Knowing this place is here has saved me both a lot to time and money. They always have what I need and there is always someone right there that can answer questions and help when I need help. They are competitive with anyone and you get the feeling you are dealing with a good honest family owned business. I recommend friends to put them in their cell phone contacts for anything plumbing. The guy who gave one star must have a problem...I live out of town and had to go down to work on our Condo. I could not find a part in town until I visited Plumbing Supply. The man behind the counter had worked there for years and was able to find my part immediately. He could have taken me for a lot of money but the part was fairly priced. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were successful in getting me my orders in time. I was very happy with this company, and will plan on using it again for any supplies I will need in the future.

Very disappointed and loss of our money. We ordered a part 6 weeks ago and it was never received. They refused to refund our money. We ended up having to.purchase a new faucet. Not impressed with their customer service. Make sure you know their terms and delivery time before you give them your money.
