First, I dont normally write reviews. The service during and AFTER the sale are what make me want to writ this review.We were in the market for a used van. We found a nice van here at Professional auto. Abe, the sales guy we worked with, worked with us on the price and did a few small service things to get the van in top condition. We then drove the van to orange beach and back mid summer. 3000 miles in the first month and it ran GREAT. When we got back we couldnt find the title. Abe rushed a duplicate for us! Who does that? The service after the sale is a commitment most places dont have. The next time we are shopping for a car professional auto will be our first stop!

My personal vehicle is a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 which I bought from them several years ago. I also decided I wanted the entire truck repainted since they were already going to be there. They fixed everything I asked for and more! I took my car there based off a coupon in the Money Saver magazine. It reads $49.95 + tax, replace front or rear brakes. When I showed it to them, I was told that it didnt cover rear brakes. So dont go there thinking youre getting an amazing deal. I still let them do the work as their quote was cheaper. On the way home after picking up the car, the brake lights came on. I took it back a few days later and another tech noticed that the ABS ring wasnt taken off the old drum and put on the new one. One would have assumed that the first guy should known about this sort if thing and done it. While it was a hassle to go there a 2nd time, they were really nice and took care of it right away without any more charges.

This morning I had a flat tire on my truck while towing a horse trailer. I made it to the gas station across the road from Professional Auto Sales and walked across to ask if they could help. They were AMAZING, not only were they polite, friendly and extremely helpful, within 45 mins they had the tire off, repaired it and put it back on and I was on my way. The owner and his two sons are fast working, explain things well, and the mechanics are competent. The part that got me is when Joe, the owners son, explained that several car parts they noticed are getting old, but that I have time with them still. It would have been a big gain for them to tell me that I needed fixed now. But he didnt do that. Truly a trust-worthy guy.If you call in advance and treat them with respect, they will give you the best they have. Over the last few years with them, I genuinely and thankful for their work.

Made an appointment the day before. Rep said they can get my car in the morning. so, I dropped my car off that night after hours. called the day of around 10 am. Rep said my car should be ready in about two to three hours. pulled in around two. my car is parked at the same place and when I talked to a rep. I had to give my info all over again as if I didnt call the day before. the rep said my car should be done in half an hour. they got my car in work within 10 min. overall, I like how they got me in but I scheduled an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait(Gave them two out of Five stars)****update***Left the place and my alignment was off which is the reason for why I went there. Called in and asked that they can re-do it. REP told me that alignments are not always perfect. Told REP that I wanted it done again. REP told me that I would have to come back after the holiday. Fair enough. Went their Friday morning around 8:30 AM. I was the first person there when they opened. Told REP that I have to leave after 10:30 AM. Around 10:15AM I asked about my car since it was parked outside in another spot. REP told me the Mechanic has left. Around 10:30AM..ish, Mechanic is back and REP says my car is good. Okay, left the place and alignment is good. I would of left it at that. Just a lesson learned.But, I get a call 7/15/20 that says unknown caller with a VM that said: “This is Jay from professional auto and the religion of the company and I seen your bad review. So please give me a call this way we can discuss the issue and wage and if we didnt hear from you, so I dont have no other choice except send it to the attorneys, and we dont want to do that. So, please give me a call 489-1414. Thank you.”Change my mind.(Gave them one out of five stars)FYI…business is not what you say to make a customer feel good but what you do... actions speak for you. :/

January 7, 2019I had a problem with a check engine light that was blinking in my car. Later found out it was because I had a misfire in one of the sparked plugs. I was refer to this place and decided to take my car in there. Once I got there, I was welcomed by Joe and he asked me what was the problem with the car. I told him and then I told them that I need it fix within two days so I don’t miss out on my job. They took my car to the garage and started working on it.They where some other problems that they found in my car, gave me a call to ask me if they could also fix those problems. He gave me the price over the phone, instead of just adding it to the bill on there own.Two days later I came in to pick up my car. Paid them and then got in the car to drive back home. I could tell right away that they did an awesome job with my car, because it was running a lot better then the day I first bought it. It was a great relief, and I never had problems with the car since.The services their was very professional, Joe along with his family made sure that I was treated with respect and dignity. Fix the problems with my car in a very timely manner. Didn’t have any issues with the staff. In fact, they did such a good job in providing great service to me. We purchased an Audi Q7 from them and had multiple issues with car within days of getting it home. 1st the MMi didnt fully function, then it started leaking steering fluid... Beware as they might put band aids on issues, so they go unnoticed during the purchase.
