This is a really fun store with lots of unique and quirky gifts. My kids loved it. The kites were a lot of fun, as well. We ended up getting a view different varieties and had a blast on the windy beaches.

A fun place with all sorts of kites, home decorations, apparel, games, toys, and trinkets! I thought that the staff were hilarious and helpful!

Got all of the way back home in Texas and realized they charged me for 2 items that I didnt buy. Its the top 2 on this receipt.

I would have rated this store higher because the store has a lot to offer; however, due to poor customer service it dropped the rating. The person was not helpful, not only to me but others I was with. I asked about a sweatshirt she had no clue, we asked about how much a bracelet was, she also didnt know how much and sounded like she made up an amount and there was no sticker on the product. She is no help and had a poor attitude. I only bought the sweatshirt from here because I was cold, other than that I sought out other stores for souvenirs.

Kity Hawk Kite Flying Event: Neat to see. The kites that were on the website are exactly what we saw. I wish it had been a little cooler so that we could have stayed longer. It is a FREE event that littles will likely enjoy.

We traveled from Indiana to Pensacola from there we saw your place on Google maps seem like a nice place improvements i bought kite stuff two prism kites and 200 # two line kite string no dedicated staff at the time of sale plus the prism display seemed a bit spread out thanks for your shop

Came in today in search of a few T-shirts to bring back to my family. The employees were super helpful and friendly, the store looked fantastic! I was amazed at the variety of things they had I couldnt decide what to bring back! Will definitely be shopping with kitty hawk in FWB again!

The store was a wreck and every employee was on their phone. No one said hi or bye or even looked at us. The one at the harbor is much better all around.
