Never even check my lights I had to let them know that I saw a brake light out also was there the second they opened and will still there over an hour for a simple oil change.

Changed my oil but I thought they would vacuum out the car. Very busy but I chose them cuz i thought lower price for synthetic oil. Wrong! Wait time to long! Next time Ill choose Jiffy Lube for lower price and sit in my car and vacuum my car when I get home.

I was very satisfied with my visit. I got in right away with no appointment. I did the works for my oil change and the had everything completed within 40 minutes. Staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer for my vehicle services.

Vert Rude. Looked at a truck there, they were rude so bought exact same make and model truck somewhere else for a better price.

Rude and slow!!Each time I come in to this location, I question why I did it??? Im usually greeted by the slender middle aged service writer who always seems annoyed that I brought my business to him, and tries to talk me out of my oil change by sternly telling me how many hours it will take to get to me!!! Im never out of here in less than 2hrs .... We used to take our fleet of military contract Ford Vans there for service, but if this is going to be the treatment I get, we will take our business elsewhere!

Stopped in to have the oil changed on my F-150. I went there with no appointment and had my truck serviced quickly. They did a great job as usual and I will visit the Quick Lane again for my next oil change.
