Fantastic folks that helped with take home samples and all the math to get what we needed to pull off a beautiful set of raised bed gardens. They served up great top soil and easy to walk on pebbles all delivered conveniently to the end of our driveway. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I have bought from them multiple times, the service, the knowledge, and friendly advice is top notch, they care about your project - and it shows. I needed a lot of fill dirt and I needed it delivered on time and on schedule over 7 days (Wanted to get the rented loader back to save $). We probably met 4 or 5 drivers and everyone was considerate and concerned about helping us with our project. The people in the office were always responsive. It is nice in this day and age to have people that will return your calls. Other than this business transaction I dont know these people. But based on my experience I highly recommend them. We are social distancing with COVID 19. It was nice and respectful that all the drivers wore masks while at my property.

Lana was very helpful and knowledgeable during my multiple phone calls!!! I wish every company I called had someone answering the phone that showed this kind of professionalism and knowledge. They delivered a full load (18 yards) of yellow sand and it was very good quality. The truck driver was very polite and professional. He told me exactly how the pile would spread and helped me find the best spot to dump it. They also scheduled me in before Hurricane Nate hit upon my request. They were the best price I found and I will be getting some gravel from them in the near future.

Bought a yard of sand over the phone. Was charged $40 for delivery for less than a mile. The yard of sand that was in my drive when I got home, I could have easily fit in my small truck. The sand turned out to be full of very small rocks. It is now two years later and I have to replace my pool liner because the small rocks have put holes in it. A hard lesson learned.

Horrible Customer Service! The owner is rude and the materials are way overpriced! I stopped in because i am giving our yard a facelift and need mulch and gravel. Called and quoted Kodiak because the owner is a nice guy, not stuck up. Their red mulch is $33/yd, compared to Contstruction materials $30 a tractor scoop(about half a cubic yard). The only reason I did not go to Kodiak trees is because they are out of red mulch until Monday. However, I will never spend a dime at Construction Materials! I simply asked the owner if it was possible he could match the price of Kodiak Trees, I did not demand, just asked. The owners response Just go to Kodiak then! So I said alright and walked right out the door. I would have paid full price, because I understand its their price and they have it in stock.. But after his rude response no way!! So I drove right down the street to Woerner Landscape on Beal pkwy. Only $36/yd and Great customer service! I highly suggest driving 2 miles down the road to get better priced materials and much better customer service!
