I was very disappointed when the sympathy arrangement that I ordered that was supposed to be only purple and white colors had bright pink flowers thrown in. It threw the whole look off. It was not what I ordered. I asked for mums and iris and neither of those flowers were in the arrangement. It was pretty, but, not what I ordered.I was contacted by Armstrongs to find and they sent another arrangement today that was beautiful, it was white and purple just as I asked. The definitely redeemed themselves. I would continue to use them. I can see they want their customers to be happy. Thank You Armstrong Flowers

Delivery went smoothly, the flowers look gorgeous, and the prices are reasonable. My only critique is that I dropped an f bomb in my card and they didnt write it c; but I didnt really expect them to, lol.EDIT: I just realized that this is the exact same place I went for a bouquet the last time I got flowers in Fort Wayne, last October! My sister ordered a saddle wreath from them for our Mothers Headstone. She was pleased with their customer service. So, I chose to order a flower arrangement with them my mothers sister. I utilized their website and things went smoothly. I realized that the salutation I requested was inappropriate. I called them and requested that the salutation be revised. They did so with no issues. They confirmed my purchase and gave information to contact them if I had any issues. I got a confirmation email that the floral arrangement had been delivered. I got an email from my aunt thanking me for the flowers. I have to assume the floral arrangement was as depicted on their website. I sure hope so.

Bought flowers for my mom and she loved em they even give you a little bit of flower food for the first 3 days which is nice

New to the area, so I picked a business close to where I work. Didnt realize how close! Ordered roses on-line for daughters birthday. Picked up the next day and was very pleasantly surprised. They were beautiful! Staff was super and first time I had a flower shop put the vase and flowers in a box so that they would not tip over. Now being a man, my opinion doesnt count, but my wife and daughter both said they were gorgeous and asked were I got them from, so I will be back!

I lost a close friend to covid and needed something fast to have delivered to their house. I called at 8 am Saturday and explained my situation and they said they would try and get it out that day but was busy with festival of trees. I got pictures of the arrangement at 11 am!! I live in Tampa, Florida and my sons mom was having a really bad week. She decided to vent to me and being that I wasn’t there to cheer her up, I logged on and had a dozen roses delivered to her. I’ve never heard of this flower shop, but she was very pleased at the outcome of the arrangement. I’m not the flower ordering type of guy, but when she sent me a picture, it was a beautiful arrangement. The roses are very bright red, almost look fake, but very real. I was skeptical because I did the rush/same day delivery order a little after noon, and they had it delivered around 4p. Thank you all so much for your execution and delivery!! I most definitely will use you again, direct next time.

VERY Helpful for a long distance order by phone. I am very picky and had specific idea for what I wanted to send for a celebration of life to be held at a family members residence. Anita and the design staff were so helpful in listening and accommodating my slightly off beat, but tasteful request. They even accepted my special request as to cards for the arrangements. I always search for a florist nearby and contact them directly when buying flowers for out of town occasions. I also always check Google reviews before committing to a florist. Armstrong Florists were very professional and friendly.

It was great! I wanted something small and inexpensive for my sister whom just had surgery. They made a small bouquet of flowers and get well balloon. Now mind you I had to pick it up and deliver it myself as to do that is costly. I wanted delivery because I am sick and didnt want to get my sister sick or pick up something from the hospital. I do wish they were more reasonable on there cost and delivery cost though.

I started buying here when I stilled lived & worked in Indianapolis. Sherry is an amazing and fairly priced floral designer--better than the best in Indianapolis--and shes a wonderful person too. I give a price range with an idea of colors and purpose and then simply look forward to her creations! Whether the flowers are just because or for a full-blown wedding, Armstrong Flowers always delivers far beyond expectations!

Prices are a little high however the quality of flowers and the arrangement they do ranks among the best. They do great with flowers for weddings, funerals, or just simply when you want some sent to your wife or gf... very nice staff.

When I called to order flowers for our Uncles funeral, she was very professional, even repeated everything back to me to ensure it was correct. I asked if she would take a picture of the arrangement and text it to us since we were traveling and unable to attend the funeral. She said yes, took the phone number and repeated all of that back too. Would have given 5 stars but they never texted the photo. Some places won’t do it and I understand that, but if you say you will, then you should.Update: They did send the photo and apologized for not sending it before the delivery. I would order from them again!!

Ordered an arangement online and called later to verify delivery in which i was assured they would be on time before my wife left work. That was a lie. Called back to let them know the delivery was late, they asked a couple people and told me I would get a call back the next day about the problem. That was a lie. Later i receive an email from the owner stating she had spoken with everyone that worked there at the time and claimed no one ever spoke with me. So i guess i was lying, would be more than happy to send a copy of the phone record. A week goes by with no other contact than an email so I call back to talk with someone. I speak with the owner and am told they will give me a refund. Guess to them a $9 refund is good enough for being late and flowers wilting by the time my wife got them. I will never do business with them ever again.

Found this shop on Google, and saw 3 positive reviews. Called them from out of town to send flowers to a friend in the hospital. They were professional and courteous. Completed the order, before sending the flowers, they checked the hospital to make sure my friend was still there. My friend had been released, so they called me back to inform me and allow me to provide an alternate address.Very smooth and positive experience.

I ordered flowers on 3/25 for my mothers birthday on 3/26 and chose a bouquet that was one of the cheapest (around $35). I also asked to deliver it if possible, before 2 pm EST or after 5 PM EST. They delivered it, and they came out beautiful! I ordered The FTD Orange Escape Bouquet and the pictures my mother sent back to me were so bright and beautiful. The actual flowers came out to be very much like what was advertised. The pricing was a little bit more than I was hoping-all in all, a bouqet that cost $35 ended up costing $50 including everything. The bouquet I chose was one of the cheapest, and still was somewhat pricey at $35. Overall, had a great experience with them though and would recommend to a friend!

My husband ordered flowers for a New baby. Exactly, he ordered the The FTD® Baby Boy Big Hug™ Bouquet. We both were really disappointed with the flowers because they called us for change the jar, but they didnt only change it, they changed the flowers too. The result looked like a cheap funeral bouquet. What a shame and waste of money. Walmart sells prettier and affordable flowers.
