Savemore has been apart of my family since I was a kid and my dad owned an Auto body shop. The guys/staff always find the part you need and will have shipped if another location has. Decent policy

It was excellent I went in to the shop told the gentleman what I wanted went out to the yard got what I needed I paid $30 for the part I needed it was a rap and the part work great.

I love this place. Cant tell you how many inexpensive parts I have found for the past 10 years.

I enjoy listening to the 2 people that work here put 20 people at a time on hold knowing full well that half of those holding will hang up. If youre gonna do business here dont call ahead if you have any sense, youre better off just going straight there lest you dont risk them accidentally hanging up on you and putting you back at holder #20

It was awesome! Everywhere I called wanted $150.00 or more for a bumper and125.00 for a passenger side door mirror. I went to savemore and saved more than I could ever imagine. Both parts cost me less than $50.00. Theyre truly a Blessing! Ask for Jesse...

Was able to find much needed part to repair friends SUV.

Didnt find what I needed this time but it is a really good source for parts that are very expensive and can be found here at a greatly reduced price.

Its set up very nice whereas u can definitely find the car ur looking for. They have a paper they provide for you to show what row ur car is in nd the prices are real cheap #recommendable

Worst experience at a store in my life. Completely incompetent staff. First time I called I was on hold for 10 minutes before getting hung up on... only to be put on hold for an additional half hour.The kicker is when I actually placed my order. They got it wrong 4 times! I kept asking for a passenger light when they kept ordering me a driver side. I eventually gave up on them all together.They are best time just not waste your time.

Just like with any sales with cars and var parts, you are going to have that proce battle and negotiation thing going on. But with me i was prepared for the negotiations. Before going into the store I got two different price quotes. And when i entered the store i got another price quote and of course all three quotes were different. I made the mistake of mentioning the importance of the part. So of course the sales people found holes to rape me for more money. I would not shop here again without a necessity.

I had the worse customer service experience there. The so called manager Steve is the worse. His female employees felt hopeless that they couldnt help me after being wrongly informed on there refund policy. Coming from a management standpoint he handled the situation all wrong. A customer should always receive the best service possible and you wont get it at that junk yard. The parts are junk as well. Thats what caused the return in the first place. I dont recommend this place ever.

I dont know how they can justify charging two dollars to enter and pull your own parts--change the name to Save more Amusement Yard.

Conveyance and customer service,the selection of parts available,was like choosing which drop or water too extract from the ocean to quince my thirst!

I ordered Honda automatic engine, they delivered manual engine. They did not have automatic engine so the same person who bring the part took it back. For sending me the wrong part they charged me $232.00 re-stacking fee, this is hiway robery. I talk to them 2-3 on the phone, tried to solve it through my credit card to no vail. Transaction date2/7/18. Dispute date 2/24/18. Purchase price $689.00. They gave me back only $457.00. I want my 232.00.

Customer Service was grate they will have what you want very good you have parking.

Ok junkyard, first time here, no one told be about warranty policy of wrong part. I guess Ill hit EBay or Craigslist list to sell my used parts, cause Save more has a No return policy unless you purchase a warranty.

Heres the skinny on Savemore and Brandywine used auto parts. The number gets you to a operator that forwards your call to any number of auto part stores maybe based on your phone number? I was directed to Savemore Auto parts and dealt with Jerry om the phone and in the store. On the phone Jerry said he had the part and it was X $s, I got the address from him and told him I was on my way, an hour later in the store Jerry tells me he doesnt have the part but he can order it and it will be Y $s. I was cordial throughout the whole fiasco but probably one of the top disappointing experiences I have had with another member of the human race. Rude, miserable and just downright deceitful. I ordered it on ebay and will prefer to wait rather than deal with this outfit. Booooo
