Lexi, oh my goodness, was she amazing to work with. To start, my maid of honor and I (who is also getting married) wanted to go dress shopping together and she was able to tackle both of us and our parties, I was so impressed! Second of all, this was my 5th and final dress shopping appointment, so I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Lexi helped show me what I was missing and found the dress I never knew I needed! It was very out of my comfort zone, but Lexi helped make me feel so beautiful and made me truly realize I really was in love with the dress!! I honestly couldnt have asked for a better person to help me or a better experience!

I can not say enough good things about my experience at One Fine Day! Autumn was an incredible consultant. She pushed me to try different styles of dresses and I ended up loving and buying a dress I never would have picked for myself. The shop is gorgeous and they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I wish I could do it all over again!! Emily was the best to work with. As soon as she met with me to see what my style was, she wasted no time picking out fabulous gowns for me to try on. She was spot on with her selections and even added some accessories to some to really make them pop. We had a such time! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I had an absolutely amazing experience at One Fine Day Bridal! I had Emily as my consultant and she made my experience so special. There wasn’t a moment of awkwardness just lots laughter and good talk the whole time I was there! I am someone who never went to prom, homecoming or just in general have worn dresses. So going into my appointment I was so nervous because I had no clue what I wanted or what would look good on me. She made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on and helped me find a dress I never pictured myself in. Emily was amazing! I had a dress special ordered in because I loved the sleeve accessory. But when I tried on the dress it was the sleeves I loved not the actual dress. She went out of her way to find out that I can purchase the sleeves separately, and so I was able to put the sleeves with other dresses. With doing this I was able to find the perfect dress and was able to make it my own. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you OFD!!!! 😊

Drove 3 hours from Columbus, OH for our appointment and found the perfect dress! Alex was my consultant for the day. She was such a great listener, and ultimately ended up recommending something out of my “comfort zone” as a wild card dress… and I loved it. My sneaky mom had asked for help buying the dress without me seeing, and Alex came up with a plan so I wouldn’t realize this was happening. Even after our purchase, Alex continued to give us suggestions of things to do in the area. It was worth the trip to become a One Fine Day bride because of the experience we had. I have always wanted to buy my dress from this gorgeous store, when I finally got engaged it was the first place I went. My Consultant was Emily and she was all I could have asked for, she knew what I had envisioned in my perfect wedding dress, she was honest and listened to what I described to her! My sister got her wedding dress at One Fine Day back in 2015, and we had such a good experience then that when I got engaged, she booked me an appointment here too. Emily at OFD was so kind and patient as I tried on about 12 dresses and some multiple times. She understood what I was looking for in a dress and ultimately helped me decide on the perfect gown.

I would give this boutique 100 stars if I could. I was following them on Instagram for a good year and a half or so before I was even engaged and just knew I had to come here for my dress even though it was over a 2 hour drive from me. I felt like I already knew the staff from their videos and clips on social media. I worked with Emily and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and super helpful! She stayed in my budget and listened to what I wanted even though I seemed to change my mind a lot. I mean how could I choose!? I was surprised that what I thought I liked in a photo isn’t what I ended up liking in the end. Autumn was also helpful in helping us double check my measurements and deciding on a final size. I wish I could have stayed there all day trying on dresses. Even though I live farther away and could have them ship my dress to me to make things easier, I am excited to go back and try my dress on in my actual size and work with them again! If you’re wondering if it is worth the trip, the answer is YES! You will not be disappointed.

She catered to my every need and concern the ENTIRE time from the type of dress I wanted to try on (im super indecisive) to the price point I wanted to stay at. When it came down to making the purchase, she told me the dress was actually marked down because it was a sample dress. She kept it a surprise, something my friends would do lol, just to make me smile! I had made three bridal shop appointments for my daughter to try on wedding dresses. There were five of us in total including the bride. Our first appointment was at One Fine Day. It was an outstanding experience!! Organized, classy, beautiful and easy. What made the experience even more incredible with our consultant Emily. Literally a total joy to work with!! As a plus size bride, I was worried that I would not find a dress. Not only did they have a great selection, but they had gowns that plus size brides cannot find. I did not have a great experience at all. I kept telling my consultant I wanted a fitted dress to show off my curves and she kept putting me in ball gowns. I repeated myself multiple times and nothing changed at all. It was so frustrating!

The experience I had was awful. The consultant didnt even ask my size, she just assumed what size (which the size she brought was too small). She asked like 2 question, including the budget I wanted to have for the dress, then brought me three dress all of which were way out of my price range. She basically told me there wasnt anything for me there and then disappeared. I have never felt so self conscious and unwelcomed in a store before in my life! I will never, absolutely never recommend One Fine Day to anyone.

