Amazing people and things to buy. i love the throw blankets, pillows, clothes etc. the employees are amazing especially sebastian! today he helped me find a drink since i was really dehydrated. they have very neat knickknacks as well such as jewelry, and m&m popcorn. as sebastian was checking me out at the counter he was polite and helpful with receipt options etc. spoke clearly and communicated well to where things were around the store. i will definitely be coming back.

Great prices. Only downside is that the racks arent organized well and they are always rather picked through so finding what yo want is hit or miss. Great baby clothes at great prices. They have a big and tall section with good variety also. Always worth stopping in to have a look.

It can be a hot mess at times, but its a fun store to shop because they always have different things. The selection for kids is usually pretty good. Its a good place to get name brands at a steep discount. The only negative is that the place can be trashed at times. If people would out things back it would be a lot better. Hard to beat their deals on some things.

Very rude Angie a cashier over charged me 2 times and then when I left the store she decided to talk bad about me as if I was wrong when she was the one that over charged me poor customer service Illinois road Fort Wayne in location

Was at the Illinois road location in fort Wayne and the store was almost completely empty super weird hopefully they get stocked up again

I recently bought some dishes here. Good quality for a fair price. I would have given five stars, but the area in which the store is located was a bit undesirable.

This store use to have a good selection of items for good prices a while ago. They dont have christening dresses or suits anymore, low amount of coats, low quality bathing products, low amount of diaper bags, hardly any clothes. What the heck happened?

They were just starting to stock up so there wasnt as much stuff there as there normally is

Had the worst experience today as my friend and I were Christmas shopping. We had a question about a purse and asked for help with an associate nearby. She then rudely asked if my friend and I had brought h&m bags in. We said no, then she asked us if the cart the bags were in were ours. We said no. She insinuated we were stealing I suppose. All we knew is she was rude and never bothered to ask us what we needed help with. We asked her for help again and she said she will but it’s gonna take a while. We then asked for the manager and she was the manager on duty apparently. Amber gave us the worst customer service and we both walked out the door empty handed. She completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun day of shopping to phone tag trying to reach a manager who might actually care.

If youre looking for a name brand clothing at an affordable price this is the place to be if youre looking for clothes to fit larger individuals you found the place its cheaper than the Big and Tall store I bought 6 pairs of shorts for the price of 2 pairs of shorts at the Big and Tall store. Anytime I need clothes is where I go

Waited many years to go to this store. Finally got to go about 2 weeks ago. I was very disappointed in this place! Nothing at all as I imagined. I will not be going back and definitely will NOT be recommending it to others!

Giving 1 star only because I can’t put 0. I Had the worst experience I have ever had shopping. I went with my best friend in to purchase some Christmas gifts and we had just walked in and were looking at purses and we had a question about a particular purse so my friend asked the lady if she worked there and the lady replied rudely with a response is this your H & M bag? We replied no she then asked rudely if the basket she was by was ours. We replied again no she continued to be rude. She then walked away with another woman and when we saw her again my friend asked her if she could answer the question we were originally trying to ask and her response was it’s gonna be a while and continued to walk away. So I asked her who the manager was and she then replied that she was and I asked who her manager was and that was about the only thing she did right. Her name is Andrea and being a person who works in customer service that was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for a person in management to be acting so horrible. I was very embarrassed and very upset while trying to enjoy the Christmas holiday with my best friend.
