Elizabeth made scheduling this appointment so easy! I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and leave my keys in a drop box. They got to my vehicle first thing in the morning, and reached out as soon it was finished to come get my vehicle. Since i was at work they allowed me to leave my vehicle there, so i could pick it up after! I only scheduled window tinting and an oil change, but my key fob was not working for my vehicle, so they went ahead and fixed it for me! It was an easy fix, but they went out of their way to take care of me! I wont be going anywhere else for my oil changes or window tinting!Thank you !!!

Got my Subaru Crosstrek tinted here. I was surprised to hear that matching factory tint percentage would make it below the legal limit. There are 2 very small bubbles on my driver side quarter panel mirror that won’t go away but there barely noticeable. Highly recommend. Quick. Affordable.

We love Got Tint! They have done 3 of our vehicles over the last few years. Most recent job weve had done was 4/9/21. The tint was nicely done per usual. Never have had any issues with their work. Ive also always had to stay and wait for them to complete the tint job (only front driver&passenger windows), and theyve always been courteous and very quick to complete the job so Im not waiting more than an hour.🙂 Thank you Got Tint!!

I had my windows tinted here. They were very clear on what to expect for what type of film was going to be put on my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle they explained how to care for my newly tinted windows, what to expect during the curing process, and how my warranty worked. Was able to get everything done in one day and very happy with the results.

Tried to charge a premium for tinting my Tesla. It has no frame around the window, that makes it easier, not harder to tint. Just because i can afford a Tesla doesnt mean I should be charged double. I got three other quotes that all came in less than half the price got tint wanted.

Truck looked amazing. However they took off my dash CAM mount with the camera on it and never put my dash CAM back. Called in and no one knew where it was and it mysteriously disappeared. $150 Garmin Dash Cam gone... truck looked great but that was a huge disappointment

One of the absolute best aftermarket installers in the are . And certainly one worth the drive on top of that. Dont think that youre walking into a shop with the knowledge of anyone who can sorta read directions and match up the colours of the pretty wires. It takes years of dedication, knowledge and expertise to do what they can do with some of the newer vehicles on the road. With technology on some of the newest vehicles on the road, it takes an awful lot to stay one step ahead in the game, and they are leading the pack. The knowledge and experience that this shop possesses makes it in a standalone category of its own. Being able to handle about any sort of install for any kind of customer; their reputation alone speaks for itself with some of even the largest car dealerships in Fort Wayne utilizing Chad and his staff at a moments notice, goes to show what kind of customer oriented business driven ethic this shop displays day in and day out.

After a shop bragged to me about what a deal they were giving me on labor when they were charging literally over $300 each on $40 shocks, I looked for a shop that was willing to install parts that I purchased and found Got Tint. They tinted my car in 2015 and I had a good experience. This time they did tint, shocks, struts, new tires, and an alignment. I was in contact with them several times prior to scheduling and they were always very helpful and not (obviously, at least) annoyed with me. They communicated clearly when they realized they may need to keep my car overnight (which I was sort of expecting). The work was top notch, my car feels like it is floating down the highway. And all at a really reasonable price.

When I called I got a quote on my car for 220, a competitive price with all of the other local shops. When I showed up for my appointment, they wanted to charge me near 400$. It’s a tiny 2 door car, and this was just for the sides and front windshield. I recommended checking other places in town.

I’ve been a happy customer of Got Tint for several years. Always delivered what I wanted or needed. I was going through some issues with getting my engine replaced at another shop through a extended warranty company. The other shop misdiagnosed the root cause of the problem. Called Got Tint and told them I needed a new motor and they worked out everything with the warranty company so that I got a new motor installed and it hardly cost me anything. I’ve recommended several friends to Got Tint and they were pleased with the work and detail of the work. Granted, I’ve tried other tint shops but the quality of the work wasn’t there. I’d recommend Got Tint for anything automotive.

Bought tires in October 2019 from a major tire store and took tires here at Got Tint they mounted and balanced them and saved me $200 if I had the tire store do them. Fast friendly service. If I could give one start I would! Do not go here to have an automatic installer installed! When I first took my car to them I had a n appointment at 8am. They said it would be done around 5pm. Called and said it wouldn’t be done until the next day and they weren’t even sure when it would be done that day. Or we could leave it overnight and pick it up the next day. I lost my job because of this. I didn’t have a ride to Work. Now the starter doesn’t work properly. It stops working randomly, my the lock and unlock function doesn’t work properly!! $250 down the drain

This place is the bee’s knees, they hooked me up with a quality oil change, and on top of that got all of my windows tinted PERFECTLY, these guys are so easy to deal with, and very helpful with any questions, not to mention everything is so reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend!

I had originally scheduled an appointment with Got tint about 2 weeks before my scheduled date. On the day of my Appointment, I was informed that for one reason or another, the reservation had not been reserved and that the day was full and it was very unlikely that the tint could be applied. The manager came out and spoke to me and was very adamant that he did not want to rush the tinting process and that it would be very difficult to squeeze me in and apologized for the miscommunication. He suggested that I leave my car on the premises in case there could be time to apply the tint. Ihad to have my vehicle by 3:00 p.m. and this was at 10:00 a.m.. They informed me that they would call me at 1:00 p.m. To verify if the application would commence. Very promptly, at 1:00 p.m., I received a call saying that the application would be complete by 3:00 p.m.. I was very impressed West the whole ordeal considering that my reservation had not been saved. The manager was very accommodating and I was very appreciative of the time they took to squeeze me in. The application looked fantastic and Im very impressed.