We visited multiple bridal stores, while searching for my daughters wedding dress. We walked in just to look and ended up buying her dress there. We did not have an appointment, but they were more than willing to let my daughter try on dresses.The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They did not make my daughter feel like she was wasting their time.We bought the dress she loved and had it altered there. The alteration team was exceptional. At each fitting session, the team made sure the dress was comfortable for my daughter. They looked at the straps, the waistline, the length. They watched her walk in it, to make sure it didnt drag in the ground. The team taught me how to bustle the train and had me practice multiple times.The whole experience at One Fine Day was enjoyable. They make your bride feel beautiful and excited about her wedding.Unfortunately I only have one daughter. If I had another daughter, we would only go to One Fine Day. We would not waste time going anywhere else.

One Fine Day is INCREDIBLE! From the moment I called, I knew I would find my dress at OFD. They recommended I make an appointment during the week, which I would absolutely recommend as well! I left that day feeling confident in my choice of dress and bridal boutique. OFD does not offer alterations at their site, but they have recommendations for seamstresses in the area. Another great thing about OFD is they store your dress on site until your wedding day! This is a huge relief for someone getting married out of town and without a ton of safe storage space for my dress. After I bought my dress, I had a few questions regarding alterations, so Lexi and crew made it their mission and suggested alterations. Seriously though, upon entering their store and throughout your entire time with them you will feel nothing but love and kindness. My consultant Gabi seemed like she could picture what kind of dress I wanted better than I even could, even though I was really bad at describing what I wanted. Gabi remembered pieces I liked and didn’t like about each dress I had tried on, and combined everything I liked in one of the final dresses she pulled. That was the dress! I drove an hour and a half to come to OFD bridal store! I found them on Instagram and knew I had to stop in! Emily helped me out that day and she helped bring my vision to life. She is so kind and sweet and really cares about you. I was not rushed by her and she helped me try on all the dresses I wanted to try on. I started losing hope when I went to other bridal stores but once I came to OFD I knew I was NOT going to leave empty handed! I fell in love with the dress and teared up a bit! The bridal shop is also very beautiful and clean and everyone else that works there was also super sweet and helpful when I asked everyone for their opinions on which veil I should pick because I stuck between a few options since everything in that store is SOOO BEAUTIFUL! I never thought I’d walk into a bridal shop and fall in love with every dress I saw (it’s so hard to choose with their amazing selection). I recommended this store to all my friends to check it out first before going anywhere else!! Thank you OFD for an amazing experience!

I cannot begin to express how thankful that I am that I was able to work with Emily at One Fine Day. As soon as we pulled up to the shop, we were stunned by how beautiful, bright, and clean the salon was. Emily was seriously a bride’s dream consultant. From the second we started talking, I felt like I was being so taken care of. She genuinely was excited and interested in my wedding and my dress needs. Honestly, she was the ultimate hype woman! The dressed she pulled for me were exactly what I was looking for as well as some truly amazing dresses that I would have never considered for myself. She was so open and patient with my mother and I as we went back and forth on a few dresses. (My mother and I have very different tastes, and she was so ready to help us find the perfect accessories to complete a look!) There was never a time where I felt uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured into buying something.During these crazy Covid times, I feel like I’ve missed out on so many of the bridal moments that I have always dreamed of. My experience with Emily and the whole One Fine Day Crew made me feel like a true bride. I was genuinely touched by how much they cared about me, my wedding, and my bridal experience. Emily is AMAZING!!!! She made my first experience trying on dresses so fun and stress free! As a plus size bride, it can be nerve wracking going in to try on clothes, let alone a WEDDING DRESS! But I felt so beautiful in everything Emily brought me to try on, and she never rushed me and helped me try on the dresses multiple times to really narrow down the look I really loved! I went to One Fine Day for their Winter Trunkshow Sale. They had an incredible selection of dresses to try on for the sale. One Fine Day is the best place around to wedding dress shop. Everyone in the store is so friendly and they all strive to make your experience amazing. When I found the shape and style that suited me best, she went back out to the floor and chose dresses for me that fit my wants/needs. One Fine Day Bridal is truly ONE of a kind. The atmosphere just left me speechless. Emily has just the biggest kind heart. The way she worked with me and took the time to know me as a individual and a bride made me feel appreciated and comfortable while trying on dresses. If you go here ask for Emily! The atmosphere is wonderful and beautiful and is the perfect place to find your dream dress! Everyone here is very sweet and accommodating. Emily was extremely wonderful, inviting, and sweet! She was amazing at helping me pick out dresses, and made the whole experience magical. She made me feel like I was the only bride in the room and she really cared about my engagement and my needs. I was so nervous going into it and she calmed me right away and made me feel at home. We talked and laughed and had an amazing time and it was just fun! I’m so glad I got to have such an amazing first time experience. She is such a lovey beautiful person! She also didn’t make me feel pressured into getting a dress! Some salons just try to stuff a dress down your throat the minute you try it on and it is not that way here which is a breathe of fresh air. She didn’t get frustrated when I wanted to try on a million different dresses and encouraged me to find a dress I love. I really loved my experience at One fine Day bridal! I went to two other places before One Fine Day Bridal. They weren’t the best experiences, as soon as I entered One a fine Day I knew right away that I was Gunna find my dress. She asked questions, she was patient, and I felt like she really cared. I actually felt like I was trying on dresses with a friend instead of a consultant! One Fine Day was my sixth and final boutique that I went to, and I found my dream gown there! I traveled six hours round trip because my friend from the area suggested I try since I wasn’t having any luck in Cincinnati. The trip was more than worth it! Alex was absolutely amazing and so kind - she was so easy to talk to. It meant so much to me that she sat down with me to get a vision of my wedding day and what it was I was looking for in a dress. I could tell that she was genuinely interested in my input and she really listened because the first gown I tried on was the one! I felt so confident in everything I tried on due to how encouraging she was. If I didn’t like a gown, she took it into consideration to help me find others. I went in with a specific style in mind, and she made me step out of my comfort zone to try on a different style, and I’m so glad she did because I ended up liking a style I was against. Although I didn’t go with that new style, I’m so appreciative it opened up my options to a few other gowns I wouldn’t have considered trying on. I had so much fun, and I even got lucky enough to have the entire place to myself! I cannot recommend One Fine Day enough, and I can’t wait to go back when it’s my best friend’s turn to say yes to the dress!

