I hadnt been in the store for years. The facelift the new owner pulled off is fantastic. The selection of quality tools blew me away. They also carry a full line of Chemical Brothers cleaners. The first class stereo department has been cleaned up and improved upon, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely stop in and check this place out!

Checked out the speakers for my Jeep, said it would be about $200 parts, and 200 labor to completely replace them and bypass the amp. I consider that an entirely reasonable price for a specialized luxury service.

Very busy place, but still service was quick and courteous. The prices are very good here. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I have bought a sound digital amp from them on May 26 that cost me $700. the amp had went out on me July 27, I tried to return the back cause the amp went out. Due to only having it for a couple months before it went bad. it should’ve been under warranty for them to tell me that I am SOL and I need to get in touch with sound digital myself for my warranty claim.

Very professional and helpful on the phone. Gave me accurate honest quotes and worked with scheduling really well.When I dropped my vehicle off, I got a call 20 minutes later with all the details and multiple quotes and options, and whoever I talked to actually ended up working with me on getting a good deal with labor, brackets and new speakers for my car. Very happy and would recommend.

Got my subwoofer and amplifier from here, as well as the cables. Very happy with everything. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Likely will return if I ever need any sort of audio/stereo equipment in the future.

I called in about remote starter to be installed. I was told it would be $304 and change all included. I asked if it was a 2-way remote and was told it was. I brought the car in to have installed and was then informed it was a 1-way system and it was extra $100 for 2-way. The counter person called over the person I spoke with and he confirmed that he told me it was a 2-way system over the phone. They would not honor what I was told so I will purchase a 2-way from another business and install myself.

I have shopped here for years and have always had good service. Since the new owner took over it is even better. The selections is much better and much more organized to help me find what i need. The selection is the best around and only getting better each day. Keep up the good work I will be back in soon..

I love going to D & B for all my car audio needs. They sell high quality products and are there to help with everything. If i have issues with anything they get me in asap to fix them.

New owners, you need to wake up. I came in today for a complete stereo replacement and your counter man couldnt blow me off fast enough. There was no making that dude work. He said I have to talk to the installer. I asked him why? I can give you the car make and model and we just need to pick out the stereo, wiring kits, etc, price it up then schedule it. Nope. He said I needed to see the installer and Were busy. Well see how long you stay busy with that reception. 90% of your job is just getting people in the door then win them over with your shining personalities and great service. Tried calling for information on getting a remote start kit on my car.....dude was rude and very short with answers...lost any possible business in my book, and from the looks of it by the reviews Im better off not going here.

Best place in town for audio equipment, tools, electronics, & pretty much anything else you’d need as a DIY mechanic. Fair pricing and a lot more in inventory than expected. Installs are also very well done, and priced well. 10/10 would recommend.

D & B sales is under new ownership. If you havent been there in the past four months, you should check it out. I personally enjoy the new layout and easy to find products. The new owner has been with the company for almost 20 years, and is going in the right direction to make D & B great again. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely a shop worth checking out.

Ive been buying from here for over 30 years! And my dad before me! I got my first car audio system from here in the 90s and I still send people I know here all the time! I recently got a remote start system for my brand new NV200 work van when the dealership said it wasnt possible! Brandon did an amazing job on the install and I couldnt be more happier to see him as the new business owner! He has a ton of pride in the place and its exciting to see the evolving changes happening! Keep up the great work!

Being in customer service I believe no matter how bad of a day your having CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE YOUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY. I PURCHASED A TOOL TO REMOVE MY RADIO WHEN I ASKED FOR WHAT I NEEDED THE COUNTER REP SAID YEP GRABBED THEM OFF A SHELF THROUGH THEM ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY. IF THIS PERSON WORKED FOR ME HE BE OUT LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB.

If your looking for a part and caint find it online I have to come here and bite the bullet on there prices. Wouldnt recommend coming here for anything else. Way overpriced and can find definitely cheaper online for car stereo.

Always the place to find things you cant anywhere else. My only qualm is the pricing. If something is marked a price and rings up higher you dont hide it from the customer. I prefer to be told different Id probably still would have paid it to support local business.

Cool people. Easy to work with. I gave them my budget and told them to hook it up as if it was their own. They did exactly that. Now u can feel me coming from a mile away.

