So much fun going through everything that is stocked here. Store was well organized with clear prices shown. Staff was very knowledgeable about the store and where things were located. Check out was fast even with them being busy. Prices were reasonable on the things we looked at.

Very good experience getting balloons from Party City! Staff was kind and helpful despite it being a busy time! Best to order in advance but I didn’t and they were still very accommodating!

They were short on some products probably because of the hard time everyone is having getting products shipped from overseas.The staff was quite busy, maybe preparing for Halloween, and they werent as attentive to getting people checked out.Overall, lots of great products to make parties easier. I know people that drive from other counties to shop here. They have more helium balloon options than you could ever imagine!

Party city is a great starting point for decorations! But if you are wanting a particular theme (my daughters birthday was frozen) make sure you go some time in advance and not plan on getting everything last minute. I got a good start on her party supplies 5 months in advance. Went back 2 separate times a month or two before the party and they were sold out of a lot of stuff! Almost like maybe the warehouse wasnt sending them enough (if any?) Because nothing of frozen themed was restocked from the last 2 times I went in.

Went in for some Halloween decorations but I was to late. Staff was helpful in looking and checking prices for me.

Used to be able to walk in, buy balloons, have them filled, and walk out with them. Not sure why, when someone is there to buy now, there is a 20-25 min wait. There was one person waiting ahead of me for balloons she purchased, which were done about 5 minutes after I paid for mine, but I still had a 20 minute wait. Several employees working. Makes no sense.

Its okay for some specific parties and occasions. However, everything is somewhat expensive (in my opinion). There is a lot of stuff that you would save a lot of money by going to the dollar store. Also, there is a lot of box blocking some aisles. If you are looking for specific party supplies, it isnt too bad.

They have a little of everything even stuff for my kids 1st birthday party definitely worth the trip

I ordered 50 balloons for a surprise for a coworker and Party City made the process incredibly hassle-free. I prefer ordered online and it was ready early! When I went in to get them, the staff was nice and helpful. You are required to wear a mask :)

I like Party City because it usually has everything I need for a themed party. Sometimes it can get expensive or the store gets tiring to navigate, but its just because there is a surplus of items! I made these two decorated doors with supplies from Party City!

Really cool place, nice and clean! I went for takeout boxes for Thanksgiving and the staff were really helpful!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Orded balloons to be delivered for my boyfriends birthday and they never arrived. Turns out they canceled my order because of a card issue (but they took my money) and then never bothered to let me know. Manager was extremely rude when I talked to her and did not apologize once. Offered no remedy for the situation, was not interested in trying to help me and then wouldnt give my corporates number until I had to drag it out of her. I could have made arrangements with someone who could handle delivering a few balloons had they notified me that they couldnt.

Tons of stuff at a decent price. Offer a lot of different balloons. More staff is defiantly needed though.

Crazy expensive!! 5 balloons... yeah they might be $1.00 - $2.00, but the Helium $17.50!! So for 5 balloons my total was going to be like $28.00Dollar Tree - (same balloons) $5.35 including tax

Great customer service! But the items are all trash most of it broke or stopped working and most every costume was not in stock!

Had to find a costume piece for a fundraiser. Went online and found one! Went to the Party City on Coliseum and was very pleased with it! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the selection of party supplies especially costume wise.

This place has about anything necessary for a party and is reasonably priced. We had an issue with one of their non-latex balloons as it deflated in less than 12 hours and they replaced it at no cost and without any questions. It was fantastic service.

I have alot of health issues to where i dont wear a mask. When i went in today (10-4-20) an employee was extremely RUDE about my family & i not wearing masks. She wasnt even nice about any if it but just biting our heads off... RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HER PART!!!

Checked this place out for Halloween costumes for my daughter. Gosh they have a lot to look at. This wasnt my first trip and wont be the last.Only 4 stars because prices are high. Same costume online with shipping included is $25, theirs $35, not including tax. We are getting started a little late on buying so it was expected they didnt have her size. Store is clean, things are organized for the sheer amount they have.

Party City has a pretty large selection of items. It was my daughter and my first time visiting. We went for supplies for her birthday celebration. She was however, a little disappointed that they dont carry door curtains in orange or the large number balloons in white. We switched it up and made it work though. Well be back again for other occasions.

If youre looking to get helium balloons, make sure to ask them if they currently have helium befits taking the time to pick out balloons. They told me there is a helium shortage and they didnt even know when they would have helium next delivered.

