customer service skills. She definitely needs to get some lessons. Just try and not be so rude. She told us they would load our equipment when we pulled around the pack and shooed us off. We pulled around back and the old guy just pointed at our stuff and said this is it, it’s heavy. I won’t be using this place again.

I do business routinely with these guys and never had a problem. They have better prices then lowes or home depot. Sometimes you may have to schedule ahead of time to get a machine when its needed for the season but its all good I rate a 5 because everything has worked out smooth and there just around the corner from me.

You need it they have it . One heck of a great place . Friendly and very competitive equipment is always the best

Prices are better than competitors, and the staff is as helpful as possible. I have rented heavy equipment here several times.

During my intial visit when I picked up the tools I rented service was great and the price was good. The reason for the 3 star review is for when the tools were returned. My wife had to return the tools and she is pregnant so she could not lift the heavy items. When she got there she was treated extremely bad and was made to feel bad that someone had to come out and help her carry in the heavy tools she could not carry. That should not happen when it is your job to help people with the tools.Update: I am amending my review. I recieved a call from one of the people regarding this review and they were very apologetic and stated they would deal with the issue and they were extremely sorry. To me this means alot not many buisnesses will do this. So i have added a star back because of this. Hopefully this will be fixed and I will have a 5 star review next time.

Over charged for equipment shady staff and owner rented scaffold and casters ( wheels) in which the scaffold was old and beat up wheels the casters did not have working brakes