Had to returned a set of speakers that came recommended by staff over what my research told me. Ended up returning them and going with what I researched in the first place. Do your self a favor and do your homework and bypass the staff recommendations and trust your self. Prices are in the middle market range and items can be found online cheaper but if your in a jam they will work just fine. Return process was easy and quick but it was same day a few hours between visits. 3/5 due to staff knowledge lacks current technology trends.

Have been able to purchase a vast amount of various tools, supplies, hardware, and basically you name it from D&B for years. I simply go there first to research various needs and options for the project I am dealing with and end up 98.9% if the time purchasing the needs right there. Sales are excellent priced better than anywhere I could locate.and if not available there, they can lead me to wherever it is I need. Excellent sales and assistant location.

Called multiple times on different days to see if they had a radio for my car but each time I either got no answer, an attitude or most recently they picked up but continued a conversation amongst themselves. I kept saying hello but got no response. Most likely won’t deal with them again and tell others to donthe same.

Walked in trying to get my speakers for my car fixed and they honest to god said they did not want to do because I have a Mercedes Benz them and supposedly this is the “best” place in Fort Wayne now I don’t anyone nor any other places in Fort Wayne to do my speakers but all because they didn’t “FEEL” like it now my car isn’t getting fixed and I wanted to make their day by tipping them cause I haven’t any speakers in months but now here I am making a bad complaint cause they wanted to be lazy and not do their job.

I was quoted a price for a remote start for my 02 Ford pickup at 249$ plus tax. They Tony called me Friday to confirm my appointment for 9am Saturday. He said that he told me 249$ 3 weeks before and I was sick that he would honor that price. Saturday morning I dropped off my truck and he reassured me of the price. When I picked up my truck its was 57$ more than what I was quoted. I told him that he was wrong and I asked to talk to the owner. He went into the back room and came back out and said he didnt quote me that price and the owner said deal with it. His price went up and I had to pay the higher price. I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and he told me he didnt care and not to come back. I have been buying from that store for over 20 years and being the past chaplain for the American veterans they used to donate to our benefit for children with disabilities. They lied to me and over charged me and was very rude.

Very rude have different prices depending on who’s working that day one person will say something one will say another. The female is very nice and helpful all the guys are rude and prices are way higher then the female. I think they all need to get on the same page and get rid of the attitudes!!!

So Im looking for a scriber--a device that can scratch a line on a sheet of metal. I go to Harbor Freight, nope, the stock person didnt even know what I was talking about. I go to Lowes across the street. Nope. Then I remembered D & B Sales. Score! This place has all those odd, but very useful, tools. Not to mention a good selection of Dremel accessories, at fair prices.They are also expanding the store and adding more inventory. Im excited to see what theyll have when they are done.

I have paid what you guys asked for and extra $35.00 + labor fees + all others shop supplies. If I didn’t buy the proper kit for the job then, why you guys accepted to do the installation ? And being said that customer supplies is bad for steering wheel interfaces because of the installer put the wrong wire connection in it and I had to fix it myself to make it work again properly and it is working now.

Extremely rude people work at this place. If you go in and not know exactly what you want and are willing to fork out money quick, then they act like your wasting their time. They do not like to help. You could stand around for 20 minutes with out anyone helping you. Rather take my chances and buy offline then ever set foot in this establishment ever again.

I have always used for aftermarket head units and parts for custom stereo installations. Was told by one of their installers that helped me find some parts that it was not possible to install new speakers and a head unit in my vehicle because of the oem speakers and amps. I ended up reworking all the audio wiring in my vehicle and got it working great regardless of poor advice from their expert installers. I will continue to go them for parts, but I wont be asking for advice from them.

Went in to find some simple speaker rings and was floored by the variety available I actually picked up some flush mount rings for my motorcycle project saving me another step I took a walk around and I tell you they have way more than just audio stuff I picked up a few tools and misc things I might not need... Now

Place is a joke. Wanted an amp and they wont sell one when its under the counter. They told me 2 of them were someone else and there being held for that guy. When someone has cash in there wallet you dont turn that person down over favoritism of someone else. Id rather buy mystuff off of the internet. I would have had what I wanted a whole lot sooner. Been up there 3 weeks in a row and they have turned me down on a sale because of 3 different reasons. Here my review and I hope a store owner sees it to fix what is going on and changes the people that are running the register and making the calls at what get sold