This store literally has anything you could think of that relates to a party. They also have amazing options when it comes to Halloween. The prices are a bit on the high end unless you just want candy...which they have a HUGE array of. Getting to check out can be a bit frustrating as they have created a small wall of candy and small toys for customers to create a line around. Pushing the cart up to checkout, I hit at least three different displays. Besides the store feeling crowded and a bit pricey, its a cool place if youre looking for something you cant find at Walmart.

Store was nice. Lots of selection and good prices. Staff was rude when I finally got their attention. Waited over twenty minutes for two different people to help me . Then she was annoyed to help. Guess Ill stick to online shopping. More variety online too.

This has nothing to do it against Party City itself but maybe they should screen their employees before they hire them. The store is actually filled with a lot of great stuff. But before we even made it all the way into the door the lady at the register turned and yelled at my kids to not touch the balloons. What was ironic is that was a big part of our shopping list. We did not get any. How fun would you Lost sales.

Purchased balloons Thursday, was told if I come back Saturday I can get them filled . Brought them in and they’re out of helium only doing reservation orders . They said they have “air” options as if I can’t blow air into the balloons itself . Seems like they never have helium because this isn’t the first time it’s happened . But they have hundreds of helium tanks for sale for $30-$45. Will no longer purchase from them . Will stick with amazon at least they don’t say one thing and do the other . Terrible service .

Purchased 2 balloons online for my daughters birthday. Once purchased I received a call from the store telling me there is a helium shortage and they were out of this months supply and wouldnt have any until after the first of December. I contacted the floral department at Kroger and they said they would gladly fill the balloons for me if I brought them in. Now thats customer service. I bought the uninflated balloons at Party City and took them to Kroger to get filled. I had to laugh, though. As I was leaving PC they had bottles of helium for sale by the front door. After 7 years of buying balloons and party supplies at Party City its safe to say I wont be going there anymore.

Employee locked the door prior to 6 pm. I tried to knock but associate proceeded to walk to the back. I wanted my son to be able to pick out his theme and then I could have at least went back to get while he was at school.

First time placing an order online for in-store pickup. Only ordered a few items and called immediately after placing order to ask if they could have it ready (again, only a few items) in about 30 mins, rather than 2 hours, since that was the only time Id have a break to make the pickup. They refused.Very disappointed in their unwillingness to go above and beyond for customer service.. especially as a first time customer. Have not yet used the purchased items, but would not review higher than 3 stars regardless.

If i could give it 0 stars I would! This store is under terrible management! On top of the many other disappointments I have encountered at this store I will give you a brief review of my most recent visit. Visited the store 6/3/18 to place an Outside Banner Order I was assured that I would have my order by 6/9/18. Mark took my order and emailed me my proof on 6/6. I went back in on 6/9 to pick up my order, only to be informed that their machine has been down for a week and a half (supposedly) I brought up the fact that I was in communication with mark on 6/6... then all of a sudden its been down for a couple of days! Completely ignoring the fact that I was NEVER informed that they wouldnt be able to deliver! I drove 25 minutes for nothing, and they had No real clue on how to fix their wrong. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN!

Such amazing stuff there, so cute. My complaint is this one staff member. She has brown receding hair, and was maybe mid 30s. Well, my brother was looking at something and decided to pick it up. The lady at the cash register yelled at him to, NOT TOUCH THAT!, even though it was on sale. I had to use the bathroom at the store so i went, and when i was wiping, i swear i could hear, That toilet paper isnt for you, boy!

At one point I had this business rated a 5 stars.. But today I was extremely disappointed, I pre-order 10 balloons and was talked down to 8. With the comment They will be plenty big and I could add more if needed. When arriving they were small to medium sized, not what I expected. I asked if I simply add 10 more and was told, Were too busy and it would be an hour wait. Thankfully Kroger down the street could accommodate my needs and they were bigger and better quality. Next time I need balloons, I know where to go.

Went to Party City on Coliseum Blvd today 7/15/16 to buy balloons for a public event. After waiting in line, I arrived to the counter and was greeted by Michael (appeared to be a supervisor of some sort) who said more balloons sarcastically and with a sneer. Very poor customer service and will NOT be returning. Sad that a store catering to fun has no zeal! Who doesnt like balloons? No one! Michael- time for you to find a new job and leave balloons to the rest of us clowns!