I work at Got Tint. The damages done to Mr Hecks vehicle were defrost lines falling off when tint was removed. It sometimes happens when defrost lines are weak. Although I do apologize for all the inconvenience it caused you but we always take pride in ourselves in taking care of other peoples vehicles and being very careful with them. I called to inquire about a large window in our new home being tinted. The girl on the phone was very unprofessional - kept putting me on hold and sounded like a valley girl teenager. She finally came back on and said it would be a minimum of $1,000 to come out and ONLY in Fort Wayne. I then called Twin Brothers (a very helpful, professional lady answered) and they came out for $136.00, were very professional, arrived early for the installation, and the window looks GREAT, too!!Got Tint: You need better customer service for starters!! $1,000 minimum? Give me a break!!

Windows look wonderful......as long as the bubbles work themselves out as they said in the shop. However I will say their housekeeping skills lack.....I got back in after getting them done and have water streaks down all 4 of my doors. Seriously unhappy about it. He says maam we dont detail your vehicle afterwards. NO ONE ASKED FOR MY VEHICLE to be detailed....its common courtesy to clean up after yourselves. A simple wipe of the doors....which I went to auto zone right down the road and got interior wipes and viola. Done.Point is....leave it better than you found it. Especially if your the one leaving the mess behind.If it wasnt there when I dropped it off....it shouldnt be there after I paid for a service. ;) jus sayin.

Finding a place you trust with your valuable possession is hard. But I have used Got Tint a few other times in life. With my Olds, and a few other cars. But many years later I brought them my 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali. I wanted it blacked out and they did a fantastic job. Professional and didnt make it look crappy at all! They did a great job on the lines and all. Only complaint I had was the mess from the spray but I can deal with that ;)Otherwise great job.

Chad the manager claimed he was the one who tinted my car yesterday . I dropped the car off to get tinted and picked it up when the shop was closed bc they said they would leave the keys in car for me since it was after hours . When I Arrived not only was my tint already peeling, more frustrating is that my car was completely dead . He left something on in my car which made my battery drain Competely therefore had to get it towed . I called the shop in the am to ask them to reimburse the $40 tow bill and it became an argument with Chad the manager who kept telling me I was WRONG and he didnt leave the battery on . I simply asked for the reimbursement of the tow bill due to there negligence of letting the battery drain . At the end of the day I got stuck replacing the battery, paying for the tow bill and getting a windshield that has already began peeling within a day . Not only would i HIGHLY recommend someone else for the customer service (chad ) the manager I even mentioned going to court to settle the tow bill over $40 and he still said I the customer was WRONG!!!! Worst experience Ive had in Fort Wayne . End of the day it cost me over $300.when the tint was only suppose to be $100.00. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and the fact they werent willing to make the customer happy by simply reimbursing me the $40 for towing shows how much they care about there customers . Do not go there !!!!!! Also this is the only review I have ever written which shows how frustrated I am !

I called yesterday to set up a appt and was told to being it at 8am which I was there at 750am and was told it would 2-4 which was fine I called at 1220 to see if my car was done because I did not get a call yet. This disclaimer is not posted in the showroom, but instead is placed at the bottom of your receipt where it is only noticed after the work has been performed and damages done.I had to take Mr. Pepple, the owner of Got Tint to Small Claims Court to recover the cost of the damages to my vehicle. After winning my case I still had to go back to Court several times to get Mr. Pepple to actually pay for the damages.So BUYER BEWARE. Find out BEFORE you decide to have any work done here or someplace else if the owner will actually stand behind his workmanship. $20-30 saved my not actually be $20-30 saved in the long run.

This place is terrible. I was quoted an estimate of $200 to replace my four brake pads. When I showed up, I inquired about replacing my rotors as well. I told them to use their best professional judgement in determining whether I actually need the replacement and asked them to call to confirm with me before they do anything with the rotors. I thought why not, an additional $125 for all four rotors is an excellent deal. 45 minutes later they called and said the job was done on my front axle brake pad and rotor and that the rear didnt need any replacement. I was shocked that they never called to confirm on the job done on the rotors but I was glad at least they were honest about the rear. When I came to pick up my car, I thought the service wasnt going to cost more than $175, half of $200+$125 plus taxes as quoted. Total came out to be $275! Apparently the higher than expected price was due to the rotors which I think either they lied or miscommunicated. Had I known I was going to pay this much, I would have asked for quotes elsewhere. Since they worked on my rotors without my confirmation, the bullet has left the gun so I just had to pay. Funny thing is, I was actually going to come back to get my windows tinted here! Never again will I step foot in here. I dont necessarily think this place is a scam, and the vibe does feel very friendly, if you do choose this shop, just make sure you understand all the nitty details. Most mechanics charge by the hour, its hard to believe that I was charged $85 for their labor time when the job was done in less than an hour, I know because I got the call about 45 mins after I left the shop. But you know what? It can get worse, at least they didnt work on the rear and charge me, so thank you for that. P.S buy your own parts and pay for their labor, its a lot more expensive if you buy from them.
