I love Sabrina! When my bf and I walk in she already knows we are there for new Hoka shoes. Shes fantastic! The walk of shame is worth it.

I bought my shoes yesterday and when I got home I wore them around the house for a little bit and noticed my feet were really starting to hurt. I have a large foot (14) and it is difficult to find shoes that fit me. The problem was they were too narrow and were squeezing my feet.I returned to the store today hoping to walk out with a pair of shoes that i could wear and was willing to spend more money if needed, I just need some shoes that fit. I told the salesman i needed to exchange the shoes with something wider and to bring me some examples of the style i wanted, money was never asked to be returned. Instead of a salesman looking to upsale me I got Ryan who said he was the owner and told me we dont rent shoes! I was confused as to what he was talking about at first and realized he thought I was trying to scam him in some sort of way. I guarantee at any other shoe store at the mall I would have been treated as a customer and not a thief! I am disgusted at this mans behavior and he has no business running a retail store. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER SHOP THERE!!!