I recently worked with Lexi to find my perfect gown for my big day! She was very thoughtful and kind, and made the dress shopping experience so fun! She asked all the right questions and helped style me to feel like a bride - it was absolutely magical! Lexi was so accomodating with FaceTiming my family in from New Zealand and made my friends and I feel as though the store was only open just for us. Not only was my dress under budget, but it will be in store by the end of February - finding OFD and Lexi was really a Godsend! I walked into the store hoping to find a pretty white dress and left truly feeling like a One Find Day bride!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Emily and OFD bridal! I was unsure about the whole process, but from the second I walked through the door Emily was excited and welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish! She was so easy to talk to, listened to what I had in mind, and picked my dream dress right off the bat! It was the best day ever and I couldn’t stop smiling the rest of the day. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and I couldn’t have done it without Emily and OFD!

The staff at One Fine Day went above and beyond my expectations. From the start, it was clear that my consultant Emily had researched my venue and vision for my day and was able to quickly understand how I wanted that to translate into a dress. One Fine Day was wonderful. The lighting was great, the spaces were open, and there was so much variety even within the style of dress I liked. Alex did SUCH a great job of helping me realize what I wanted in a dress! She was so kind and knowledgeable, and so enthusiastic. First off I want to say I was so excited to go dress shopping, I’ll be getting married in a year so I have some time.I knew I needed to find a dress but I was so nervous, I knew it was gonna be a hard process especially with my personality and my low self-esteem. I just knew I wasn’t going to ever find a dress that was gonna be right and I was going to have to settle. So I made an appointment at One fine Day and when I came in I was greeted by two very warm and welcoming women, the lady that was helping me her name was Emily a sweetheart she was beautiful her outfit was gorgeous she was just absolutely a doll. I’ll be honest I was still nervous my guard was a little up I wasn’t sure how this is gonna work it was all a new process to me. But Emily started off with small conversations about the wedding what I wanted asking me about my ring asking me about my fiancé just engaging into great conversation. Even with this new way of meeting people she made me feel comfortable even though this is my first experience looking for a dress my first time going to be trying on wedding dress . But you couldn’t walk around and go through the dresses and touch them and get a feel so I really thought then I wasn’t gonna be able to really find what I like. Emily listen though she listen to everything I wanted she grabbed every dress that was what I wanted when I came in, it was all lace they were all gorgeous dresses and I loved how she respected me and did not pressure me or anything. I tried on some gorgeous dresses I like them I love them but it did nothing for me but I was open minded . So Emily brought me this dress, it was nothing like the dresses that I picked out I was dead set that I was gonna wear a lace dress . Emily brought in this beautiful simple classic elegant dress, I stepped in it pulled it up and magic happened. I can’t believe it it was so unexpected I really thought it wasn’t gonna happen for me but Emily truly listen to me Emily took her time with me and I just want to give the biggest thanks to Emily because for the first time in my life I am 37 years old and I actually looked in the mirror and for the first time I felt beautiful. I cannot wait for my wedding day to come, Emily help me say yes to the most beautiful dress .
